Le lit est confortable, le cadre est très beau, pièce spacieuse, personnel très gentil, belle plage à proximité. Une télévision où on peut se connecter sur les plateformes classiques, pratique. La clim fonctionne bien (même si nous avons du trouver de nouvelles piles pour la télécommande par nous-mêmes). Service de taxi avant et après, viennent vous chercher sur la plage c'est top ! Agréable car peu de monde en cette basse saison. Belle vue pour le petit déjeuner.

La piscine sentait le champignon. Le spa prend 3 heures pour être rempli, obligé de le vider à chaque utilisation dans la journée car ne chauffe pas se refroidit très vite. Au petit déjeuner, on ne peut pas tout prendre comme sur les photos, il faut choisir un menu salé ou sucré et limité. Des tâches de sang sur le drap. Pour le prix, nous étions déçus car c'est assez cher. Un peu déçu car c'était un cadeau d'anniversaire, j'avais demandé à avoir une petite attention dans la chambre, il n'y a rien eu.

Strand was niet schoon gemaakt en omdat het laagseizoen was was de ontbijt keuze beperkt. Wel goed te eten overigens.

Está situado en una zona tranquila al final de la playa, pero se tarda 10 min. en llegar al centro del pueblo (woking street). El hotel es muy largo hay habitaciones a 700m de la playa y cuesta para acceder. La piscina no funcionaba estaba verde.

En el bar restaurante parece que el personal está ha hacer el mínimo esfuerzo, son lentos y desganados (en general)

Loved the location right on the beach. Great snorkelling just off the rocks at the end of the beach. Close to good restaurants, and easy walk along to Walking Street. Great breakfast. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Nothing really. We were there during the wet season which meant the place was very quiet. One issue which is nothing to do with Sita Resort but a whole Koh Lipe thing is the litter. Plastic bottles and other rubbish all washing up on otherwise beautiful beaches.

Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage und sehr viel Potenzial. Dennoch hatten wir das Gefühl, dass einige Bereiche mehr Aufmerksamkeit erhalten könnten, insbesondere die Sauberkeit und die Liebe zum Detail. Für den Preis der Unterkunft hätten wir einen etwas höheren Qualitätsstandard erwartet. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass es an etwas mehr Sorgfalt und Aufmerksamkeit für die kleinen Details fehlte, die dazu beitragen, dass sich Gäste wirklich willkommen fühlen. Man spürt, dass das Hotel viel Potenzial hat, aber an einigen Stellen etwas mehr Herzblut und Aufmerksamkeit für Details guttun würden. Wir hoffen, dass dieses Feedback zu zukünftigen Verbesserungen beitragen kann.

The location of the property is great, you may be a little closer to the beach if you stay in the villas otherwise you may walk or buggy half way up the property and be in the trees

The rooms within the trees had a lot of mosquitos that would gather in the corridor. Also very steep stairs

Odalar geniş ve yeterli büyüklükteydi. Kahvaltıları çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Konumu çok iyiydi. Yürüme caddesine 10-15 dk sürüyordu. Personel çok cana yakın, kibar ve ilgiliydi.

Üst taraftaki odalara girmek yokuştan dolayı zor olabiliyor. Buggy ile ulaşım biraz daha kolay.

Came by ferry from Langkawi so after that hectic experience at Pattaya Beach Immigration the pick up and transfer went smoothly . Jenny who was in control of Reception and many other things was a pleasure . Also handled our smooth transfer 5 days later to Koh Lanta . We were upgraded to a huge Delux Seaview Suite and it was amazing . Location just further enough away from Walking St but within easy strolling distance . Beach out front of hotel is a beautiful turquoise colour and surrounded by longboats . Breakfast was plentiful and delicious . Housekeeping room clean was always completed early . Wi-Fi was strong . Staff at restaurant were friendly . Men that looked after transfers and towels etc were always very helpful . Great value for money .. but we were there in low season when it wasn’t so busy . Hilltop pool is excellent . Staff especially Jenny work hard to make your holiday enjoyable .

If you don’t like the occasional mosquito or centipede than you could be in trouble. Is an old resort and a few things are getting run down however it can easily ignored . Pool liner on ground level pool is lifting badly and has seen better days .

