Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Nice, spacious room, comfortable bed, and good value for money. We stayed here for six nights while attending a conference nearby, and the location worked perfectly for us. If you’re traveling by car, there are plenty of free street parking options nearby, or you can use the hotel’s paid garage.
If you’re planning to explore Munich as a tourist, though, the hotel is a little too far from the city center. I’d probably opt for a more central hotel, as getting into the city takes at least 35 minutes each way, whether by train or car.

Dlouhý check-in i check-out myslí na všechny. V přízemí najdete i malý obchod, kde si můžete zakoupit občerstvení.

I could not go back to the front of the queue having already questioned for a long time. My husband had my passport who was sitting in the lobby with our children. Water dispenser was not working properly. I asked one of the men standing behind the bar how to use it . He tried for 5 seconds and was unsuccessful. He then said he will look at it properly if he has time. I then watched as he joked with his colleagues and rearranged napkins. He never fixed it or provided a glass of water from his tap behind the bar. The toilet in my room had not been cleaned. There was pee stain on the toilet seat and the floor. The shower was in the bedroom with no separation by wall or a door so I could not have a shower as my children would be able to see everything.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026For the price, this hotel is ideal for a one-night stopover. The hotel is clean, the room was spacious enough for our family of four and the air conditioning was very welcome. The breakfast was standard but had a decent selection and was well cared for. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.
The soundproofing could be better, as we could clearly hear footsteps from the room above us during the night. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt somewhat clinical to us, almost like a hospital. Parking is also not very convenient, as you have to be lucky to find a spot in the street. We also had a less pleasant experience with the person who checked us in, although the other staff were friendly.

What guests love
- •Friendly, helpful staff
- •Excellent public transport links (bus/tram/U-Bahn nearby)
- •Clean and comfortable rooms / good beds
- •Good breakfast options, happy hour and coffee
- •Supermarket conveniently close
Areas to consider
- •Parking costly and at least one towing incident; unclear parking procedures
- •Some parts of hotel and rooms show wear and need renovation
- •Breakfast and parking prices seen as high
- •Occasional room issues: small showers, door problems, one very low/uncomfortable bed
- •One report of being charged for a stay not taken (billing dispute)
Cleanliness
8.7/10Multiple reviewers mention very clean rooms and tidy bathrooms; one guest reported no towel change and missing toilet paper during a 3-night stay, but overall cleanliness is praised.
Service
9/10Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and welcoming; guests highlight good check-in/out process and attentive personnel, though one guest suggested clearer parking procedures after a towing incident.
Location
9/10Consistently praised for excellent public transport links (bus/tram/U-Bahn directly outside or very close); noted as not in the city centre but well connected for quick access.
Room Quality
7.6/10Rooms are often described as comfortable, modern and with good beds, but some guests note small showers, a very low/uncomfortable bed in one room, difficulty with door closing, and signs that parts of the hotel need renovation.
Amenities
7.4/10Good in-room basics, happy hour and coffee praised; nearby supermarket convenient but with early closing hours; paid parking available but caused problems for at least one guest (towing) and is considered costly.
Value for Money
7/10Mixed impressions: guests appreciate the overall experience but several call out high extra charges (parking €19/day, breakfast ~€17.50) and one guest reported being charged for a stay they did not make, lowering perceived value.
Food and Beverage
