The room was moldy and had a musty smell. There were two windows high up near the ceiling, and they were extremely dirty.

Staff were so helpful. The roon wa lovely!

Location was convenient, close to restaurants and a short walk to nearby attractions.

Room condition was far below the advertised 3-star standard. The curtain was torn in several places, the bed was very low and uncomfortable, and the carpet in the hallway was visibly stained and dirty. The bathroom sink was cracked and leaking water onto the floor, and the shower also leaked. Towels weren’t fresh. The view was of half-demolished buildings and trash bins. Breakfast quality was poor — dairy products, especially the cheeses, tasted old and stale. We ended up leaving after just one night and booking elsewhere. To make things worse, after checkout the hotel repeatedly called us about a taxi that wasn’t ours, and then kept calling multiple times just to ask for a review.

O que não gostei no Bonnie City Hotel * Jantar: Tínhamos reservado meia-pensão e esperávamos um serviço de buffet, mas apresentavam-nos um menu do dia, algo que não estava devidamente indicado na reserva. * Bebidas: As bebidas ao jantar eram cobradas à parte, inclusive a Coca-Cola, apesar de termos meia-pensão. * Pequeno-almoço: Havia pouca variedade e os alimentos eram muito repetidos ao longo dos dias, tornando o pequeno-almoço bastante monótono. * Higiene e limpeza: Foi, sem dúvida, um dos aspetos que mais me desagradou. Diziam que o quarto era limpo, mas na prática, muitas vezes estava tudo praticamente igual. O lixo não era retirado, as toalhas não eram trocadas, a cama ficava por fazer e não sentíamos que houvesse uma verdadeira limpeza diária do quarto. Para um alojamento deste tipo, considero que é uma falha bastante importante.

Le personnel était super disponible professionnel et gentil. A quelques minutes du centre à pieds et du tramway. Chambre lumineuse spacieuse propre. Bouteille d'eau dans la chambre. Box petit déjeuner préparée pour mon départ à 7h. (Il y avait entre autre un oeuf mais il n'était pas cuit) Taxi aeroport intéressant si réservé avec l'hôtel.

Très mal isolé. On entend les personnes des chambres voisines parler se laver et aussi lorsqu'ils tirent la chasse d'eau. Les portes qui claquent aussi. Pas de coffre dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est léger. Pas de grille pain. Je n'ai pas aimé le café. La moquette des parties communes étaient très sales. Les chambres côté rue donnent sur un terrain vide avec les poubelles du quartier. Les serviettes étaient vieilles un peu rêches. Avant d'arriver j'ai voulu changer mon itinéraire et annuler ma réservation. L'hôtel a refusé sans explications. Donc prenez bien avec annulation si vous n'êtes pas sûrs. Le wifi est très instable et se coupe régulièrement. Petit déjeuner tardif de 8h à 10h.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Cleaning staff and serving staff were great. Location is close to markets, city centre, in a neighbourhood which is local in a way with an antique store next to it that made the stay feel cozy (the women from the store are amazing and they have very cute cats). Breakfast was good

The receptionists were all very bad to us, unkind, unwelcoming and not helpful at all. The manger especially is horrible, he was only nice and talked to you if you bought something from them and he scammed us with the trips provided by the hotel and the taxi prices in the hotel. The room was ok at best, clearly needs some repairs done to it. You could hear everyone from the rooms next, above and below you. Breakfast was not versatile.

Limpeza muito ma! Pedimos para trocar os lençóis 2 vezes e pedimos para trocar de quarto. Uma das vezes que pedimos para trocar os lençóis, o funcionário da recepção simplesmente deu nos um lençol e disse para sermos nós a trocar por ser de noite e supostamente nao tem equipa de limpeza nem outro quartos disponível. Reportei a situação inaceitável no booking e o funcionário que me respondeu teve a audácia de dizer que a sujidade nos lençóis “novos” que eles tinham posto era culpa nossa. A falta de limpeza e cuidado é evidente neste hotel muito para além dos lençóis e toalhas sujas.

A hotel viszonylag közel volt az óvárosi részhez gyalog. Az ágy kényelmes volt és a fürdőszobában lévő óriás zuhany is nagyon jól volt kialakítva.

A reptér elég messze volt, a tömegközlekedés kiszámíthatatlan, emiatt csak taxival tudtunk kijutni vagy közlekedni nagyobb távolságokban. A legközelebbi strand fizetős, 800 TL (ami irreálisan drága). Az ingyenes strandra taxival mentünk, ami kb 2,5 km-re volt a szállástól. A szobánk földszinti (szinte alaksori volt, egy ablakkal amit nem lehetett kinyitni, emiatt mindig fülledt érzetet adott a szoba)

We had a great stay at this hotel! It’s a new hotel with modern rooms and a very nice bathroom. The highlight was definitely the reception staff — they were extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our experience and would happily stay here again!

