This property is very clean and has a great ambience. Owner is very humble and polite and helped us to get in the house in a cery calm and positive way.

Fantastic place, spacious and clean! Comfortable beds, AC and a huge kitchen to cook in. The living room and dining rooms are great and the area it’s in is local and beautiful. The attractions are just a short rickshaw ride away! A responsible, friendly and available host made this experience perfect. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you for having us!

Property is not maintained. lack of Cleanliness. Washing Machine not working and in bad condition. in master bedroom bathroom fittings needs replacement and water flow in tap is too slow to fill up a bucket. in kitchen all utensils need to be cleaned from dust before using. host is very cooperative, and attendant handed over keys. only one bedroom is master bedroom another bedroom doesn't have washroom inside has to use common washroom. common washroom has Indian toilet. on our request our host arranged another nearby property for one senior couple who has sitting problem.

It's very spacious, equipped kitchen, dining area, living area, 2 balconies. Washing machine not functional though.

It was really good, Clean hassle free checkin. Manager is also every helpful.. Best place for staying with family and friends.

Guard on the gate his behavior is not pretty. Personal parking is also not there.. Or if there i was not aware about that..

There is no spice hotel nearby The main problem is the distance from main city. Everytime u have to book auto or Toto with 200 rupees.. Otherwise it's fine

Situated near every important landmark, feels safe,all the basic amenities are provided , apartment was very spacious, host is very cooperative, feels like home away from home , will stay in future as well.

The only thing is mattresses needs to be on a little softer side.

it's a good place to stay as shown in the photos. it's a little tricky to get into narrow leans so if you have a big car you'll stay it will be difficult rest best place as both side of Kashi is accessable

Good Location, Had all Necessary things, You can cook yourself every utensils are present there, AC was working very good.

Bed was not comfortable, it was very hard not able to sleep, Bathroom was not working properly had leaks everywhere, Faucet was also not working at all.

No power backup for Air conditioning.

Feels home away from Home.Guptaji is very humble and a great host.He guided right away from how to reach. Flat has all the amenities you would need and can even make tea for yourself well equipped with water Purifier, fridge, washing machine and furniture. Only missing thing was TV which he promised would be there on our next visit 🙂. From Godawlia chowk rikshaw may take 180-200 and while reaching this place.and if you are traveling to Godawalia chowk rickshaws may take 30-50 rs per seat from emrald house. Recommended for families for good and comfortable stay

We normally avoid hustle of hotels so would prefer home stays , This one has exceeded our expectations,The owners are quite cultured and learned family , They were very polite, professional and prompt in replying messages. GO FOR IT.

We were a family of 4 who came to varanasi for family trip. Its the best place that you can find for a small group or family, as it is very well maintained and the owner is very helpful :) He even allowed us to stay for a longer time without taking extra money (as our flight was delayed). Also we could checkin at 8AM as the previous guests left earlier. All amenities like washing machine, kitchen appliances are present. It's 9-10mins by auto rickshaw or E rickshaw to the city centre. Important places like Dashashwamedh ghat, kashi vishwanath and all important temple are very well reachable. You'll feel like home if you stay here. It's hastle free and feels like home, rather than a typical hotel. I would recommend it to anyone who's coming to varanasi in future.

It was a exceptional apartment to be honest which had all the amenities you would need on a vacation with your family. It was clean when we entered and we preferred keeping it that way till we left. The location of the apartment is also of paramount importance as all the tourist locations are quite nearby and would not take you more than 20 minutes. There are some good small eatery options nearby as well just in case you don't want to cook your dinner but they usually close by 10:00 pm. Now coming to the hosts, they were the best we have ever met, supporting and guiding us all throughout our stay. In case you are alone or with family and kids do not hesitate to book this apartment if is available. We have been in UK for 7 years now but never seen an home stay as good as this one. Best wishes for your future.

The flat was very well maintained and clean. It had a homey feel to it, with comfortable furniture and plenty of space. The owners were very supportive and understanding. They were always willing to help with anything that we needed. The flat was located in a great area, close to all the major attractions.

The stay was very nice and the host were very friendly. Location is near the ghat so good for darshan purpose. Family friendly stay.

The location should be more specific .....had little issue finding it.

Everything, starting from the hospitality shown by the owner, comfort while staying at the place and the prime location every tourist spot is within the radius of 3km. Wonderful staying at the property. Special thanks to the owners they are really kind and helping.
