Rien, c'était parfait

The terrace and rooftop view were great. The quietness - I could only JUST hear the Saturday nights motorbike hoons that seem to plague the centre of the town!

The place felt tired. The sheets were thin and torn, the decorations chipped, the shower curtains dirty etc. Do not trust Google maps!!! They send you to somewhere else entirely!

J’ai passé une nuit très agréable chez Eden à Sidi Bou Saïd. L’accueil de l’hôte était chaleureux et attentionné. La maison est d’une propreté irréprochable, parfaitement calme. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la terrasse verdoyante, un véritable havre de paix. A recommander sans hésitation.

Maison très coquette, propfe, bien entretenue et très bien décorée. Tres belle terrasse avec une très belle vue panoramique sur la mer et le grand Tunis.

Kitchen and kitchen equipment were dirty, only one fork in the kitchen, and microwave is not working properly. Also some stuff from previous guests were in the fridge. Bathroom wasn’t that clean and many things from previous guests. Getting inside can be a hustle as you pass through 5 doors to get to the apartment and some of them need keys.

Nice, quiet place to stay in Sadi Bou Said. The owner let us come early for check-in and let us for late check-out what we are appreciated a lot. Kitchen was small, but has enough things for simple cooking. Appartement is in Tunisian style with close terrace and open terrace with a view on the city. Small shops was around, super market 5-7 min to walk.

There was no closet for clothes and other things. There are a lot of sofas, tables and other furniture, but nowhere to put things. but for one night it was not a big problem. there was a slight specific smell.

Owner is friendly and patiently waited to bring us to his home. Clean. Easy parking. House has lovely rooftop

Direction to the house in this website is wrong. Is very cold during winter because no heater inside bedroom

Close from the city center. The room is clean and spacious. Very comfortable.

Difficult to find the place. The address is not correct.

The terrace is the only positive of this place although it comes with super loud construction noise. Sidi bou said is nice but can be seen on a day trip. The house is about 10 minutes walk from the main area.

- Uncomfortable bed: You could feel the springs up to your neck. Proposed solution after complaining, and him denying it until he actually touched the spring coming out of the mattress: flip the mattress. Back and neck pain by the end of my stay. 4-5 hours of sleep per night on average. Forget about relaxation. - They are building apartments on the other side of the wall. So construction noise from 730 am - 1st night there was a wedding in the neighbourhood, you could party with them. From your bed. - Bed clothing was not cleaned, it was still from the previous tenant. I could smell perfume and human smell on the pillows and you could see wrinkles from use on the bedsheets - Owner everyday there - You share the space with other people. Girl from the family that's next door walked in on me thinking it's the same place. - No privacy and loud: you hear everything they say next door, 2nd night 5-6 people chatting and laughing outside your bedroom window. - Kitchen good enough to make a coffee, if you know how to make Turkish coffee. No knives, utensils and pan burned and dirty. - Cafe next door with people talking loud and playing music from 630 am - No washing machine: the owner will offer to come and wash them for you, but did show up. The only day he didn’t come :D - Unstable internet, make sure you have mobile data - Payment only in cash - The shower drains the water very slow, by the end of the shower you're ankle deep in your own juices :D and it flows to the rest of the bathroom so you need to clean up after each shower. -The host will mark you as no-show after you leave. -The host blamed me for leaving the keys inside when checking out despite no leaving any instructions.
