The terrace room is quite good, it’s small but the feel is good and not so dirty. It’s doesn’t really look like the pictures though and the terrace itself is not cozy.

You kinda have to go outside to get to your own bathroom, and bathroom has no fan so it gets humid and moldy there. The room really needs a deep cleaning, it’s quite dirty overall.

Posto molto sporco. La camera con "terrazzino" non è come può sembrare in foto, dal vivo è un balconcino molto piccolo al quale sono state messe delle vecchie persiane blu che coprono la vista della brutta casa di fronte a 1 metro di distanza... Tutto abbastanza rotto e fatiscente. Stanza piccola e brutta. La sconsiglio.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer war nicht sehr sauber und es waren einige Kakerlaken in den Vorhängen

The location is quiet for Ho Chi Minh, as the building is in a side street and not located on a busy street. We had a little balcony which was nice. It was also good to have a communal kitchen.

We stayed here for three nights. The location is excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue we experienced was a slight unpleasant smell from the bed when we first checked in. Other than that, everything was great, and we had a comfortable stay. Thank you!

Địa điểm gần ga tàu, sân bay, chợ, nhiều tiệm ăn ngon, di chuyển đi các quận đều dễ dàng. Homestay ở trong hẻm đối diện chung cư nhỏ, ở giữa có khoảng cây xanh nên từ phòng nhìn ra thoáng đãng yên tĩnh mát mắt. Phòng có giường rộng rãi, diện tích thoải mái cho gia đình nhỏ. Khu dân cư an toàn thân thiện. Nhân viên dễ thương.

Phòng tắm bị hư quạt hút. Chăn, ga, bọc gối nên dùng vải cotton thay vì polyester, nằm bị tích điện và nóng bí. Không có thang máy nên nếu mang va li nặng khá bất tiện mang vác lên xuống cầu thang.

The place was welcoming. Beds are a very good size and positioned in a way to give privacy and storage.

Dịch vụ: mình ở phòng dorm, lưu trú gần 1 tuần tại sài gòn để công tác, so với nhiều khách sạn/homestay có dạng dorm thì giường ở đây là rộng nhất mình từng ở qua. Khu vực để Vali cũng khá lớn, và có tủ riêng cũng như góc làm việc nhỏ tại mỗi giường. Các vật phẩm dùng chung như sữa tắm, dầu gội, khăn giấy vệ sinh cũng đầy đủ. Có cả dịch vụ giặt ủi và hỗ trợ thuê xe máy. 3. Địa điểm: buổi tối đường ở rạch bùng binh có rất nhiều quán ăn hè phố mô hình quán nhậu, cũng có quán ăn như bánh canh chả cá hoặc bánh xèo miền trung, có quán nước cách khách sạn 300m. Tuy nhiên, cửa hàng tiện lợi thì có hơi xa, mình muốn mua đồ ăn vặt buổi tối thì hơi bất tiện

Khách sạn không có bán mì gói, hoặc các món ăn vặt, nên khi cần sử dụng cần đi cửa hàng tiện lợi, cũng khá xa nếu đi bộ, khoảng 1km

- Không gian yên tĩnh, phòng sạch, rộng rãi và thoáng mát, có ban công ban ngày nắng đẹp, có tủ khóa riêng từng khách. Phòng sắp xếp khá hợp lý. Bên dưới có chỗ để ngồi làm việc, wifi ổn. Nhân viên thân thiện. - Vị trí sát trung tâm đi đâu cũng gần, phòng sát đường chính, đi lại tiện.

Nice and helpful staff! Location is amazing and calm at night! Peaceful common spaces and nice to be able to use the kitchen. Comfortable beds!

Toilet door too big for me to get inside, need to squeeze myself in but thats okay. Clean toilet matters.

Super propere hostel! Vriendelijk personeel, bij aankomst kreeg ik een fles water. Daarnaast is er de mogelijkheid om de keuken te gebruiken.

Phòng dorm nữ quá đẹp và tiện nghi. Tôi rất thích. Vị trí tốt ở trung tâm tp và có nhiều chỗ ăn uống. Nhân viên lễ tân nhiệt tình và chu đáo.

Great spot and the nicest staff

Good location

The terrace room I stayed turn out to be on the ground floor. Quite impossible to use the terrace let alone open the curtain as you are facing someone’s kitchen and the street. And you have to go out door to use the sink and to go to the toilet.

Nice house, lovely large rooms, good set up with shared kitchen. Plenty of places to sit.

Beds a little hard for me.

Location is good, the small garden and the shared space downstairs are very inviting :)

The was no bottle opener and only one knife in the kitchen 😄😅

Staff was very nice and attentive. Felt safe and comfortable as a solo female traveler. Would stay here again.

Het personeel was vriendelijk. De prijs viel goed mee dus je kan niet het beste verwachten hiervoor.

De badkamer was niet zo proper en de bedden waren vrij hard.

Easy, cheap and some potential

Picture in the property description were misleading. Rooms and entrance were absolutely not as show in the picture. Room was kind of dirty in the floor with stains on the walls and spiderwebs on the corners. Found a dead cockroach under the bed covers in a layer of dust that must have been there since 2021. Bathroom became a swimming pool after each shower.

Staff were very nice and helpful! Free bottled water upon arriving and checking out. Nice and spacious room. AC is cool enough. Free toiletries. Gave me a gift on my birthday!

Tub was kind of broken. Soap etc. were not replenished and room does not seem to be cleaned deep enough between guest stays.

I like the aesthetics of it and that it was off the main road while being close to restaurants and shops. You got your own locker plus a smaller one in your pod that was really convenient.

The staff while kind were completely unhelpful at every turn. They never knew anything and could barely communicate with me. They would also leave the door open to the dorms constantly while the AC was on which defeats the purpose. Then AC barely worked, the units were half broken, supposedly on 16 degrees but I was sweating. The room was not insulted and so cool air was always escaping through the balcony windows. The bathroom was also always dirty.

Cute little hotel and hostel walkable from the railway station. We had a private double room - fridge and air conditioning. Good WiFi.

Central location, staff was friendly.

Room is not really soundproof, you’d hear a lot of loud noises in the morning. The bed is a bit small and not too comfortable. I requested to check out later in advance (with extra fees if needed), to which the staff agreed the check-out time would be 13:30. On the day however, the staff was rushing me to leave already at 11:00 and we settled for 12:00 in the end. Would have been less stressful if they had upfront refused to let me check out later than rushing me in the last minutes.

Nice big room. Loved having a bath.
