Reviewed Sep 16, 2026La posizione ottima, lontana da luci esterne, aumenta la possibilità di vedere l’aurora (infatti l’abbiamo vista!!). La casa dispone di tutti i servizi necessari, addirittura di una friggitrice ad aria.
Niente, tutto ottimo. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la porta ma la proprietaria in pochi minuti è venuta in sede a risolverlo.

Reviewed Feb 25, 2026Die Lage ist ruhig und schön am Fluss gelegen. Supermarkt zu Fuss in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Stadt zu Fuss in 50 Minuten. Taxi Service sehr gut.
Die Busse fahren unregelmässig. In der Wohnung hatte es keine Mikrowelle.

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026This little studio is situated close to the airport and Santa claus village. Check in was smooth. It's like going from home to home. Very comfortable and the surrounding nature is beautiful. You can walk to get some food until 9 pm or order via wolt.
The bathroom could have been cleaner. There was some shaving bits and stuff left there from previous people in the sink. And toilet wasn't cleaned properly.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026Amazing, cozy house, just right next to the water and far from the crowded city centre. Great location, 15 min walk to the grocery store. Close to the airport and Santa's village.
It was quite hard to catch any bus from there.

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025The Studio itself was good and Cozy. The instruction and communication with the owner were apt and timely. We could store our luggage in the adjacent garage for a few hours after check out. That was very helpful from the owner.
Location is a little outskirt from the central Rovaniemi. The price was too high for the location. Should be less even during the peak tourist seasons.
