Lage und Parkmöglichkeiten waren optimal.

Sauberkeit in der Küche hätte etwas besser sein können.

Obiekt przestronny, czysty, gustownie urządzony. Doceniliśmy to, że w chłodną noc sierpniową działało ogrzewanie i nie odczuliśmy chłodu. Bardzo sympatyczni i pomocni gospodarze. Super kontakt. Reakcja na naszą prośbę o dostarczenie brakującej rzeczy była natychmiastowa.

Jedyną niedogodnością jest osobna lokalizacja łazienki ( na piętrze ) i toalety ( na parterze). Poza tym - wszystko ok.

We loved staying at Cosy House. It was in the most beautiful, quiet neighborhood, with quick, walkable access to the tram, and just 30-40 minutes to get right to the heart of Brussels. Unfortunately, we were there when the weather was unusually hot and the house didn’t have any fans, otherwise, this is a great place to stay.

Ondanks een hobbelige start, was het verblijf aangenaam. Onze gastheer/vrouw waren zeer voorkomend om het ons naar de zin te maken en dat is prima gelukt. Het is een fijn onderkomen: ruim en mooi.

Het is prima zoals het is, maar overal waar je verblijft kan je op zoek naar verbeterpunten. Hier zou een zitje buiten fijn zijn, airco binnen en als het mogelijk zou zijn een ventilatie in de wc (naar achterliggende garage?).

Nothing not to like directly, yet sleeping sofa’s never the best to sleep on, albeit vastly better than the floor ;-)

Diversamente da altre strutture, dove con "villa" o "intero appartamento" si intendono strutture ambigue, questa è davvero una casa indipendente a due piani. La struttura è collocata nel giardino del proprietario, con ingresso completamente autonomo e facile parcheggio in strada, gratis Fornita di tutto, con cucina completamente attrezzata (stoviglie, pentole, elettrodomestici) ed anche una fornitura base, caffè, zucchero, sale, olio, spezie. Pulita, Comoda, Intima, affaccia su un bel giardino molto curato. Da provare. A due passi da Bruxelles.

Avant tout l’excellent accueil des propriétaires, l’emplacement est TOP à 17’ en voiture d’Etterbeck. Le lieu est superbement décoré et tout à fait confortable.

Pas grand chose, cependant 3 points à signaler : - Le bruit des avions certes léger et qui ne nous a pas réveillé mais empêché de faire une grasse matinée - Absence de TV dans le salon mais présente dans la chambre à coucher au 1er étage. - Absence de VMC dans les WC et SDB

Chouette logement et proprietaires ont permis de rester plus longtemps que le check out de 10h

Parfait pour deux personnes. Tres bien situè. Acces rapide aux grands axes et pourtant cadre champetre. Tout le confort necessaire.

A spacious b&b in a great location. Easy access to the R0 ring of Brussels. If you like nature, the woods are at walking distance.

Everything was exactly amazing! Everything clean and organised. The smell of the soap in the bathroom was perfect. The hostess was very kind and easy to communicate at all times. I'll come back more often for sure.

We liked the apartment but because of our age and my wife conditions I am 78 my wife 77 and on crutches found the set up difficult to cope the toilet on the ground floor during the night it was a struggle

We had a fantastic stay at this charming little house during our visit to Brussels! The house is cozy and well-equipped, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The surrounding nature made it incredibly peaceful and relaxing, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed and providing great tips for exploring the area. We truly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat close to Brussels. We can’t wait to come back!

Location was perfect for us. It was quite and very accessible by car. Large living area with effective kitchen on the first floor. very comfortable bed and the room and bathroom were very clean. The bed is in a loft accessible by somewhat narrow stairs and when my spouse sprained her ankle the hosts immediately assisted us to set up the comfortable pullout bed on the first floor. They were very gracious.

The house smelled like mold and the floors were damp from all the Belgian rain that had fallen days prior.

The house was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The interior made us feel real cozy and the big rooms made our life easier. Cyprien helped us and answered to our questions regarding our visit in the city. Extra plus that besides that there is no breakfast included the host had some treats for us and some small bottles of wine that we enjoyed them. I totally recommend the place :).

Some things we noticed and could get better are regarding cleaning with more attention to details and also include some small portion of hygiene products(shower gell, cotton wads etc).

Lovely self contained 1 bed house in Kraainem & great hosts, everything was perfect thank you!

A shelf for toiletries in the shower would be my only small recommendation :)

Locatuon and fairly neat clean bathroom and toilet

There were no hand towels, the toilet seat was loose, toilet little space, no dish cloths, sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable. Best for 2 people

It was nice and spacious and had all facilities needed for a good stay.

Very nice cottage in the countryside, quiet place in a woods. A very nice spot if you want to visit Bruxelles without staying in a busy and crowded place in the city. However, you need a car, but is a 15-25 minutes trip until Bruxelles center.

Heating has not succeeded to balance the temperature in the house, too cold in the living room even with the radiators at maximum, too hot in the loft bedroom. Stairs to the loft quite difficult to use. No intimacy in the bathroom, shower has a glass door directly form the room. No sink in the toilet to wash hands.

We loved the location and the friendliness and help from the owners. Very easy reach to Brussels city, and located in the nature of Tervuren forest. We knew the area from living closeby in the past, so for us an excellent 'gravity center' during our holiday... :)

Room for improvement: * 'Blackout' blinds in all windows could help to sleep (for people that cannot sleep with daylight) * For longer stays, a TV device would be helpful... (even a 2nd TV in the room would be very much appreciated by some guests) * Items that could improve comfort: full size mirror in the bathroom, storage/wardrobe space, additional pillows (different hardness)

Very clean, a lot of space and great sense of privacy. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful in organising my trip. Also very well located to travel easily!
