Pool, location, charm.
Loved the setting and views.
Too noisy too early with cleaning pool area.
I like that Olympic Village Inn stays true to character. It is not fancy. Let the location speak for itself.
It was maintained nicely
Some of the pools/hot tubs were not in service

Unit was very clean. All the rooms face the courtyard area. The sofa bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was well stocked. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this accommodation to others. The price for what we got was excellent.
They are working on improving the facility which is good as the exterior is a little tired. But I expect in time that they will continue to improve its appearance.
Location is perfect , super friendly staff and beautiful surroundings.
I liked everything
They have made some beautiful upgrades to their landscaping. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Excellent location. Close to the village but away from the hustle and bustle. Close to the trailhead for hiking. Very family friendly place.
La ubicación la vista es muy bonita

Pleasantly surprised stay. Beautiful place in a beautiful setting close to everything
Mattress was slightly worn
Great front desk staff, clean and they helped with any requests.
Great staff, clean and affordable.
Loved all the amenities
Nothing
beautiful:)
Under construction so pool and spas not available. Otherwise all good.
Front desk guy felt a little rude/bothered.
Clean, quiet and the staff are wonderful.
Staff was excellent!!!
Loved everything. Would like to see them provide a breakfast, though in the off season it might not be cost effective and increase costs to visitors.
Proximity to Palisades, we were visiting for an event; Comfortable accommodations; a little dated but charming
Some renovations taking place and a little dated. However, these were very minor
Great location, great amenities, pool, grills to use, lounge seating indoors and outdoors, nice gym, sauna, hot tub. The rooms were spacious, the beds were really comfortable, the kitchenette was perfect for a few days stay, the sofa bed was comfortable, doors between the bedroom, bathroom, and living room area was great. Outdoor balcony was just big enough. No A/C, but it was not needed, we opened the windows and the breeze cooled the room perfectly. Will definitely stay here again! Walking distance to the Olympic Village, hiking trails, etc.
Everything was great.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The resort offered something special every night for all that were staying at the resort. The view was amazing.
Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Gorgeous scenery. Great hiking trails started in the resort car park
Friendly, helpful staff. Incredible location right in Olympic Valley, next door to Palisades. Charming architecture/rooms with an alpine vibe.
Bathroom could have been a tad cleaner. The house cleaners missed me because of my DND sign in the am that was removed midday.
Amazing view of the mountains
Location, right st the bottom of ski hills and very very close to village Kitchen and living room with a closed bedroom
Spa closed when i wanted to use it… Soft and small bed Soundproofing
Beautiful!
Location, comfortable and great amenities
The hot tub wasn’t very warm
Room 200 a small mouse ran through the room but he was cute and didn’t bother us.
Really poor experience. In all my travel - same for all my family members - we've never heard of a cancelation request being denied when it was due to a death in the family. However a director at Getaways, working on behalf of Olympic Village Inn, just denied my request for any reasonable credit/cancelation/partial credit of my five night stay. This is due to my dad being admitted to the ER with 2-4 days to live (failed kidneys, no dialysis). I offered documentation. I booked through Booking.com and was told the booking was nonrefundable. Understood, and in the past I've only ever heard of nonrefundable bookings being changed or refunded in extreme cases. I've never heard of a bereavement request being outright denied with no attempt at human decency. Please don't give people and businesses like this your hard-earned money.
Excellent value for money Room are big and comfortable

