Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend, aufmerksam, familiär und freundlich. Es wurde sich z.B um den Transfer zwischen Puerta Princessa und der Haustür der Unterkunft im Vorhinein gekümmert. Die Unterkunft hat einen direkten Zugang zu einem traumhaften Sandstrand, inklusive Sonnenliegen, Wasserschuhen, Schnorchelset und sogar die kostenfreie Nutzung eines Kajaks ist inklusive, mit dem man auf eigene Faust naheliegende kleine Inseln erkunden kann. Die hauseigene Küche hat uns ebenfalls überzeugt. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.

Edrien es excepcionalmente simpático y atento, siempre con una sonrisa y con una grandísima predisposición a hacerte sentir en casa. Las habitaciones son más que correctas, cumpliendo a la perfección con el concepto Glamping que propone. El hecho de tener playa privada ofrece gran tranquilidad, unas vistas excepcionales que te regalan fantásticas puestas de sol y la posibilidad de relajarte tomando un zumo recién hecho. Es un lugar excepcional para hospedarse. ¡Súper recomendado! Organizan excursiones y ofrecen una gran variedad de servicios.

Se duerme genial (el ventilador es potente y el aire de la playa es fresco). El lugar es idílico, agua turquesa, palmeras gigantes e islas alrededor.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026A peaceful place and the perfect destination to relax and unwind away from the city noise. I love that it's beachfront, with free use of kayaks to explore the nearby island. The food they serve is excellent, and every meal was delicious. The staff are all friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.
There is a short stretch of rough road, but it's completely manageable. In fact, it's worth the drive because this road passes near Bigaho Falls and serves as a shortcut to San Vicente Proper, cutting your travel time by almost half. Just remember, the road to paradise isn't always easy, but it's definitely worth it!

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Lovely remote location out of the main ‘town’ with all the essentials needed during your stay. Rustic but functional private room. Decent food service available throughout the day. Friendly and helpful staff helped arrange transport to/from the town and free kayaking/snorkelling gear available to explore the local waters.
Be aware the road there is incredibly rough nearer the accommodation, only cold showers but pressure was reasonable so not bad on a warm day to cool off.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Premièrement, le cadre était tout simplement magnifique. Le jardin était très agréable et la plage aussi. Il y avait beaucoup de végétation, de l’ombre naturelle et le était sable doux, l’eau de la plage était chaude. C’était très agréable de passer du temps là bas pour se reposer. Pour ceux qui cherchent du calme et du repos, c’est l’endroit parfait. Aucun bruit de la ville ni de stimulation désagréable, c’était parfait.
Tout était disponible sur place, hamacs, poufs, tables, chaises, eau filtrée, nourriture. Manger les pieds dans le sable les plats du chef, par ailleurs, cuisine aussi bien italien que philipéen, était un vrai plaisir. La nourriture était tout simplement excellente.
Enfin, nous avons été super bien accueillis et servis, le personnel était d’une gentille rare, ils étaient serviables et attentifs, nous n’avons manqué de rien.
Pour les personnes qui recherchent du calme et du repos à Port Barton, loin des plages touristiques et du bruit, nous vous recommandons à 100% ce lieu, le rapport qualité prix est imbattable. Nous avons payé environ 65 euros pour les 6 nuits, et nous avons payé les plats pour 300 pesos le plat environ et 50 pesos la boisson.
A noter que la plage était pleine de rocher, il fallait aller un peu loin pour vraiment pouvoir nager. Mais on peut s’y tremper sans problème.

La ubicación es un poco lejos del centro i tienes que cojer tuktuk, coche o alquilar una moto. Esta a unos 40-50min del centro de Port Barton.

Reviewed May 22, 2026We stayed here for a week, and honestly, it felt just right. Since there are only around 3 restaurant options nearby, we ended up eating most of our meals at Faith Tourist Inn — and it turned out to be the best food we had during our stay. They even accommodated off-menu requests, and every dish they served never failed to impress us.
Special commendation to Shy for being such a wonderful host — always present, attentive, and making sure everything we needed in the inn was taken care of. Mae, our server, was incredibly warm and always checked if we were happy with the food and service. And to the chef (sorry I didn’t get your name), thank you for consistently serving such delicious meals throughout our stay.
The cottages and beach were absolutely beautiful. We initially stayed in a room with a shared bathroom but later transferred to one with a private bathroom — definitely worth getting the private one for added comfort.
If you know how to ride a motorbike, we drove to Bigaho Beach and Bigaho waterfalls, also San Vicente (long drive) but such a scenic route going. Everything was beautiful!
Despite the spotty WiFi and the rocky road heading to Faith Tourist Inn, I’d still rate this place 10/10. It was such a perfect stay. Come here ready to disconnect a little, enjoy the island life, and truly be on vacation!!
Just that it was far from the Barton City Proper, though other than that, everything was perfect for me and my boyfriend, one week stay is enough here.

