Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Perfect location in the middle of Tainan, many restaurants and tourist spots in walking distance. Laundromat, dryer and microwave available.
Great place - just be careful, only the middle and the right elevator reach the hotel; there’s another hotel on 8th floor, that’s easy to get wrong when arriving.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026The location very strategy for food, walking thru to other hot spot and the team is helpful and nice.
The room that they upgrade for me , I think , is a large big room. It has a sound in toilet each time using the water but since I’m a solo trip, I think it’s fine. But if with family and friends, it might a little bit disturbing.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Great location! Staff Is very friendly! We had a free upgrade Upon arrival and our room was great!
It Is severly prohibited to throw the toilet paper in down the toilet. This was very incovenient, especially considering how nice the hotel Is. Cleaning Is Upon request, which Is fine but even when you ask for It they dont really clean your room thoroughly or set the bed they Just give you clean towels and empty the garage cans. Not a huge deal but It Is a bit annoying that there are only 2 elevators going up to the 6th floor where the hotel Is located.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026The hotel an room were very clean. As I like firm mattresses, I found the bed to be extremely comfortable. I especially liked the fact that rooms included a dehumidifier to take the humidity out of the air, which made the room so much more comfortable. I must also say that the upgrade offered by the staff during check-in was quite generous, and an excellent touch.