El día que llegamos a las 00:00 de la noche, la llave que nos dieron tenía un problema y no funcionaba y tendríamos que cambiarla al día siguiente. Ese mismo día en pleno agosto el mando del aire no funcionaba y nos lo cambiaron. Al día siguiente nos volvieron a dar otro mando y tampoco funcionaba. Se olvidaron de hacernos la habitación un día y su excusa fue “las chicas se han ido, toma toallas nuevas”. Para colmo, las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad, olvídate de un desayuno medianamente decente…deja mucho que desear. Cogimos una excursión con el hotel y lo que supuestamente estaríamos a las 16:30 en el hotel, llegamos a las 20:00, con lo que toda la tarde perdida… La verdad es que la experiencia ha sido bastante mala.

Unser Zimmer musste erst mal ausgetauscht werden, weil die Badezimmertür nicht aufging (Tausch erfolgte problemlos). Das Frühstück war nicht lecker trotz vielfältiger Auswahl. An dem Nachttisch waren kleine Tiere.

Хороший отель! Находится недалеко от основных туристических мест. Рядом есть магазины. Номер довольно большой, имелись средства гигиены. Огромный плюс в отеле есть свой подземный паркинг, что позволило нам спокойно оставить свою машину на парковке. Красивое место для завтраков. К сожалению было раннее выселение, о чем мы предупреждали, но какого-то завтрака с собой нам не предложили, хотя завтрак входил в стоимость номера.

Очень удобно, что есть нормальная парковка при отеле, вообще не тратили на это время и могли взять вещи из машины в любой момент. Нормальный завтрак, просторный душ. Хороший, приятный персонал. Номер на троих большой. При заезде есть вода в бутылках в номере. Чайник, растворимый кофе, чай. Мини-холодильник. Кулер на первом этаже.

Отель вообще не выглядит так красиво как на картинке. Номер ни разу не "роскошный" как было написано. Не то, что мы ожидали обратного, но всё-таки...)) В душе скользко, кровати не очень удобные, кондиционер слабоват. Номер неудобный, даже дверей в шкафчике нет. Завтрак нормальный, но даже только что принесённые блюда холодные. Кофе на 3. Шторы, при попытке задернуть их, отрываются. Видно, что качество материалов (от кроватей до штор) - низкое и лишь бы подешевле. На первом этаже есть кулер, но на второй день он уже был пустой. Лампочки у кровати горят слишком ярко, ярче общего света в комнате. В целом не очень всё удобно, только на одну ночь нормально.

The hotel is quite small and clean in a central location. The landscape is ugly. The place is cooled by split units AC so was not comfortable. The breakfast is less than standard with very limited choices. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Bonnie City Hotel is in a perfect location, close to both the beach and the Old Town. The staff were excellent, and they quickly resolved every issue we had. Special thanks to Babak (I hope I remembered the name correctly) for the great service, as well as to the rest of the staff. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The stay was very well located, close to the centre & public transport and the staff was very nice. Another highlight was definitely the breakfast - a huge spread with some elements changing every day. We were able to experience the turkish style of breakfast, which was great. Also, it's grear value for money.

The surrounding area is not looking great, but i didn't feel unsafe, just a note worth mentioning as it's not seen in the pictures. When it comes to downsides, a few things stand out: - bottom floor rooms had very little natural lighting, the rooms looked like in the pictures, but lack of light made them feel less welcoming - Cleanliness could be better - the room wasn't dirty and there are cleaning services, but the walls were stained and the shower had some marks - not dealbreakers but it didn't feel very clean - the walls are paper thin - you could hear people in the next rooms opening/closing doors. We were deep sleepers and had no other issues, but it's not great.

The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot.

I had a truly lovely stay here. The staff are incredibly attentive and look after you very well throughout your visit. I opted for the breakfast and dinner package, and every single meal was delicious. My room was perfectly neat and clean. The hotel’s location is ideal, offering easy access to the city centre and the main Bazaar. On top of that, their help with organizing local trips made planning our activities completely hassle-free. I would happily return in the future!"

