Gut gelegen zur Uber Arena, fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Sehr schönes Apartment mit allem was man für ein paar Tage benötigt.

Sehr laut. Vorbeifahrende Züge, Baustellen. Mit offenen Fenstern ist es unmöglich zu schlafen, hier wäre eine Klimaanlage unbedingt nötig.

Eine Gelegenheit zum Kaffeekochen wäre noch gut, vor allem da der Coffee Shop im Haus in der Früh selten geöffnet ist

Kitchen, bathroom. The staff were polite and helpful.

The noise from passing trains was very loud, and trains run frequently. You can close the external shutters to reduce the noise, but the trains can still be heard. The pillows were large and firm (a matter of taste), and there were winter duvets even though it was 22 degrees outside.

The room was comfortable and reasonably spacious.

The hotel is right next to the train/S-bahn, which runs all night. This was not mentioned anywhere, nor were ear plugs offered (I had my own, and it was only on checkout when they mentioned them). The windows are also thin. The bed honestly looks like a fold-out couch, but comfortable. The drink ticket they provide you for checking in online isn't for a free drink, but 50% off. I guess that's better than nothing, but it seems kind of pointless, especially when the room is already running almost €200 a night. Most of these problems could be addressed with better transparency and attention to detail. The hotel can't change where it's located, and probably won't replace the windows, but I've definitely been to places that can accommodate train noise, so it's clearly a business choice not to.

Das Frühstück war enttäuschend, wir haben es vorgezogen, außer Haus zu frühstücken.

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr hübsche geräumige Zimmer UND ich mochte den Geräuschteppich von draußen. Als Misophonikerin bin ich überempfindlich bei einzelnen Geräuschen, aber der "Teppich" hat mich eingehüllt und ich habe bei offenem Fenster in den gemütlichen Betten geschlafen wie ein Baby. 😎

Como persona que viajó sola, para mi tuvo todo lo que me hace tener una buena estancia: estar en un lugar céntrico que me permitía moverme para los sitios más relevantes de la ciudad. Yo me movía en bicicleta. Estar frente a un centro cultural en el cual era genial pasar algún momento del día o descubrir algún concierto o actividad. Y el confort de la habitación, que tuviera una mini cocina y que no tuviera el aspecto frío de un hotel, me hacía estar muy cómoda. El personal, todo, sin excepción, encantador!

Erg fijn verblijf bij The Circus Living. De kamers zijn ruim, comfortabel en opvallend goed uitgerust. De kitchenette is echt compleet, met onder andere een oven en vaatwasser, waardoor je hier ook prima wat langer kunt verblijven en niet voor iedere maaltijd de deur uit hoeft. De badkamer is ruim en het bed erg comfortabel. Wat ik vooral prettig vond, is hoe rustig het binnen is. Dankzij de goede blindering kun je de kamer echt donker maken en ook overdag uitstekend slapen. Dat komt in Berlijn natuurlijk goed van pas, zeker met een aantal bekende clubs op korte afstand. Ondanks de centrale ligging en alles wat er in de omgeving gebeurt, merk je daar in de kamer nauwelijks iets van. Met een goed gevulde koelkast kun je je hier bovendien prima even terugtrekken zonder meteen weer de stad in te hoeven. Voor mij een heel prettig concept: de ruimte en voorzieningen van een appartement, gecombineerd met het comfort van een hotel.

Enige kleine nadeel is de aansluiting op het openbaar vervoer. Er ligt geen U- of S-Bahnstation direct om de hoek, dus je bent wat meer tijd kwijt om bijvoorbeeld naar Ostbahnhof of Jannowitzbrücke te lopen. Voor mij woog dat echter niet op tegen de ruimte, rust en het comfort van het verblijf. Ik zou hier zeker opnieuw verblijven.

I had a wonderful experience. Jasmine (originally from Ghana) along with Tobi was a very polite and helpful staff. Jasmine was exceptionally helpful. She supported us with all questions and issues. She even took extra miles to help us with some minor TV issue. She explained everything and suggested some sightseeing to visit around the establishment. The location of this accommodation was very good. Tobi the morning staff suggested to select the proper Welcome Card to visit all museums and sightseeing in Berlin that we could in 3 days. I believe such a staff should be kept all time around the house. I definitely will revisit the accommodation and enjoy my problem free stay with them. Kudos for Jasemine and Tobi.

During our 3-day stay we did not experience any disturbing issues. (One suggestion ) provide 4 forks and not just two, but this is not an issue that would make major disturbing time for us.

We were really happy with the location because it is close to the Spree river with nice bars and restaurants but also close to Alexander Platz .. the room is okay and the bathroom is good too .. we used the kitchen a little bit .. overall we enjoyed our stay for a very reasonable price .. we will definitely come back, also because of the friendly staff at the reception

Die Ausstattung war leider sehr schlecht. Es fehlten grundlegende Dinge: Zum Beispiel gab es zwei Gabeln, aber nur ein Messer. die Terrasse der Zimmer im Erdgeschoss ist direkt zu den allgemeinen Bereichen hin offen. Dadurch fehlt es an Privatsphäre und man fühlt sich dort teilweise unwohl.

