冷氣運轉大聲，水熱很慢(開著要2-3分鐘才會熱) 早餐是固定的，不是很精緻 微老舊，設備不多

Reviewed Dec 11, 2025第一天早餐是三明治+水煮蛋+香蕉+愛玉果凍，可以享用交誼廳的飲品，第二天掛在住宿三明治變漢堡，飲料是奶茶。很喜歡悠閒園林中的自然氣氛，草原上很多小花跟蝴蝶，服務人員都很貼心，能夠在這裡悠閒的渡過假日，是很不一樣的墾丁。 我們住雙人房在需要爬樓梯抵達的二樓，有個小陽台，一樓感覺是比較多人的房型，有其他親子家庭入住。 黃色房屋是托斯卡尼，紅色是漫步酒莊。

Reviewed Nov 26, 2025房間前面的花園，不時會聽到貓咪的叫聲。 雖然小橘貓太過黏人(不讓牠進房間就在門口不停地哀嚎)， 但還是很開心有牠的陪伴。 房間、浴室、陽台都很大。
戶外不時會聞到類似牛糞的味道。 浴室洗手台和地板會積水。 水龍頭和蓮蓬頭設備老舊。 農場裡已養了許多動物，但攜帶寵物入住卻只能住小木屋，有些遺撼。

Reviewed Oct 11, 2025We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was impressively spacious, and the toilet was nice and large. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was quite good. Our kids especially loved the opportunity to feed the animals.
it's worth noting that the furniture is a bit dated, but everything was clean and functional. Unfortunately, the rain prevented us from enjoying the outdoor facilities. Also, be prepared for a bit of a walk from the rooms to the dining area

付了這樣的費用，覺得早餐太簡單，沒有甚麼選擇，另外床墊睡起來不是很舒服，感覺得到是老舊的床墊。

唯獨洗澡熱水美中不足，水需要等非常久的時間才會熱，雖然櫃台告知只要把水事先放久一點就會熱沒錯， 也完全不會因此影響我們再去住，但需要連續放水大約5~10分鐘左右才夠熱，不免覺得有點浪費水資源， 另，蓮蓬頭的孔洞太細小，導致噴出來的水，比較微弱、也不集中，就更覺得洗澡水比較冷，希望可以更換水力較大較集中的蓮蓬頭。

Reviewed Jun 2, 2025The breakfast had friendly service. Be careful because within a kilometre of each other you have My Chateau and Chateau Beach Resort. I was attempting to go to the latter and booked Chateau by mistake, Luckily I was able to get the My Chateau people to shorten my booking.com four nights to one night so I experienced the wacky interesting My Chateau with goats and four poster beds and then moved to the beach. The staff at My Chateau were very supportive, helping me with booking of high speed rail tickets and more.