Le personnel est très aimable et toujours à disposition. Les chambres sont simples mais propres, il n’y a pas d’eau chaude mais cela convient très bien par les fortes chaleurs!
Une adresse idéale si vous souhaitez quelques jours au calme.

Si bien es cierto que está algo alejado del pueblo de Port Barton y el camino no está asfaltado nosotros lo hicimos en moto y en unos 20 minutos estábamos ahí.
La comida del restaurante nos encantó.

Amazing staff! Very hospitable and takes care of all our requests! Gave good instructions on how to reach the place. Food is amazing! No need to eat anywhere else.
The road to the Inn was horrible…. And it’s not their fault. But because of this we dont see ourselves coming back. We came with our own car and it was a pain to go in and out to explore and go back to the inn again.
The insects were truly everywhere. And no hot water in the shower…
Port Barton has so much potential but not until they fix the roads, it can’t compete with El Nido or Coron…

The team could not have been more helpful and loaned scooters to get to town, organise an EPIC boat tour with their chef, Mats who made our stay perfect.

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Todo, las cabañas son encantadoras, muy limpio. La ubicación perfecta para tener dias de relax y tranquilidad. La comida espectacular. Las vistas preciosas y playa larga (aunque hay bastante piedras y coral) pero puedes bañarte perfectamente (recomendable llevar escarpines aunque ellos tambien ofrecen gratuitos). La zona puedes caminarla para disfrutar la naturaleza. Con marea baja ideal para caminar por la playa y ver todo tipo de fauna marina, con marea alta, perfecta para bañarse. Tienen kayaks de uso gratuito.
El personal un 10! Educados, simpáticos y serviciales. Estaban pendientes de que nos nos faltara nada. Agua limpia a lo largo del dia para lavarnos los pies antes de entrar a la cabaña. Comer en la misma arena de la playa es un lujo.Hicimos todas las comidas allí porque era riquísimo. Los atardeceres espectaculares. 100% recomendable.

Great massages! Great sunset views! And super helpful and welcoming staff. They make you feel at home and help you arrange transport to arrive/leave because it’s a bit out of town on a difficult road but once you are there you can definitely enjoy!

Der Bootsausflug zur Erkundung der Bucht von Port Barton ist sehr empfehlenswert.
Man sollte beachten, dass nur Barzahlung möglich ist.

Le personnel est au petit soin et très serviable.
Pensez à prévoir vos allers-retours à l’hôtel car il est isolé et il faut compter 30min en voiture ou 40min en tuk-tuk pour rejoindre Port Barton.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026Établissement très bien tenu avec un personnel à l'écoute et vraiment sympathique. vous êtes reculé de tout mais dans un cadre superbe.
Petit déjeuner et repas les pieds dans le sable avec des services presque dédiés aux quelques hotes de l'établissement. La nourriture est bonne et pas forcément plus cher qu'ailleurs même si vous êtes isolé plusieurs établissements sont comparables côte à côte mais ils ne sont pas nombreux maximum 5 et surtout celui-ci est probablement le plus cosy et le plus joli.
Forcément la distance comme tous les autres nous sommes surpris par la durée pour rejoindre Port Barton.
Pour info avant tout je précise que l'hôtel peux amener ses hôtes depuis Port Barton et les récupérer à la gare en prenant le bateau.
Nous avions nous loué des scooters à notre arrivée à barton il faut compter presque 30 minutes de route pour rejoindre l'hôtel sachant que il y a 10 minutes de route avec asphalte et tout le reste est que de la piste et de la terre. Nous sommes une famille de 4 et nous l'avons fait avec les deux adultes qui conduisaient mais autant dire qu'il faut être quand même très à l'aise sur un scooter pour la partie piste. Je fais moi-même de l'enduro comme sport donc je sais exactement de quoi je parle on est loin des pistes non plus de tout terrain mais de tous les voyages que j'ai fait en Asie cet accès à l'hôtel était probablement le plus long et complexe que j'ai pu faire mais après au bout cela vaut vraiment le coup.
Nous n'avons pas essayé les transports type tuctuc ou taxi mais je suppose que cela doit secouer pas mal à l'intérieur

Assez excentrer du centre-ville ce qui est parfait pour un maximum de repos, les logements sont très bien équipés, et le personnels est AU PETIT SOIN CONSTANT !!

