Room floor was filthy Bathroom filthy Bed sheets was old and thin with dirty spots form previous sexual activities Bottles and paper everywhere underneath the trees

Lovely place to stay and very conviniant

There was no roofed braai facilities and beach access was not open early mornings for fishing and beach walks

The location

Old, rusted appliances. Poor ventilation and sewerage smells. Bathrooms need lots of work and overall the cottage was outdated and run down.

The unit itself was clean and tidy. The staff (reception, cleaners and security) was very pleasant and helpful.

The mattress in the bedroom was not comfortable. The couch in the living room smells and does not serve as a suitable sleeping option. The immediate exterior perimeter was littered.

Friendly staff. Security very good. Good clean chalets. Clean towels.

Balcony structure needs attention - very unsafe and very dangerous. Stove so rusted and oven does not work. Bed terrible - so hard and very uncomfortable! Shower very slippery and dangerous.

Nobody at reception after nine. N2 was closed after accident and we arrived late. Security not equipped well enough do to booking in.

I was very surprised that I could see the beach ⛱️ from. Where I cottage was situated, I totally loved it getting up and see the waters

Just the steps was little bit hectic but all and all manageable, couldn't take pics it was a rainy weekend

Our room was cleaned beautifully when we returned from our daily activities.

We didn't have bedding for our kids, when we phoned they tried to assist, but only brought duvet covers with no inners. They did however sort us out the following day. They also struggled with water over the weekend. Pipe burst which led to no water.

Staff and resort are great

Only a very small pathway to a very dirty beach. Stayed in 2 bed bungalow. Ideal for backpackers maybe. Suggesting side table at bed. Curtains are unacceptable, Smaller burglar bars to keep monkeys out, please supply dish rack and maybe a line to hang wet towels. The small fridge was set to 10 but broken so all my things froze. Had a huge one bedroom place with ocean view for the same price just down the road in Marine drive. Really not worth it

Location. The staff and manager moved us to another room after I conveyed my dismay about the first room.

It states that there is free WiFi, but is only available at certain spot close to the conference center. The games room is dirty and seems neglected. The zipline has not been functional since January.

Room verry clean . Bed as expected.. Location ok.

Tv was only the stations that nobody ever watch. No wifi in the room we stayed.

Cutlery, pots and pans were in bad condition and very limited for a self catering unit.

Rooms were cleaned every day

The first night in room 35 could bath due to lack of maintenance with the bath that is cracked on the side and water disappearing into it. Around about 21h00 had to pack everything up and move to another house. The second place shower head not to standerd and the bath tap dripping and dripping,yet again due to lack of maintenance. On Thursday night at the other room H1 again due to lack of maintenance the water pipe under the sink in the kitchen burst around 20h00. No one at reception alltho every day it is posted on the whatsapp group that reception is open till 21h00. In the end, they just apologize and left it just there. The security lucky help to get us packing up again and move yet again to another room. Wi-fi is up to shit and braai area infront of room.

The trampoline was not working. The children would have really loved it.

Neat clean and has everything you need. Nice and close to walk down to the beach.

Some things looks like they need a bit of an upgrade like the stove. But it works and it’s clean.

The View was awesome. The staff were very friendly.

The first night was a nightmare. The lodge they booked us into smelt like urine. The state of the place was honestly disgusting. We requested to be moved into a cleaner lodge, which they did on the second day of our stay. That was much better. The staff was very accommodating when we moved. We then had a very pleasant stay.

Good location, close to the beach. Felt safe and secure. Cleaning done daily which is great. We had a nice view.

Beds not very comfortable, blankets thin and it was cold. Little 2-bar heater doesn’t warm room. Setup is a semi-detached house with a thin dividing wall so you can hear everything from your neighbour. We had a noisy family so battled to sleep on night 1.

None of the facilities for the kids worked. Couldn’t have breakfast because they only opened at 11 yet check the out was at 10

I loved how friendly and helpful the receptionist was. She really made our stay comfortable and reassured us on every single procedure. General workers were also very friendly.

I did not like the fact that the wifi could only connect at the pool and reception area. No 2 point plugs so we had to charge our phones through my laptop the first night. Driving out the next day to buy a plug was not on my list. Newer beds could be a great addition as the mattress slept a little uncomfortable but overall it was a good experience.

We found mould with dead insects and insect poop in the bath and showers, indicating a lack of cleanliness.

No plug for kitchen sink. A broom in the room will do wonders

The setting is lovely - the trees, proximity to the beach and Cape Reciffe. It is convenient having the restaurant on the premises as well as a pool.

The units are desperately in need of maintenance - especially the woodwork on the decks and doors. Our shower was also completely blocked.

Poor maintenance and health and safety issues. Cleaners are not professional, they are too familiar with guests. No uniform to identify cleaning staff. Dated furniture in chalets No proper tv channels No WiFi at chalets, even though you advertised free WiFi

Furniture very old and rusty Not enough kitchen equipment Kitchen towels non existent Braai facilities outdated Carpet stinks and full of burn holes The fridge looks like 1980. Not worth the price you pay. You need to upgrade big time!!!!!!

We wanted to stay more hours and leave late becous were going to finish the at the beach but the weather was not good. They wanted to charge us for 1night again and we needed hours e.g 10:00-17:00. They must think about that option

It was clean.

It was very noisy. Music and parties went on into the early hours of the morning. There was a very unpleasant smell wafting through the resort. Beds were not very comfortable. Only one chair to sit on.

The location is great love the fact that sanccob and the lighthouse is so close we enjoyed taking the kids there.

The fridge and stove was rusted yes it worked but not appealing to first time guest, also a cover of a sleeper couch on top of the closet. The bathroom basin stopper didnt work properly the water kept going out as you busy. The light was not working in the outside walk way it was very dark. At the pad pad please put lights there for people that play at night. Please update the website on having to book 2 days ahead of time for zip lining.Also add the Deposit fee requirements on the website so there is no surprises on the day you leaving to have cash for this even though its refundable its good for people to know this in advance

I liked how friendly all the staff was. And I find it amazing that the restaurant is situated inside the lodge, walking distance from our cabin.

There's is nothing I didn't like.

Outdated, no maintenance

Bedrooms were not neat and tidy made and room were not completely clean after cleaning services. All units had some broken handles, bathroom doors that cant close properly, no proper cutlery were made available to us, nor cooking utensils.

Poor maintenance of the cottages and Chalets

Bathroom was dirty, shower didn't work properly, toilet didn't flush properly. Room was smelling. Beds were uncomfortable. Place need maintenance.

The resort is closer to the beach.In overall the resort was comfort and tidy.It is family friendly as well.

The staff are not prioritising guests concerns.Their communication is poor and they ignore calls when you contact them.

The location, the fact that the was also a small shop, the pool, The lady we met at check in was very nice, we arrived earlier than check in she was ok to keep our bag. The are also some monkeys on the property which my daughter enjoyed watching. The security were also very helpful.

The Monkeys open windows and take your food. The rooms need a little revamping, the fridge was rusted almost wasn't working, the stoves were slow. There are no golf carts that help you to your room so if you have a lot of luguage its a struggle to go all the way up to you room and our room was far. We were also not told about the R500 breakage fee you pay on the spot per room. The WIFI only works at the reception and not in the rooms. The beach is not a swimming beach its just for views. At the restuarant you wait long for your food.
