The room is outdated. The tv are too small and the cable is so old not working, the air conditioner is leaking, the towel is over used thread is almost coming off. They told me to ask for another towel I have to pay 50 pesos each time.

No bathroom robe hook. No telephone to reach front desk. No door bell so you'll not be yelling outside the room. Door viewer to look outside who's knocking in your doorstep.

My booking in the app have a lil problem but the management fix it and considerate my booking even it is under on a different name just call them directly and they will help you😊 a 100% i will go back again to this hotel and recommended it🥰

Le bruit de la rue, très intense ntense la journée et qui dure la nuit. Si vous pouvez demandez la chambre 38 isolée et calme, pas le bruit de la rue ni la journée ni la nuit.

The staff, EXCELLENT Every person on staff was very helpful Would stay again, highly recommended Its on the main road with shops, supermarket and public market all less than 1km away

Too noisy, those rooms near the road. 1 bottle water only, I suggest putting a guest water dispenser. Their restaurant/cafe open at 10 am. They should cater for breakfast at 6am to 9am

Reviewed Sep 2, 2024If you just really want and need a place where you could sleep, Balai Subik Hotel isn't so bad. Sleeping here was comfortable enough. So if you have nowhere else to stay at Zambales and want a cheaper option, I suggest going here. Staff here are kind too, and we were able to extend our stay for only 100 pesos per hour. It was also near establishments like Waltermart Subic, 7-Eleven, and McDonald's.