Reviewed Mar 28, 2026I like the quiteness and the solitude of the property. I like how traditional the rooms reflecting the normal way of life of Filipino in the provinces. It is also in the beach front so you can just jump in the water anytime you want. Sunset is very nice. You can eat in front of the beach! The facilities are also clean (no insects inside the room), very well provided in terms of water and electricity and wifi. The owner responded quickly in terms of our questions. They even arranged our pick up from the bus station. They are very attentive for everything that we need. Highly recommended!
Bring your insect repellant lotion especially when it rains as this causes the insects to roam around the property. When its not raining they are hardly noticeable outside.

La route pour y accéder depuis Port Barton est certes un peu chaotique mais les transferts organisés sont efficaces et confortables. Nous regrettons de n'avoir pas pu y rester plus longtemps tant l'endroit est reposant. Le personnel est souriant, prévenant et de bon conseil. Les cabanes très confortables permettent d'y dormir en profitant de la fraîcheur de l'air marin tout en étant bercé par le bruit des vagues. Quant aux repas délicieux sur la plage... Un bonheur. Merci à Ryan, Shy et toute l'équipe pour leur accueil merveilleux.

The staff is super kind and friendly, Shy was incredibly helpful and helped us organise all transfers and tours 💕
They’ve also just opened a restaurant literally on the beach, and the food is really great!!!

Could be both a pro and a con but it’s very isolated - almost 30 min from Port Barton and with nothing else around. It’s perfect if you want to completely relax but it takes quite some time to go to town through a bumpy road (not ideal when it’s dark)

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026If you want a super quiet, super beautiful chill out spot, this beach is your place.
The bungalows are well designed, super clean, comfy beds and were cool without the need for aircon due to the sea breeze.
The family are lovely, always present and yet unobtrusive. Super helpful in everyway. We spent a week there, and to be honest could have easily done longer. I think its one of those places that the more time we spent there, the more joy we could have found in getting to know the locals a bit more.
A small, but big thing that I adored - i must have left a 100 peso's note in a pocket, it came back pinned to the top of the laundry.

Si je pouvais mettre plus que 10, je le ferai.
Le staf est attentionné, au petits soin avec les guest. Tout est fait pour se sentir bien et pour nous faciliter la vie.
Bravo à Shy, Mats (des plats savoureux) et Ken (super navigateur) et toute l’équipe (je ne me rappelle pas les prénoms de tout le monde…) !

C’est un havre de paix, entièrement géré par une famille de philippins très aimable et à l’écoute de ses clients. Les installations sont simples mais propres. Le site est plein de charme. Je recommande si vous aimez le calme
El alojamiento es fantástico y el personal muy servicial y atento.
Las carreteras no existen en Google maps, nos costó muchísimo llegar. Recomiendo que elijan su chofer para los traslados ya que es alguien local que conoce. No obstante las carreteras son horribles para la conducción propia, y es bastante tiempo. Creo que es un hotel para desconectar unos días y no moverte de allí, y sino debes prepararte para la aventura

Reviewed Mar 1, 2026A true paradise, beautiful and comfortable bungalow facing the beach, an amazing team (huge thanks to Shy, Ryan and whole team for their friendliness and making us feel right at home!), several nearby options for restaurants/drinks, you can also rent scooters that make it easier to go around and visit the area… all in all we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for peace and quiet.
Definitely also recommend anyone staying there to do the 1 hour walk to Bigaho falls!!! Absolutely wonderful, super quiet (we were alone there for over an hour), you can’t skip it!!
Access to the property from Port Barton (and back) was somewhat more difficult than I had anticipated. It’s a 30 minutes drive on a dirt road that’s extremely bumpy (not at all suitable for pregnant women or the elderly) and the 10 more on a normal road. So to go and back to Port Barton for daily activities (ie scuba diving in my case) was a bit more of a hassle than I had planned. Was still doable though, and to be honest this was still very worth the beauty and quiet of Faith Inn!

Reviewed Feb 10, 2026Gemütliche Oase ausserhalb von Port Barton. Viele Aktivitäten in der Umgebung möglich. Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit. Das neueröffnete Restaurant ist mit Abstand das leckerste in der Umgebung.
Der Weg, um zur Unterkunft zu gelangen ist etwas mühsam. Das Restaurant bietet nicht so eine grosse Auswahl an und die Preise sind ein bisschen verwirrend (gleicher Preis für Vorspeisen wie Hauptspeisen).

Reviewed Jan 27, 2026Hier bist du in einem kleinen Paradies. Die Häuschen sauber und gemütlich und sicher das netteste Personal, was wir auf unserer 3wöchigen Reise erlebt haben. Abends kann man direkt am Strand essen, fast kitschig schön.
Die Unterkunft liegt ziemlich abseits, aber wer Ruhe sucht, optimal
