Lot of humidity in the room, big black mold on the ceilings, fan instead of a/c, only bed linen and towels seemed clean, room on the first floor, staff forgot about packing our breakfast. Photos look better than in real life

Appartamento pulito ed accogliente, a 7 minuti dalla piazza principale Jeema El-Fna. Rachida è stata una super host...sempre disponibile e sorridente, con la sua colazione spettacolare! Grazie!!

El desayuno y la cena excelente ! Todo muy bueno . El alojamiento está totalmente limpio algo que me preocupaba pero ha cumplido mis expectativas. El buen trato de Souhail una maravillosa persona que te ayuda en todo. Rachida la cocinera es una excelente persona. Si os alojáis en este Riad os vais a sentir como en casa . Si buscáis paz y tranquilidad .. no dudéis en escoger este Riad .

Nous avons passé 7 nuits dans ce riad. Première nuit température dans la chambre et salle de bain très froides nous n avons pas reçu d'information sur le chauffage, elle aurait pu être chauffée car nous étions attendu. WC trop près du mur difficile de s y assoir. Un jacuzzi ? Bruit dans la ruelle. Pas de ménage en chambre, pas de lit fait, il faut demander pour vider la poubelle et changer les linges de bain, rien pour poser les valises et pas d' armoire pour ranger ses affaires. Qualité-prix trop élevé.

Breakfast

Staff was so friendly, kind, and accommodating. Breakfast (included) was yummy and different each day - it included many pastries, orange juice, coffee, and tea. The location is perfect for visiting the medina -- and we felt VERY safe - even when walking back from the medina late at night. The room had everything we needed - and was very comfortable for our family of four. This was a great find at this price point!

Abbiamo soggiornato al Riad Safran Rouge Jacuzzi Rooftop a Marrakech e l’esperienza è stata nel complesso abbastanza positiva, anche se con alcune criticità. Il giorno del nostro arrivo lo staff ci aveva contattato tramite Booking per conoscere l’orario di arrivo; tuttavia, una volta giunti al riad, nonostante avessimo bussato e suonato a lungo, nessuno ci apriva. Abbiamo dovuto scrivere un messaggio su Booking per segnalare la nostra presenza e riuscire a entrare. Precisiamo inoltre che il riad non ha insegne. La stanza assegnata era al pianterreno: il riad è risultato molto silenzioso, ma la camera aveva poca luce naturale e l’acqua calda è terminata piuttosto rapidamente. La sera precedente a una partenza mattutina abbiamo chiesto una colazione a sacco e un taxi. Il gestore ci ha proposto un taxi a una cifra decisamente più alta rispetto ai prezzi praticati dai tassisti, motivo per cui abbiamo rifiutato la prenotazione. La colazione a sacco era molto essenziale. Durante i tre giorni di soggiorno la stanza non è mai stata pulita e non è stata aggiunta carta igienica; non sappiamo se si tratti di una consuetudine locale, ma sarebbe stato gradito. Per l’ultimo giorno avevamo concordato nuovamente una colazione a sacco e il check-out anticipato, con consegna delle chiavi a un membro dello staff. Al mattino, però, non si è presentato nessuno né per la colazione né per il ritiro delle chiavi, che abbiamo quindi lasciato appese alla serratura della stanza, avvisando la struttura tramite messaggio prima di andare via.

The breakfast was exquisite Moroccan and the neighbourhood was just spectacular with boundless Moroccan Architectural themes that were just jaw dropping.

The heating system was not good enough. No TV. The walls around the room and building could do with a fresh coat of paint as they looked tired. There were broken glass windows the may constitute a potential health & safety hazard.

Desayuno súper completo, te hacen sentirte como en casa, mil gracias por vuestra hospitalidad, unos de los días nuestra excursión era muy temprano, antes del horario de los desayunos y la señora se preocupo en darnos el desayuno antes de la hora, a las 7:30 de la mañana ya nos lo tenia preparado y se molesto en servirnos, volveremos sin ninguna duda. El riad no esta escondido y la parada de taxis esta a dos pasos, calle muy segura, en general la ciudad es muy segura.