Hotel se nachází v zahradě a některé ubytovací jednotky jsou nahoře na kopci. Tam byly i naše 4 pokoje v jednom domku, G21-G24. Schody nahoru nám vůbec nevadily, navíc je nahoře vlastní bazén a také přístup na Sunset beach a cesta vnitrozemím. Pokoje byly prostorné, absolutně čisté, postel pohodlná a děkujeme, že jsme dostali další peřinu, protože jsme nechtěly sdílet jednu. Líbila se nám i poloha hotelu, protože Pattaya Beach byla čistá a skoro nikdo tam nebyl. Personál byl nápomocný, měli jsme k dispozici lehátka a ručníky u moře. Snídaně nám chutnaly a byly dostačující. Určitě tento hotel doporučuji, nenašli jsme nic, co by nám vadilo.

There were a lot of empty accommodation near the beach . Our accommodation was at the top and we are in our 70s so found it difficult to get around but we did ask to be changed to. More convenient accommodation. But thought it could have been offered at the cost on arrival. Accommodation was difficult to choose from we site

La habitación, muy cómoda y la piscina de arriba, aunque nuestra habitación estaba arriba , nos subían en el buggy siempre que podían, personal muy amable.

El staff es increíble 🥰, la comida en el desayuno riquísima, la ubicación muy buena y tranquila, lo recomiendo al 100%.

Quizás la piscina que se encuentra en la parte baja necesita reformar y limpiar mejor. Pero la otra piscina super bonita y con vistas

Le faite d’insister pour changer de chambre car odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain, le manque de bienveillance de certain(e)s du personnel aucune excuse du désagrément … me demander de payer un surplus pour changer la chambre. Les chambres d’en haut sont loin de la plage.

Foran stranda og veldig hyggelige ansatte som på tross av språkvansker prøvde å gjøre ting så bra som mulig for oss

Rommet var altfor langt unna resepsjonen. Det var mye mygg der og ingen løsning fra hotellet for å holde mygg vekk. Og personalet snakket veldig dårlig engelsk.

J ai absolument tout aimé, l hôtel sita beach est le genre d établissement ou vous êtes obligés de revenir . La gentillesse et la bienveillance du personnellement l organisation, la propreté en font un lieu d exception ou vous vous sentez a la maison . La plage privée de l hôtel est juste incroyable. Le petit déjeuner est fou . Vraiment foncez je recommande. Une attention particulière pour madame Tata et Monsieur men qui ont rendu notre séjour magique . Merci pour tout vous nous manquez déjà ❤️. Monsieur toto, sofia , tidjane et djana .

Posizionato a Pattaya Beach quindi centralissimo offre una bella spiaggia con servizio sdraio privato dell’Hotel.

Camera vecchia, pulita solo in maniera superficiale (ad esempio, c'era polvere negli angoli/sugli arredi). Rifiniture e guarnizioni visibilmente rovinate. Scorreva acqua o dalla doccia o dal lavandino. Ho trovato insetti morti sulla zanzariera della finestra del bagno (lato esterno fortunatamente). Poca disponibilità del personale che non posso assolutamente giudicare scortese ma senza eccessiva attenzione all’accoglienza. Per un hotel 4 stelle mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di diverso. Non lo consiglio per il rapporto qualità prezzo. Ho soggiornato in un altro hotel in zona piú economico che mi ha riservato un’attenzione e un’accoglienza migliore.

Le personnel était exceptionnel et particulièrement les serveuses du restaurant que nous n’oublierons pas et qui étaient adorables avec notre bébé. Le matelas nous semblait dur mais ils ont rapidement trouvé une solution en mettant un surmatelas L’emplacement de la chambre face à la piscine était très pratique et la plage face à l’hôtel était magnifique.

Location was good, air con was good, staff were lovely, buffet breakfast was very good,

Bathroom was full of mosquitoes as the ceiling was not sealed, and shower didn’t get hot n the Showerhead needed replacing as it sprayed at your face.

Apesar que estaba apenas alejado, me gustó mucho. Detalles para mejorar, en mi habitación me toco el piso manchado y el grifo de la ducha todo oxidado y toallas ya en estado de cambiar.

Sehr aufmerksames Personal, tolle Lage direkt am Strand, vielseitiges Frühstücksbuffet, großzügiges Zimmer.

Einer der beiden Pools (der untere) entspricht nicht modernen Ansprüchen (keine Fliesen, nur Plastikfolie).

Läget och frukosten var jättebra. Gott om solstolar på stranden.

Skräpigt och dåligt underhållen anläggning. Den övre poolen var alldeles för varm och vattnet var ofräscht.

