Ujang Guest House

The facilities

The property was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. It felt relaxing and suitable for a short stay.

The pool water could be improved. It seemed like the chlorine level was low, making the water feel less clean.

The staff were all very friendly (when they replied), the house LOOKS nice and modern. There's a lot of kitchen items as well, so easy to cook or make anything

1. Communication: was not good overall. Had to remind for info for check in + was not told how to open the house gate and had to get help from the neighbour cause staff didn't answer texts and calls initially. Had to call and text again for wifi password also. 2. Location: address given on booking was not the same as the actual location and had to call owner to get maps location 2. Cleanliness: issues with the toilet in the room, aparently cannot use toilet paper to flush but was not informed and had waste leaking from the side of the bowl. Additional- fridge was really dirty, personally took the platforms out to wash before using Would recommend owner to compile all needed info (check in details, waze/maps link, contact number, wifi password, toilet detail) into a text for easy and smoother check in. Then it would be great.

Selesa, ada kolam, parking pun besar, kemudahan lengkap, nak check-in pun mudah, terbaik 👍

Tiada

泳池很不错，水循环系统做得不错，一家人一起玩还是足够的。

很多家具中看不中用，比如洗澡根本没有热水，沙发会凹陷进去（非常残旧），许多东西都太老旧，应该更换。

Kolam renang yg bersih dan sgt menyeronokkn utk anak2. Rumah bersih, dapur boleh masak2.

Nyamuk byk, tu je. Overall smue ok puas ati.

Terbaik.. kawasan luar dlm bersih, lagi ok kla ada mesin basuh pakaian.. Sb lepas mandi boleh basuh terus,nk pulk kla menginap lebih dr sehari dua.