Méfiance les repas sont pris dehors donc en fonction de la saison, mais nous on a eu bon donc nickel, petit bémol et c'est le seul pour nous c'est le double vitrage car on entend le passage tot des gens qui travaillent, mais c'est MARRAKECH c'est bruyant mais TOP je reviendrai...<3

Cher pour la prestation - jaccuzi froid (je pense qu'il je ne fonctionnais pas correctement) - petit déjeuner vraiment très simple et minimaliste - fenêtre vraiment très mal isolé. La journée le bruits des motos et le soir Peu dormi à cause des passants. on pouvait même entendre les discussions des touristes à 2h20 qui traînait leur valise tout en discutant à vive voix

The location is very good! Also the lady who was in charge of cooking and cleaning was very nice and the whole personnel was kind and supportive. We paid for the transfer from the airport and we recommend to do the same, especially if it's your first time in Morocco. Also i really appreciate that they answered to all our questions sooner or later (e-sim, exchange, restaurants)

Even if the breakfast was fresh and somehow enough it wasn't as fulfilling as we thought it would be. Limited opinions and the same every day. The room was clean but some old stuff just need to be replaced (like the towel stander).

La situation de ce petit Riad en plein cœur de la Médina, tout près de sites incontournables. Tout le confort nécessaire, joliment décoré.

Pas de chauffeur à notre arrivée à l'aéroport alors qu'il etait prévu. Jaccuzi pas assez chaud

Ottima struttura in un posto strategico, al centro della Medina. Gestore super disponibile e accorto nei nostri riguardi al punto tale di aiutarci sia con gli spostamenti in taxi che con il trasferimento dei bagagli nella struttura.

La ubicacion

La atención del personal fue inexistente. Llegamos a la repetición y tuvimos que esperar mas de 15 minutos en ser atendidos, no había nadie. Tampoco nos contestaron a ningún mensaje. Únicamente había una toalla para tres personas, nunca recibimos las restantes. Solicitamos el desayuno para llevar, incluido en el precio, y nunca se nos contestó. Aunque la ubicación es buena, es muy ruidoso.

Accogliente Riad all'interno della Medina in posizione ottima, centrale, ma lontano dal caos. Camera arredata con gusto, forse un po' piccola per 5 persone. Colazione fantastica, con prodotti tipici, ma adatta per tutti i gusti. Ogni mattina l'offerta era diversa, ma sempre preparata in casa con la stessa cura. La gentilezza e la disponibilità dell' 'host e il suo staff davvero speciale. Abbiamo avuto anche l'occasione di cenare nella terrazza, e abbiamo mangiato una tipica cena marocchina a dir poco superlativa. Grazie di tutto!!!!

Su situación era buena (a 10 minutos de la Plaza) y El personal era atento y muy amable.

En las fotos parece más amplio de lo que realmente es y podría estar un poco más cuidado el entorno general del Riad (sobre todo la terraza). La cama también podría ser mejor.

La habitación estaba muy bien y muy bonita como se puede ver en las fotos. El personal era súper amable y servicial. El desayuno muy bueno y tradicional. Está muy bien ubicado a poco metros de el palacio de la bahía y si girabas la calle a la derecha ya estabas metido en el zoco viendo puestecillos que si seguías adelante a poco estaba la plaza Jemaa el-Fna. Volveríamos a repetir sin duda.

La cama era cómoda pero la habitación estaba en la planta de abajo, cero intimidad, la ducha estaba rota y poca asistencia en recepción, tenías que escribirle para que pudiera atenderte.

El alojamiento muy cómodo y céntrico el trato del personal es inmejorable, un 10.