Everything perfect for family or couple

I had a really lovely stay at Sita Beach Resort. The beach is absolutely stunning crystal clear blue water and one of the most beautiful views I’ve seen. The hotel itself is peaceful and surrounded by nature, which made it very relaxing. I also really enjoyed the food and breakfast, everything was fresh and delicious. The resort offers golf cart transport, which was very helpful for getting around. Overall, it was a great experience.

The only downside is that some rooms are quite far from the beach, and the walk can be a bit tiring as it’s slightly hilly. However, the golf carts help make it easier.

Lovely view from honeymoon suite. Staff helped us make reservations for other restaurants outside of hotel. Golf buggy took you half way up the resort to shorten the long walk up to the room. Attentive breakfast staff. Good breakfast which varied everyday - the sushi was amazing!! Very close to sunset beach. Taxi just outside top of hotel

Everything was very worn. The deck chairs and umbrellas at the front of the property (on the beach front) were not maintained well and left the beachfront looking very scruffy most of the time. We stayed in Mali resort (3*) 2 years ago and this is next door to sita, this hotel looks so much nicer and well kept from the beachfront. The water features at the hotel were all empty and just looked abandoned. The general staff were mainly on their phones but helpful when approached. The staff at breakfast were great. We had a honeymoon suite which was OK - the jacuzzi didn’t work and the shower was also difficult to use. It was also located at the back of the hotel and a very long walk from the beach front so be prepared for hot walks back to the room! We used the pool which was higher up and was nice to look down at the sea but it was also needing some attention as it also looked quite tired.

Ett hotell som ligger bra och nära stranden med egna solstolar för hotellets gäster.

Man kände att man störde personalen när man hade en fråga eller behövde hjälp från receptionen. Hotellet behöver lite mer kärlek och omsorg då det har en fin location och mysig omgivning men känns som det förfaller lite.

The property was on the quiet end of the beach which for us was perfect, and the cleanliness was to à very high standard. The staff made our stay just perfect, nothing was too much trouble, they work hard with the brightest smile every day. We will definitely come and stay again, it will be like coming home.

Chambre peu isolée au niveau de la salle de bain. On entend les voisins ! État général de l'hôtel qui a besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Présence d'un cafard dans la salle de bain. L'hôtel qui vous demande de payer 10 bahts pour passer par une route privée dès votre arrivée :(

立地がよく、船着場に近過ぎず少し離れており、ビーチフロントでしたがうるさくなく、こじんまりとしていて過ごしやすかったです。ビーチエントリーでも少し魚は見れました。食事はちゃんと美味しかったです。

古いのと、部屋の中で直径10cm以上の蜘蛛が2匹出たのが嫌でした。玄関ドアが木のため傾いてか削れてか、上の方に隙間ができておりそりゃあ虫も入り放題だなと思いました。半分ぐらいのスタッフが態度が良くなかったのも残念でした。

I chose this hotel because it has pool and compared to other properties in Koh Lipe cancellation was possible 2 weeks before, which was important to me as I booked this hotel 6 months in advance. If I were to book accommodation at Lipe again, I would go for Mountain Resort as they have similar price and the beach is beautiful, with no longtail boats, or Sanom Resort if you don’t need a pool, as they have the most beautiful beach on the island. But of course I don’t have experience so can’t tell how clean these are.

I don’t understand how this hotel can have such a good reviews, as we were disappointed by how dirty it was. I expected old furniture, but at the same time I expected the room will be clean, but there were old stains everywhere. We booked room with indoor bathroom but still we had insect in there - 2 small spiders and 1 cockroach. No way this is 4* hotel, in Europe it would barely get 2*.

Proximité de la plage ET Pataya beach ! 15 mn par la plage du centre. Avec Piscine et directement sur la plage certainement le meilleur rapport qualité prix de KL. Petit dej peut mieux faire

L'emplacement...le personnel très aimable

Pour y être allée plusieurs fois...j'ai été déçue des l'entretien des extérieurs....on dirait que c'est laissé à l'abandon..... Les toilettes en haut à côté de la piscine sont vraiment délabrées... Le complexe a vraiment vieilli et est de moins en moins entretenu.... Le petit-déjeuner qui était excellent avant a vraiment descendu en gamme... Je ne recommande plus....je n'y retournerai pas...

Rannalta ylempiin huoneistoon matkaa. Osan voi taittaa paikan ”golf-kärryllä ”, mutta portaita jonkin verran. Tämä kannattaa huomioida tarvittaessa. Aamupalalla pitäisi olla enemmän kasvisvaihtoehtoja.
