Moon Palace Hotel

Sehr nettes Personal

Free Parking, room comforts and cleanness and excellent breakfast

Alles, ruime kamer, fijne handdoeken, bed goed Lekker ontbijt.

Krappe douche,en maar 1 wc rol hahaha

Centrale e colazione buona

Stanze molto belle e pulite, letti e cuscini comodissimi

Guter Preis und guten Frühstück

Standort komplizierte Bus Verbindung

Friendly staff, comfortable room, central location in Arese, good breakfast

Spokój

propre, calme, personnels très gentils

rien

Staff gentilissimo, pulizia camera buona!

Quiet place, polite staff

Leaking sink (room change was offered), hair found, modest breakfast. Located inside shopping centre

Camera spaziosa con grandi letti e doppio televisore. Silenziosa. Personale molto cortese. Zona molto tranquilla. Hotel vicinissimo al museo dell'Alfa Romeo.

Colazione da migliorare poco assortimento.

Staff was friendly and nice

Need to pay extra for safe parking and outside is not very safe

The hotel is excellent. It needs new landscaping and fixing the exterior of the old building exterior. Inside is good but the landscape and the old junk factory exterior did not match. Neighborhood is very nice!

Just mentioned

The breakfast offered a great variety, and the hotel was clean and newly renovated.

It's a renovated old building, so the elevator is a bit slow.

Good location if you are just passing the city.

Garage too low.

We wake up in the middle of the night very switing We woke up sweating in the night because the AC stopped cooling and couldn't sleep until dawn. I tried calling the front desk at night, but no one picked up. In the morning, management refused to speak with me regarding compensation. The receptionist only offered a 25% discount voucher valid for one year on a future stay, which is completely unacceptable.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful front of house team. Air conditioning in room

Small shower with cracked tray. Paper cups for tea and coffee. Only one of each teabag.

Excellent design details. Very cheerful and helpful staff. Quiet setting. Large room with a balcony. Set in a pedestrian area with food/bar outlets nearby. Very, very clean. Loved the simple, clean lines of the furniture. The bed and linens were high end and offered first class comfort.

There was nothing that could be better other than a longer stay.

Emplacement et qualité des installations

RAS

Clean and comfortable, ideal for short stays

Breakfast is not offering so much options

Ricca colazione, camere pulite e confortevoli. Attaccato ad un centro commerciale. Ottimo.

Hell sauber freundlich

nichts

Every thing was good

The staff are the best staff ever and the hotel is very clean. Everything about the hotel is perfect

the location is abit far away from Milano central station. And the buses to that area stops at around 7 so no public transportation after that time. Better to have a car