El chico del riad muy amable, estuvo pendiente de nosotras en lo que necesitamos, nos pidió los taxi, nos imprimió las tarjetas de embarque, muy bien. La ubicación es excelente, al lado de todo, una calle tranquila y por la noche se duerme bien, sin jaleo Los desayunos de 10, todo riquísimo y casero. El alojamiento con aire acondicionado y camas cómodas. Si volviera, volveré allí sin dudarlo.

La amabilidad y la atención de Sohaib. La tranquilidad del alojamiento y el desayuno de cada mañana, hicieron de la estación unos días más agradables.

We stayed in this Riad for two nights and it was a very pleasant stay, I recommend it to all. The location is very close to all the attractions and it is easily accessible by car (not to the front door, but very near). We arranged with them to pick us up at the airport and our flight was very delayed and we had no way to contact them while on the plane, but the car was waiting for us and everything went really smooth. The riad is nice and comfortable, there is air conditioning, and the rooms were very clean. The terrace is nice for breakfast.

There isn't anything we didn't like.

be aware of parking near to the Riad Safran Rouge. it costs a lot due to you are white. locals pay approx. 20 dirhams, whites 50 - 150 dirhams.... this is very unpleasant experience...

The riad is great, pretty much what you get from the pictures, very close to the main square but also to the bahia palace

Its close to a busy location, so at night it might be noisy

The A/C worked wonders and the property was very clean, beds made up regularly and a nice simple, sweet breakfast.

The doors are not sound proof so if others come in during the night you can hear them, but that wasn’t a huge issue as we were only there for 3 nights. It is tricky to find as it is not where it shows on Apple Maps but we managed to find it :) picture shown what street it’s on, green mint coloured door on the side.

Very helpful owner, he served us breakfast earlier because of our departure. Beautiful bathroom.

The kids' room did not have a window. There was no sign of the Riad on the front door.

This riad is on a great location and it's an OK value for money. The breakfast is tasty and served on a terrace (no views though). I liked that you can make real dark in the room at night.

The staff for most of the time isn't there so it's a bit annoying when you for example need new toilet paper and you can't get it. It can get noisy if other guests talk loudly in the atrium.

The location is really good, walkable distance to many attractions. Room is clean, and tidied up every day. Breakfast on rooftop is quite chilled. Very safe and homey feeling.

The location is good couple of meters away from el Bahia castle. Taxi is dropping 50 m from the hotel, and it’s easy to find The room was clean and when asked the towels were replaced guess during week end there is no housekeeping and the lady was doing it everyday during the weekdays The room space was enough and renewing some painting could be a plus

The breakfast was okeych ! But 10 minutes walk distance you can buy lot of stuff especially a good coffee !

Central location, but we had trouble finding the accommodation. There’s no hotel sign on the door – it’s a green door in building number 5, and we got directions from the neighbors. We were given two separate rooms and a private bathroom accessible from the hallway just for us. Fine for one night, though one of the rooms had no window, so there was no fresh air during the night. The staff was helpful, and arranging an airport transfer was easy and reliable, right on time.

Good location, walking distance to everything which was great. Beds were comfortable.

It was cold in the rooms and the heater didn’t work so well. The bathroom was outside of the room which wasn’t great. But otherwise, everything else was good.

The location was perfect, just around 7 min from the plaza. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Very communicative with when we were going to arrive, the time, etc and if we needed a private transfer. Breakfast was simple but nice. Definitely recommend.

The only thing i could say was that there was no one at the front desk that would help us if we needed something.

The host offering pickup upon arrival was convenient. The check in was super fast. Loved the cute design of the riad, beds were comfortable, bathroom and the room was clean. Breakfast every morning was delicious and more than enough. Riad’s location is excellent. We felt safe in the area. Highly recommended.!

The squeaky door of the bathroom which we fixed wit argan oil after the first night.

Cheap cheerful and central.

The family room was actually two separate rooms and a bathroom across the hall. It was fine for one night but we wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer.
