Reviewed Mar 1, 2026The request for a deposit complicated our arrival. The description of the property mentioned "a damage deposit of CHF 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment" while the host only accepted Twint or bank transfer, not cash. Fortunately, we found a post office open on the way and hence were able to solve this.
