Super emplacement, parmi les moins chers de Svolvaer. L'hôte était facilement joignable, il a pu arranger un check in plus tôt sans frais supplémentaire. L'appartement est agréable et globalement très bien équipé et convient pour un séjour de quelques jours. Le canapé-lit est assez confortable et un drap est fourni. Il y a une TV connectée.

Les couvertures sont trop courtes, même pour des adultes de taille moyenne. Le ballon d'eau chaude est trop petit pour deux personnes, mais en s'organisant ça peut aller. La machine à laver n'essore pas le linge. La plaque électrique de cuisson chauffe très peu.

Hote vivant au dessus du logement bruyant (bruits de pas lourds, meubles et chaises traînés au sol, très mal isolé). Cabine de douche bouchée, toilettes mal fixés, salle de bain sale. Cuisine très mal équipée. Plaques chauffantes peu performantes. Absence de passoire. Literie inconfortable.

Very functional little home for my stay in Svolvær. You will find everything you need to cook, clean your clothes etc. It is also decently close to a bus station (15-20min), although not that easy with a suitcase and snow. I got to see northern lights from the stadium 10min away, magical🤩 I would recommend this accommodation

The house is in a good location, convenient check-in, and fully furnished.

The bedding is too old, you can see from the picture that the duvet cover is severely worn. It feels prickly to the touch. So I couldn’t sleep in it, and I only used my own sleeping bags for two nights! The landlord said no one had complained before! why am I the only one?…

A cosy studio that has everything you need. It's not too far from the city centre and the parking in front of the house is convenient when you come by car.

Svolvaer est une ville où les hébergements sont chers. Celui-ci l'était un peu moins que les autres. Il faut reconnaître que le logement était très propre. Il y a une machine à laver.

Pas de lit. C'est le canapé qui se déploie, vous dormez sur les raides coussins du canapé. La douche : pas d'accroche pour suspendre le pommeau. Vraiment pas top. L'eau n'était pas chaude le soir à mon arrivée mais elle l'était le lendemain matin ). Les rideaux ne sont pas assez occultants, Ils diminuent l'intensité des lampadaires de la rue. Pas très bon rapport qualité/prix. Par comparaison avec les autres logements que j'ai occupés dans cette gamme de prix celui-ci était le moins bon.

The tap water was yellow during my stay, and at its worst, it was dark yellow. I couldn't drink it or take a shower. I had to buy water to drink.

Comodità dell'appartamento poco fuori dal centro. Parcheggio proprio di fronte la porta di casa. In casa c era tutto il necessario. Il divano letto è stato comodo. Il proprietario è stato disponibile ad aiutarci a risolvere un piccolo problema con l'acqua. Problema che seguendo i suoi consigli è stato risolto.

Posizione ottima, la zona del porto la si raggiunge a piedi. Casa piccola ma ordinata.

No holder for shower head, a little dusty in places

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Vermietung ist sehr nett. Früherer Check-In war kein Problem. Das Duschwasser wurde schnell warm, die Heizung auch. Wir hatten keine Probleme mit dem Warmwasser, haben aber auch versucht, möglichst wassersparend zu duschen.

Die Wohnung ist leider sehr hellhörig, sodass man von oben jeden Schritt, jedes Schublade-Aufziehen usw. sehr laut hört. Und das sage ich als jemand, die in Berlin aufgewachsen ist. Vielleicht lässt sich da an der Dämmung noch etwas machen? Die Wohnung hat eine Ofen-Herd-Kombi, die auf der Theke steht. Für kleine Menschen wie mich nicht ideal, aber in Ordnung (die Herdplatten sind sehr hoch). Das eigentliche Problem ist, dass sie nicht richtig heiß werden, sodass z.B. Nudeln kochen sehr lange gedauert hat. Der Ofen hat aber super funktioniert.

I guess it's a very good cheap option for a short stay like 1 max 2 nights. Be ready for very small space and very high humidity. It seems to be a re-built car space, not really an apartment. The owner is helpful and responsive though.

Towels smelled like mold. Stove built into microwave boiled potatoes for 1.5 hours. Hot water was enough only to wash 1 human hair, not even 1 full human. Sofa is really not comfortable. Not enough electricity sockets in kitchen so you choose either boil water or use microwave. The dehumidifier was provided but it's too noisy to keep at night, woke up at 85% humidity.

The self check-in was very suitable for us as we arrived quite late. The host messaged us the instructions in advance, it was pretty clear. Parking was just outside the place. The place was in a good location, quiet, well-equipped, we found everything we needed specially in the kitchen area.

Cozy spotlessy clean, fully furnisced apartment, 15 minute walk from the city center. Owner very kind and helpful. excellent value.

Blankets and pillows were too old, water clogging in the shower.

The views of the surroundings are really nice.

