The Dolomiti View - your cozy room in the Alps

A beautifully presented property with all possible accommodations. The apartment is charmingly decorated and is located in a quiet residential area in walking distance to shops and restaurants. The host is very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend this property

Good location, clean, spacious, nicely decorated. Bathroom included everything required. Parking was easy, instructions were clear for entry despite late arrival, easy email communication with host. Close to Spar supermarket with its excellent buffet breakfast available.

Power outlets in room not conveniently accessible, tourist tax wasn’t included in the booking.com price so had to be paid separately in exact cash (no change possible as hosts were not present).

Csendes, nyugalmas környezet. Nagyon kedves tulajdonos, szállásadó. Jó ízléssel berendezett, szép lakás. Gyönyörű kilátás a hegyekre. Kerékpárok elhelyezésére zárt tároló.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, sehr Sauber, ruhig und in guter Lage. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und haben dafür gesorgt, dass alles reibungslos lief. Danke!

The apartment was great and hosts amazing. Room was spacious and clean with balcony with a view to the Dolomites as described. We could check-in earlier as informed.

A bit far from Lienz centrum, but in any case in a walking distance (if you like to walk a lot) and bus route is just around the corner to Lienz. Even with this feedback, this is highly recommended.

Freundliche und nette Vermieter. Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und mit viel Liebe ausgestattet.

Es gibt an dieser Unterkunft nichts auszusetzen.

If you wanna sleep somewhere in austria its here. Everything was perfect. And the personal was awesome. Ty a lot for everything.

Es gab kein Frühstück aber eine nette Bäckerei fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt mit gutem Kaffee und frischem Gebäck. Auch ein Restaurant ist ganz in der Nähe. Sehr ruhige Gegend, nur ein Hahn hatbin der Früh gekräht, das hat uns nicht gestört.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Bezproblemowa komunikacja z właścicielami, super widok z balkonu i bardzo wygodne łóżka. Nasz przyjazd opóźnił się o 3 godziny, dotarliśmy o 2 nad ranem i nie było zadnego problemu. Bardzo miły właściciel pozwolił nam na późniejszy check out tak żebyśmy mogli się wyspać. Gorąco polecam.

Später Check-in war kein Problem. Super für bis zu 3 Personen. Alles sehr sauber. Parkplatz Haus und gute Bäckerei zum Frühstücken ganz in der Nähe. Toll, dass keine Haustiere erlaubt sind!!!

Unkomplizierter Check In. Zuvorkommende Ansprechperson vor Ort. gemütliche moderne Atmosphäre. Könnte mir hier durchaus auch vorstellen mal länger zu verweilen (privat) nicht nur geschäftlich.

Sämzliche Bestätigungsmails über Booking.com sind nach meinem Aufenthalt am 5.3.26 bei mir angekommen. Tat dem Aufenthalt selbst aber nichts zur Sache.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und freundliche Gastgeber. Tolle Auswahl an Snacks, Kaffee und Getränke! Sehr sauber und Highlight war definitiv die Fußbodenheizung im Bad!

Es war sehr ruhig und sehr schön. Es war alles sehr übersichtlich und genau so wie man sich es erhofft

Unkomplizierter Check-In, auch spät in der Nacht. Bequemes Bett, tolle, große Zimmer und modernes, sauberes Bad! Jederzeit wieder.

Herzlicher Empfang. Alles bestens - sehr sauber & ruhig, genug Platz für eine kleine Familie. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Man merkt die Mühe der Gastgeberfamilie. Parkplatz vorhanden. In nur wenigen Gehminuten gibt es eine Pizzeria. Morgens kann man - ebenfalls gut zu Fuß - zu einem Bäcker - dort haben wir gefrühstückt. Unser Sohn wurde mit einer Spielzeugbox überrascht und hat sich sehr darüber gefreut. Vielen Dank dafür! :-)

Apartament jest naprawdę prześliczny, wszystko jest całkowicie nowe. Łóżko bardzo wygodne. Łazienka bardzo czysta. Nie ma problemu z miejscem parkingowym. W niedalekiej odległości jest piekarnia, sklepy spożywcze, stacje benzynowe i inne. Jeżeli ktoś planuje wyruszyć na trasę Großglockner to z obiektu jest blisko. Apartament znajduje się w bardzo dobre lokalizacji w drodze z Gardy przez Dolomity i Großglockner albo odwrotnie. Bardzo sympatyczni i niewyobrażalnie pomocni właściciele. Polecam!! Przy następnym odwiedzinach tego rejonu napewno skorzystam ponownie!

Per noi è stata la sosta di una notte, comodo per spezzare il viaggio in autostrada. Abbiamo apprezzato la struttura e sarebbe stato bello restare di più!

Very kind hoast, flexible with check in. Room was clean and cosy, great for 1 night. The view from rooom was great. Parking place by the house.

Chill owner, clean room and bathroom, nice view, the equipment is not abundant, but sufficient (small fridge with drinks you can buy, coffee machine, kettle, some paper plates, plastic forks...), quiet area, great bakery on the other side of the main road.

L'alloggio è un'appartamento confortevole, arredato in stile alpino, e davvero molto pulito. Situato al 1 piano (senza ascensore) gode di una bella vista sulle montagne. Si nota con piacere la cura dei dettagli, dai prodotti da bagno al mini-bar molto fornito e con prezzi onesti. Host super gentile e disponibile! Suggerisco!

The apartment is located on a quiet street. Clean and tastefully furnished. The view of the Lienz Dolomites is an added bonus. There is a restaurant and a bakery nearby. There is a parking space in the yard. The owners are extremely kind.

Quick and effective

We had a truly lovely stay! The host was exceptionally welcoming and thoughtful—every little detail was taken care of. The apartment felt very cozy and private, making it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The town itself is charming, with breathtaking views. We definitely recommend this place!

The Dolomiti View was in a lovely private home. The hosts were gracious. It was a shame we didn't have more time to stay longer.

The spacious room was beautiful and comfortable. Coffee machine in room. Everything was clean. Modern bathroom with good shower. The bathroom is not en-suite, just next door, but it was not a problem as the guests are the only people on that level of the house. Very quiet neighbourhood. Parking space on the property. There is a bakery nearby, and also a very big Interspar just down the road, a couple of minutes' drive, can also walk to it, about 15 minutes. We ate at the Interspar cafeteria and the food was good - low prices after 4pm. Beautiful area next to the mountain.
