Todo, limpio, bonito y en una ubicación perfecta Ibrahim es un excelente ser humano, atento y se le nota la nobleza de su corazón. Fuimos con nuestros hijos pequeños y ha sido muy paciente, nos ayudó en todo momento para que nuestra estancia fuera memorable. Muchísimas gracias por todo.

This riad is freshly renovated and in superb condition. The entrance opens onto a beautiful lounge area with a lovely pool. Ibrahim greeted us, with a porter, at the carpark outside the medina walls and escorted us to the riad. He said for us to consider Diamant Bleu as our home for the next few days, and did everything possible to make us feel at home. The location is superb. It's close to all the action of the ancient city, yet serene and calm once you step inside and off the street. There is a rooftop terrace with views over most of the old city. Would definitely stay here again.

Can't findmuch to complain about. Any minor concerns were dealt with as soon as we raised them.

Le Riad est vraiment très beau ! Nous avons été accueillis extrêmement chaleureusement par Ibrahim qui était à nos petits soins. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et le recommandons 1000 fois. Tout était super !

I must say, our host Ibrahim is the nicest, friendliest and caring man I know. I’ve never experienced such hospitality in my life. Ibrahim helped with everything - showing us the best restaurants/spots in Fes, calling up drivers to help us coordinate with them and even providing a packed breakfast if we were leaving very early in the morning. We actually felt like family there. So to sum up, the riad was beautiful, but what made the trip was the staff.

La struttura è un tipico riad marocchino, nuovo e molto bello. Ma la vera differenza la fa Ibrahim, una persona squisita e disponibilissima, dal cuore d’oro. Ci ha fatto sentire veramente a casa nostra, con la possibilità di usare la cucina per qualunque necessità. Ci ha dato tantissimi consigli su Fes e abbiamo fatto delle belle chiacchierate. Ci ha fatto anche trovare la colazione pronta take away quando ci dovevamo svegliare prestissimo. In più, il riad si trova di fronte a un ristorante incredibile gestito da un caro amico di Ibrahim. La posizione è proprio nel cuore della Medina, a 15 minuti a piedi dalla Porta Blu. Assolutamente soggiornate qua!

Come tutti i riad, si sente spesso il parlare e il passare degli ospiti, ma questo ho notato che rimane comunque abbastanza silenzioso essendo piccolo.

Onze host Ibrahim was fantastisch, was er altijd voor ons, hielp met transfer en gids en goede tips. Locatie van hotel is uitstekend. Hotel was netjes, ontbijt was divers en vers gemaakt voor ons.

Der minztee von Ibrahim ist der Beste, es gibt eine Dachterrasse wo man sitzen kann. Ibrahim und seine Frau (?) waren sehr bemüht um uns. Marokkonaisches Frühstück wurde liebevoll angerichtet und auch auf Nachfrage ob man z.b. noch ein extra Omelett haben darf wurde nicht gezögert. Zimmer sind groß, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ibrahim hat uns die Anreise in die Medina zu ihm organisiert vom Flughafen (war sehr angenehm)

Petit déjeuner copieux , très varié et à volonté. Accueil en français très bien accueillie et avec bcp de respect. Les photos sont sur le site de Booking réelles: ce qui est important. L'hôte nous a fait la cuisine un soir pour seulement 21 Euros les 2 menus: donc oui je recommande. En plus il a des bons plans pour de bons prix: idéal

Ibrahim, the manager, helped us a lot to make the best out of our stay. He is extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a very warm welcome every time we came back from outside. Both breakfast and dinner are excellent and our room was very quiet. The Riad is conveniently located within the Medina (Ibrahim makes sure that you find your way) and you can walk everywhere from there.

Ens hem sentit com a casa. L’hospitalitat i amabilitat dels anfitrions fa que l’estada sigui excelent. Ens han ajudat amb tot el que necessitavem. I, al ser cap d’any, ens han preparat un sopar deliciòs. El riad és acollidor, còmode, net i ben situat. Recomano 100%.

La gentillesse des hôtes et la proximité du Riad des centres d'intérêts de la médina Fès el Bali. Ibrahim fait tout pour que le séjour soit inoubliable. Merci encore pour tout.

Tout était parfait mais si il fallait trouver un point négatif alors peut être les odeurs d'égout dans la salle de bain mais cela doit être dans toute la médina.

Magnifique Riad, tenu par des propriétaires très accueillants et toujours prêts à échanger avec leurs hôtes. Merci à Ibrahim pour son accueil toujours souriant et ses conseils. Un grand remerciement également à Faiza qui , au-delà d'être une excellente cuisinière, est une personne adorable et prévenante en toute circonstance. Les propriétaires ont facilité nos transferts entre l'aéroport et la ville, grâce à Hicham et Hassan. Le rooftop offre une vue imprenable sur la médina ! Merci à eux !

I can not compliment this Riad enough, Ibrahim, Faiza, they are wonderful, kind and extremely generous people. This is a home away from home and you are treated as such. The breakfast was gorgeous, the mint tea served on the roof top as the call to prayer is singing in the air. Close to everything. Once again kind wonderful, generous people.