We stayed at this hotel with our family for 6 nights, and we were extremely happy with our choice. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly, respectful, and professional staff. We were given two rooms, both of which were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the rooms were always spotless and perfectly maintained. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety every morning. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to all the restaurant staff for their warm hospitality and excellent service. A special thank you to Ms. Farnaz, whose kindness, cheerful attitude, and professionalism made every meal even more enjoyable. She truly helped make our stay more pleasant. Very good hotel. We were very happy. Very close to the old town and bazaars. Many food options and grocery shops close by. Also very close to a very large shopping center. Breakfast was a nice change from the normal bacon and eggs. The meat was also slighty differently prepared each day which was really nice. Good assortment of cake and salad.

Lunch or dinner options would be a big bonus

The guys are quite good and friendly. Just a quick tip for anyone travelling if you want to book any activities do it through booking.com not at the hotel as it was cheaper on the booking.com website than the hotel. We did rafting zip line buggy and canyon Each about €25 per person for the whole day. The Hotel is quite nice and clean very nice location as well.

L'hotel è di nuova costruzione e ben arredato e ha un parcheggio sotterraneo a due piani molto comodo.

La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato non aveva finestre, era poco luminosa e un po' soffocante. Il condizionatore funzionava male e la TV aveva solo due canali, abbiamo chiamato la reception per farla sistemare ma non ci sono riusciti. La via in cui si trova l'hotel non è granché tuttavia è abbastanza vicina al centro, 15 minuti a piedi. Da rivedere la colazione.

Die Mitarbeiter waren immer bereit uns zu helfen, sei es Frühstück für uns einzupacken für die frühen Aktivitäten die wir hatten oder einfach das unsere Sachen gebügelt wurden sind, das Team ist einfach super. Sehr freundlich.

De locatie van het hotel was goed. Het hotel ligt dicht bij het centrum, waardoor je alles gemakkelijk te voet kunt bereiken.

Het ontbijt viel tegen. Er was heel weinig keuze en elke dag werd hetzelfde aangeboden. Hierdoor was het ontbijt erg eentonig.

My goal was simply to stay for one night and have breakfast before continuing my trip, and for that purpose the hotel fully met my expectations. The breakfast was tasty, the location was great, the room was clean and spacious, and the shower was excellent.

Everything about the hotel it was great, fantastic, from the stylish common areas of the hotel, and rooms all styles in earthy tones that make you relax! The staff is outstanding, from receptionists to the ladies in the kitchen/restaurant were all so nice and smiley and kind!! Our room was specious with a huge amazing bathroom! Because I had my birthday they made sure all the decorations and the communication with us to make sure everything was perfect for my birthday!! The food is amazing, the best breakfast Ive had in a hotel, the dish with mushrooms with onions and the dish with eggs, potatoes and peppers was excellent, and their pasta delicious, excellent!!! We visit Antalya often and we found our home here! Thank you Bonnie City Hotel🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Breakfast is a bit unusual for Germans.

Our overall stay was amazing, the staff is very cooperative, especially the guys at the reception. In fact, I also loved the breakfast and the dedicated space for dining. I would definitely recommend others to try this one out.

Position - it’s very close to Old Town and Bazar. Cleaning - very clean rooms and the cleaning was done every day exceptionally Food - we had only breakfast and was delicious and various Staff - only good people and nice. They helped us many times with different things Overall I can describe this hotel with one word: AMAZING

Breakfast was mostly cucumber prepared 5 different ways! And herbs and Cheeses food was not adequately covered. No choice of fruits only (oranges). No fresh prepared hot food like omelette etc etc. it was awful. 😞

DO NOT STAY at this hotel, it is horrendous! dirty linen, broken fittings in room, no EN TV channels, can hear everything from next door rooms.poor internet connection, curtains too small for windows so light comes in through the sides from 6am! (I stayed in rm 202+ 214) neighborhood unsightly surroundings/view is a derelict building/trash everywhere, and an empty plot of concrete in front. when I complained the manager was very rude shouting and abrupt. He was absolutely dispicable in the manner he spoke to me. I would urge you not to book this place. It’s disgusting.

it was rather clean but the bathroom had a bad smell. the room was spacious for one person, stuff was accomodating and welcoming but they forgot about my late check out and asked more money than promised , then corrected the price

Гарне розташування в центрі міста, поруч багато лавок для купівлі подарунків. Є поруч супермаркет Sok, багато кафе. Сподобався персонал, який допомагав у пошуках локацій, таксі.. Смачні сніданки, багато десертів, зручні номери.

Нам дістався номер на першому поверсі без вікон, але ціна відповідна і все взагалі було чудово.

Грязно в номерах,зашли в номер и там не было окон (хотя в брони не предупреждалось) и мы доплатив 2000 лир поменяли номер🥲

Не понравилось что не было окна, очень не удобно, так же полечили бокс с завтраком, они не смогли предоставить.