Shuttle, proximity to Palisades, friendly and helpful staff, pool, new hot tub, sauna, daily activities, clean rooms,, equipped kitchens.
Uncomfortable beds, thin walls and ceilings.
Very well located, kitchen well stocked. Comfortable bedding.
Could use more hooks in the bathroom.
Elevator in ski boots. Thanks.
Some staff.
The location and shuttle service to Palisades was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. Only down side is we did not have enough time to enjoy all of the amenities
The kitchenette was smaller and more cramped than expected, but we were still able to cook small meals.
Amazing location in Olympic Valley right next to Palisades/Squaw Valley. Free shuttle to the resort base makes getting to the mountain a breeze. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The units are bit dated, but well maintained and functional.
I liked that the property was an easy 5-10 min walk to the lifts and village area and that the room was a suite with a separate sitting area, kitchenette and small patio. The multiple hot tubs were also very nice - we only used the one closest to our room but there was at least one other one near the pool. The larger one that we used had plenty of room for multiple couples or groups without feeling crowded. There was also a place to hang towels/robes close to the hot tub. It’s amazing how many ski resort hot tubs don’t have that feature!
The property is a bit dated and the bathroom is between the living area/kitchenette and the bedroom, so you’re stuck when someone’s in the bathroom.
I liked how it was very home-y. Close to the mountains. And they had a stove top with cookware ◡̈
The heater wasn’t really working in the living room area but at least the room one was.
Location is prime, short shuttle ride to the base of the resort..easily walkable. Loved the layout of the unit, comfy beds, even the pullout was super.
It is pricey.
This place has so much character history and charm it bowled us over minutes after arriving. As part of the original housing built for athletes of the 1960 Olympics you could feel that spirit. The apartments have been totally redone of course, but the units are very well stocked with everything you need to be independent and comfortable. Hot tubs, pool, and daily social events for guests round out the great atmosphere. And the staff went out of their way on multiple occasions to accommodate our needs.
Location was excellent, hot tub was a great perk
Temperature control in the rooms was a bit challenging
Nice resort overall — although it’s a bit older, it’s well located, easy to find, and conveniently close to the highway, shops, and restaurants.
Hot tubs were hot!!! Coffee in lobby Friendly staff with smiles Shuttle to village Suite style room
Very noisy heaters ! Bathroom toilet area was small Signs to lobby and registration failed
Muy bueno
Free shuttle to the lift.
We come here multiple times a year during the ski seasons. Great location, quick walk to the village / ski lifts, or you can take the shuttles. There is a ski check, they also have snow shoes and other fun things you can borrow. Staffs are efficient and helpful, I like being able to text them, they answer very quickly. There are new fire pits and hot tubs on site. We enjoy the hot cider, mulled wine and hot coco they offer in the afternoon. The mattress is getting a little too soft for my old bones, but that's probably the only thing.
Movies available, clean , easy access to the village and fun little events in the afternoon such as Hot cocoa or spiked apple cider .
No complaints
Location to Olympic village was perfect. It's walkable but they also have a shuttle bus every 15 mins to drop you off with all your ski paraphernalia. 2 new hot tubs were welcoming at the end of the day.
Hotel is very dated, rooms are small but warm and comfortable.
Excellent hotel for the price. The room was very clean and the living space was great with a sofa and dining area. The kitchen was very well stocked with lots crockery, pots & pans etc and a coffee machine/filters/some coffee were provided. No breakfast options but there was a morning coffee area next to reception. Lots of parking and we used the ski shuttle which was great.

Happy it was a bit away from the crowds at Palisades but still accessible with the convenient shuttle. Bathroom was very clean. Kitchenette was well equipped. Enjoyed the game room. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Tall travelers would have liked bigger beds, even small for a couple. The pull out was not very comfortable. Would have been nice to have two sinks in the bathroom. Furniture has taken a beating. Carpet and wall paper could use a refresh or a least a good cleaning. Need more parking.
We loved the room.
Construction
The property is rustic and inviting with lots of charm.
They were doing construction at the time which detracted from the beauty but can’t wait to come back when they are done.
Having kitchen, full supply of utensils and appliances

Well maintained vintage property pleasant staff
I liked the shower and the bed and kitchen.
There was lots of noise and construction. Hard to feel the peace.

Cleanliness
7.6/10Generally clean but multiple mentions of missed housekeeping, a bathroom that could have been cleaner, and one guest reported a small mouse — some inconsistent housekeeping experiences.
Service
8.5/10Staff frequently described as excellent, helpful and welcoming; however a serious negative incident involving a denied bereavement refund (via a third party) lowered overall perception of management responsiveness.
Location
9.5/10Outstanding location — right at the base of the ski hills, adjacent to Palisades and Olympic Village, with immediate access to hiking trails and village amenities.
Room Quality
9.2/10Rooms described as spacious with comfortable beds, handy kitchenettes and good room layouts; some rooms are a bit dated/charming and a few mentions of small or soft beds.
Amenities
9.3/10Strong amenities (pool, outdoor jacuzzi, grills, indoor/outdoor lounge seating, gym, sauna, hot tub); occasional issues cited (spa closed at times, pool renovation, hot tub sometimes not very warm).
Value for Money
9.3/10Multiple guests called out excellent value for money; comfortable, well-equipped rooms and location deliver strong perceived value.
Food and Beverage
8.9/10Limited F&B notes: café available but several guests wished for a provided breakfast; F&B offerings generally unremarkable but not a major complaint.
Overall Experience
8.9/10Mostly very positive stays with many repeat visitors and strong recommendations, tempered by isolated but impactful negatives (notably a denied bereavement refund and some facility/cleaning hiccups).