The location is actually pretty far from Svolvaer center. It takes 15-20min of walking to be at a grocery store or in Svolvaer center. The bed is a sofa which needs to be expanded to be a bed. Hot water for the shower runs out quite fast as the boiler is heating up a water tank which runs out quite fast. The stove is more a mini-oven with two stovetops on it. It is impossible to cook (e.g. boiling noodles) with the limited power of this appliance. During my stay, a lot of noise was coming from the upper floor. Also, cars and people would show up in front of the windows regularly.

The surrounding was peace with nice view.

The washing machine is not working properly. But the issued was sorted out quickly once I messaged the host.

Because of a landslide I was stuck in Svolvær and chose this stay. Due to an error I booked the stay later then should have been possible, but the owner was preparing the bed nontheless. He even drove me to the Djevelporten hike. He also updated me on the status of the landslide throught the booking.com chat, later that night. The accomodation was nice too and overall a great night.

The location was great for our hikes.

There wasn’t enough hot water for two showers, which ended up with my partner having an ice cold shower. Also, the sofa couch was uncomfortable, but most annoyingly we only had a sheet cover for a single bed. Thus, one needed to sleep on the couch as it was which most probably was never cleaned. We informed the host, who promised a refund for the night, unfortunately we never received the refund, but were confronted with a picture that we left the door open, although we checked multiple times that it was locked. In addition, since we left very early for our hike (given the weather conditions were favourable), the picture and the snow that came along in the afternoon didn’t match up. Thus, we believe the host needed an excuse to not refund us for this horribly cold night. Apart from this, the stove plates in the kitchen are elevated, as they are on top of a microwave/oven, which made it a bit uncomfortable to cook.

Clean , small and cozy . Had everything you need expect a dryer

If only had a dryer it would makes sense for laundry but other then that it’s really worth the money spent . Well kept apartment

Great location just a short walk from the centre. Everything we needed though once bed was made, we left it up and space was a little tight. Washing machine a great addition. We had a little difficulty using it but problem was sorted out straight away.

A few finishing touches needed and a small table and chairs would be a great addition

A very nice and cozy place in a really nice spot of Svolvær. The host provided lots of advice and was rather informative.

It should be better if there was a new sofa/bed or even a bed alone in order to have a more relaxing sleep.

Cozy apartment, well located

Extremely small boiler for hot water; after we washed a few dishes cold water started running mid-shower which was very unpleasant. The washing machine only works when the light in the bathroom is switched on, otherwise it stops working every time you switch the light off and a 1-hour washing cycle lasts for hours

The apartment is small but has everything. It is clean and comfortable and there is space to park.

Salt and sugar in the kitchen would have been useful.

No hot water in shower, people stomping upstairs, pull out sofa was not comfortable, one towel was like cardboard. Booking.com should not be marketing this property as it wasn't up to standard..

It is exceed my expectation. More than just a place to lay your head down. Comfortable sofa bed. The host is always on the chat and willing to assist you. Very reasonable price.

Water in shower boot did not drain properly. Clothing products (towels & bed sheet) could have done better. No body soap and shampoo. Only handsoap available. Parking requires more skills as it was in icy condition.

Top price, sweet apartment

Super easy check in, nice quiet location, quite pretty, within walking distance to town and not too far from bus stops. Nice having a TV and really good to have a kitchen with basic supplies to cook my own food. Very warm with heaters on. Host was also very responsive, which was great, because I had a couple of problems.

When I arrived I immediately discovered there was no kettle despite it clearly being in the listing - messaged a host and immediately received a reply saying they had just found it broken that day and so I would have to just boil water on the stove. So great that they were so quick to reply and accidents happen but boiling water on the stove everytime takes a long time, very inconvenient. Next, the shower wouldn't stay upright because the ring it fixed onto was broken so I had to wedge it up somehow, very annoying. The sofa bed is literally just a big sofa once you pull it out with big sofa cushions, it's not a sofa that turns into a bed with a mattress, so it's not particularly comfortable as you have to lie across the cracks between cushions. Also the bed sheet that was left did not fit it at all. Finally, on my second and last evening I decided to do some laundry (a washing machine/dryer is in the listing and is in the bathroom). Firstly, it was nearly impossible to plug in as the socket is so far away from the machine itself. Finally got it plugged in and started my washing. Only about 5 mins in the electricty in the flat cut out. Whilst the host was very quick to respond, it was clear that it was due to the washing machine, so it obviously wasn't fit for purpose. Eventually, I had to try to ring out my washing in the sink. This resulted in me carrying a rucksack full of my very wet, heavy and now damp-smelling clothes around all the next day before I arrived at my next hostel.

I loved everything there, from location to inner comfort! Sindre gave me a Christmas Gift! I love it 🎄🎁 It was a great place to stay 😊

Very cute studio with everything you can need. The self check-in was very easy and the owner was nice to let me do a later check-out. Warm and cozy, perfect to enjoy the Norway experience!

A little far from the center but it was not really a problem for me to have the extra walk (20-25 min), it's a way to enjoy the beautiful landscape. Only tiny detail maybe only to have a bit more light in the living room space, otherwise perfect!

The host was very nice and helpful. The place was good for 2 people and had all the that's needed. Well recommended.