Bliskość torów kolejowych jest uciążliwa, a ponieważ nie ma klimatyzacji w pokoju - okna musiały być otwarte, dlatego nie dało się spać. No i te roboty budowlane na przeciwko hotelu, też cały czas hałas. Przez 5 dni pobytu nikt nie posprzątał i nie wymienił ręczników.

Erg veel lawaai van spoorlijn en bouwplaats Valt mee als je de ramen dicht hebt maar dat is in de zomer niet echt een optie: dan is de kamer al snel erg benauwd en warm. Geen airco is in deze wel echt een gemis.

Lautstärke duch S-Bahn und Einsatzfahrzeuge.

Eine super schöne Unterkunft für kurz oder langfristige Aufenthalte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Deko bzw generell die ganzen Möbel etc. fand ich außergewöhnlich stilvoll, modern. Ebenso gibt es eine schöne große saubere Dachterasse. Das Hotel war generell sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es ist aber auch noch nicht sehr alt.

Obwohl die Zimmer über eine Fußbodenheizung verfügen, gibt es keine Klimaanlage. Wir hatten so Pech mit unserem Zimmer im ersten Stock, da morgens direkt die Sonne reinschien und wir nachts kaum das Fenster auf lassen konnten zum lüften, da fast direkt auf unsere Höhe jede MInute die S-Bahnen vorbei gefahren sind. Liegt an der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Ostbahnhof. Also morgens zum fertig machen haben wir schon geschwitzt und nachts mussten wir uns zwischen schwitzen oder schlafen entscheiden.

Estuve 17 días en el hotel. Estoy muy contento. El equipo es fantástico: me atendieron muy bien, me asistieron en todo lo que pude necesitar. Muy atentos, eficaces y simpáticos. En el hotel se respira un ambiente bastante juvenil y agradable. Las instalaciones comunes son muy bonitas, la decoración me gustó mucho. La habitación estaba muy bien: amplia, con todo lo necesario para cocinar, tv, su gran baño. Abajo hay un pequeño café (con un café muy rico, por cierto) y una terraza ajardinada con mesas. En el sótano hay una sala de lavandería con lavadoras y secadoras que funciona perfectamente. (Importante si vas a estar unos días). En el piso 12 hay una terraza con lounge bar y unas vistas espectaculares. En cuanto a la ubicación, está bastante céntrico, a 10 minutos de las estaciones de U-Bahn y S-Bahn Jannowitzbrücke por un lado, diez minutos de U-Bahn de Strausberger Platz y diez minutos de Ostbahnhof por otro. Kreuzberg está a tiro de piedra. Destacaría también la cercanía del Holzmarkt, un recinto lleno de bancos donde tumbarse junto al río Spree, puestos de cerveza, alguna tienda muy linda, street food, un café estupendo y un ambiente de lo más relajado. Recomiendo este hotel. 😜

Lo que menos me gustó era la cercanía de las vías del tren. Pero, en fin, ya sabemos que en las ciudades alemanas circula mucho tren. Hacían ruido, pero con la ventana cerrada no se oye nada.

Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό, ωραία αισθητική και διακόσμηση, πολύ καθαρά, άνετο το δωμάτιο. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, ειδικά για οσ@ θέλουν να εξερευνήσουν τη νυχτερινή ζωή του Βερολίνου.

Απέναντι υπάρχει οικοδομή και από πολύ κοντά περνάει τρένο. Ακόμη και με κλειστό παντζούρι (ασφαλείας-αλουμινίου) ακούγεται θόρυβος. Δεν υπάρχει air condition. Υπάρχει ένα σύστημα κλιματισμού, αλλά κάποιες στιγμές θα το ήθελα ακόμη πιο χαμηλά. Αν δεν με απατά η μνήμη μου δεν είχε φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, ούτε μηχανή για καφέ (σίγουρα δεν είχε καφέ-δώρο για το καλωσόρισμα, μόνο φακελάκια τσάι) .

Het was een prettige kamer met fijn uitzicht! Erg schoon en alles netjes op orde. Veel gebruik gemaakt van de televisie nadat ik heb ingelogd op mijn streamingsdienst. Fijne douche en alles was je nodig hebt in de keuken!

Het kon soms wat benauwd zijn, wellicht gebrek aan een krachtige airco.

Op het panorama terras was geen keuken voor een snack. Zelfs een zakje chips of nootjes waren verkrijgbaar. Als je lekker gaat zitten zou je dat dus zelf mee moeten nemen.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, they made our stay! The rooftop bar was a fantastic space to enjoy very reasonably priced drinks and to watch the sunset over this amazing city. All in all, fantastic value for money.

The double bed was against a wall which was a little awkward for the 2nd person.

Demorei para perceber que poderia pedir refil de sabão para máquina de lavar louças e sal/pimenta, já que no kit recepção haviam apenas dois sabões para a máquina. Quando pedi por refil, descobri que havia a possibilidade de também pedir por sal/pimenta. Mas foi um aprendizado que agora sabemos para quando voltarmos, já que a experiência na estadia superou esse mal entendido!