Ibrahim est extrêmement agréable et nous a prodigué de nombreux conseils avisés, toujours avec bonne humeur. Emplacement au top. Rooftop très sympa. Attention la piscine est froide 🙂 !

Le guide (Mustapha) était très aimable, mais il nous a conduits dans des boutiques servant davantage ses intérêts que les nôtres. Nous nous sommes laissés duper par les commerçants ce qui est regrettable car nous lui faisions confiance.

Ons verblijf in deze riad was uitstekend. De kamer was zeer schoon. Het ontbijt was typisch Marokkaans en elke ochtend vers bereid. De locatie is centraal gelegen, waardoor alles gemakkelijk te bereiken is. De eigenaar was buitengewoon gastvrij en behulpzaam, en zorgde ervoor dat wij ons direct welkom voelden. Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf en kunnen deze riad zeker aanbevelen.

Le Riad d'Ibrahim est magnifique. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Nous avons été parfaitement bien accueilli moi et mon amie et orienté tout au long de notre séjour sur les visites à faire. Ibrahim a été au petit soin avec nous. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr 🙂

El Riad muy bonito y cómodo pero lo que más aprecio fue la atención de Ibrahim y las mujeres que estaban llevando el Riad. En todo momento nos hicieron sentir cómo en casa siempre lo decían "está es tu casa" Ibrahim siempre nos ayudo con todooo, muy atento y empatico siempre con una sonrisa Lo recomiendo 💯x💯 Volveré porque es un placer estar ahí, sin dudas que te hagan sentir tan a gusto es una experiencia que forma parte del viaje!

Nuestra experiencia en este riad fue maravillosa. Ibrahim es una persona increíble, siempre pendiente de todo, con una amabilidad difícil de encontrar hoy en día. Nos ayudó en absolutamente todo: organizó traslados, un guía, nos dio excelentes recomendaciones y siempre con una sonrisa y paciencia infinita. El riad en sí es precioso, decorado con mucho gusto, muy limpio y con un ambiente tranquilo donde te sentís realmente a gusto. El desayuno cada mañana fue abundante y delicioso, y la piscina fue perfecta para refrescarnos después de recorrer Fez. Además, a pesar de ser verano, dentro del riad nunca pasamos calor. Sin dudas le doy 5 estrellas y lo recomiendo a cualquiera que visite Fez. ¡Ojalá todos los alojamientos tuvieran la hospitalidad y calidez que encontramos aquí!

Los anfitriones son maravillosos, hacen de todo para ayudarte y hacerte sentir como en casa. Viajé con dos niños pequeños y nos prepararon pizza deliciosa para ellos, me ayudaron consiguiendo taxi, cambiando dinero, buscando información de trenes, etc. Maravillosos anfitriones y desayuno delicioso. Linda vista de la terraza.

Lo único (entendiendo que es Marruecos) el agua del aire acondicionado cae en una botella de plástico dentro del baño la cual toca ir vaciando cada tanto y a veces se derrama un poco pero no es grave, es cuestión de saber qué país se visita y adaptarse.

Ibrahim and Rashid were very friendly and helpful with recommendations during our stay. We ended up staying one extra night more since we liked it so much and Fes had more to offer than we expected. The room was clean with very comfortable bed. Location is perfect, it's in the heart of old medina and you have everything in walking distance. The terrace offered a beautiful view of the old city rooftops. I will definitely come back here the next time I will be in Fes again.

If I had to choose one thing, it would be missing electrical outlet in the bathroom for the hairdryer. But that wasn't a big issue, since the cable was long enough to be used from the other room.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were abundant and delicious. They let us use the washer and hang some clothes on the line which was very kind of them. The In room AC was also appreciated. Staff even walked us up to an area and helped us catch a cab to the bus station when we were leaving town.

We strive to reuse our towels, and the only drawback was finding a way to hang them as towel racks don't work with their plaster walls, So, maybe some over the door/window hooks would help?

This is our first time in Fes and it was an easy decision to stay to Riad Diamant Bleu. The location is central but above all, the staff are exceptional! A special mention to Ibrihim who is charming and charismatic he will ensure to provide guests with five star service and go out of his way to help! Ibrihim, will prepare the a copious breakfast to get you on your way! He also knows the best recommendations in the Medina. I highly recommend this Riad for anyone who would like to have a memorable stay in Morocco.

We had a magical experience at this Riad. Not in the glitzy Instagram-like way, but genuine human magic that doesn't translate well to images or words. I cannot say enough about the hospitality of Ibrahim, Faisa and Rachid, they are spectacular human beings. All I will say is that our 3 year old daughter throughout the rest of the trip kept saying "I want to go back to Fez", entirely due to how those 3 interacted with her and made us feel like we were home. Stay here if you want to feel like you are staying in your good family friend's home.

The Riad is located between the two main streets of. Medina. You have easy access to both of them. The staff was extremely kind and helpful.

Location and staff were Fabulous.Ibrahim went out of his way to make us comfortable and even arranged a portor with trolly for our departure and also helped with communication with the vendors.while checking in which was late he took us to a restaurant .Overall He was really helpful and breakfast was Awesome !!

Bathroom had some smell .

Staying in the Fez Medina felt like home in the Riad Blue Diamant. Breakfasts were generous and staff were very helpful. Stayed four nights.