The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Overall, the environment is great—it’s right near Holzmarkt and the East Side Gallery, which are perfect for a nice stroll. On top of that, the hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They also offer a convenient laundry service (€5 for washing and €3 for drying). As a bonus, there is a lovely cafe on the ground floor, and the hotel provides a 50% discount voucher for it!

However, the accommodation is a bit far from the S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations. The biggest issue is that the S-Bahn tracks run right next to the building. Even at midnight, when the trains pass by, there is loud noise and vibration if you leave the windows open. If you close the windows, you can still feel the vibrations, and it gets extremely hot because there is no air conditioning. When we went to the reception to borrow a fan, we were told they were all lent out.

Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden, im Sommer sehr ungünstig, da man in der Nacht kein Fenster öffnen kann, zu laut draußen wegen Verkehr (Autos/S Bahn), hätten uns mehr Tabs für die Spülmaschine gewünscht, da nicht soviel Geschirr vorhanden ist und man öfter spülen muss, Roof Top war während unseres Aufenthaltes nur 1x geöffnet (bei Regen einzusehen,aber nicht bei Wind),

Cozy, spacious, extremely friendly staff. The most comfortable hotel bed I ever slept in. Perfect location for a stroll through the neighborhood or to explore whole Berlin since it is only a short walk to the s-bahn. Lots of good places to eat nearby especially Holzmarkt 25. Short walk to East Side gallery and ostbahnhof. Super nice rooftop bar and a small breakfast cafe with delicious drinks and snacks.

During a hot summer like this it is unbearable to leave the windows closed and there is no air condition. But you won't get any sleep with the window open since the train runs basically through your room all night, there are a million ambulances driving the road every night sirens on and there is a construction side outside the place that starts tearing down a building latest 7 am. (Suggestion to the staff: give your tenants some free to borrow electric fans on those days) Rooftop bar: if you put up a sign that you show all World championship soccer games then don't close the rooftop bar at 11 pm 😉 The TV in the room only gets a few channels. ARD would have been nice since see above...

Die S-Bahn in unmitelbarer Nähe ist extrem laut. Es gibt in dem Hotel keine Klimaanlage und auch sonst keine Möglichkeit die Temperatur im Zimmer zu regeln. Im Zusammenhang mit dem Preis stimmt das Preis-Leitungsverhältnis nicht.

Die Unterkunft war eine perfekte Mischung aus Hotel und Wohnblock. Wir hatten unsere Privatsphäre und trotzdem eine Ansprechperson an der Rezeption. Das Highlight war die tolle Dachterrasse, auf der wir die warmen Sommerabende ausklingen lassen konnten. Die Unterkunft ist durch die umliegenden Bahnhöfe sehr gut erschlossen.

Obwohl die Unterkunft neu ist, verfügt sie leider nicht über eine Klimaanlage, dafür aber über ein gut funktionierendes Belüftungssystem. Wir waren während der Hitzeperiode im Juni 2026 dort und mussten mit offenem Fenster schlafen, um das Zimmer ein wenig abkühlen zu können. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt neben einer Gleisanlage, die bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr gut zu hören ist. Glücklicherweise verkehren nachts für einige Stunden keine Züge.

Das Hotel liegt strategisch günstig in der Nähe der Spree, des Ostbahnhofs, des Radialsystems und des Kater Blau. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet.

Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage, sondern nur eine Lüftung, die bei den hohen Temperaturen nicht ausreichend kühlte.

Dickes und fettes Lob an das Personal....Das Personal und dies bezogen auf alle Bereiche ist einfach supertop....

op zich is locatie helemaal top tov heel veel toffe dingen. Echter is airco niet optimaal en dus wil je een raam open, met gevolg dat je alle treinen, met name snachts, enorm goed hoort.....

The property was clean and smart with a plush reception area and you could see the trains running along the track through my window. The shower was powerful and easy to regulate (and so was the cooker), there were also plenty of plates, cups, cutlery, etc., and a good, strong fridge. The staff were professional and obliging too. There is no air conditioning, so you ask for a fan, and that did the job adequately. The property is a 10 minute walk from Ostbanhof station and nearby there is a Netto and a good supermarket which sells natural and healthy food products, good saukraut for your digestive system and the bread is very fresh first thing.

There were a few homeless drug addicts in situ near Ostbahnof station, but there didn't seem to be an obvious criminal element, so I didn't feel unsafe. There is building work going on in the area but it isn't noisy. Taxis are expensive from the airport, but for 5 Euro you can get the train (flughagen) from Brandenburg Airport and change at Berlin Central for Ostbahnof and Bobs your uncle. Regarding the room itself, would have much preferrred a convenient microwave than a cooker.

Clean, tidy, excellent sized shower room, good kitchenette, roof top bar, near to good Vietnamese restaurant and lively bars in Holzmarkt. Close to various U & S Bahn stations.

No air con, but communal ventilation did a job although our stay included a 33 degree C day which was quite warm one night.

The apartment was clean and the staff were so friendly.

There is no air conditioning, so the apartment was really hot at night. On 2 nights I barely slept. There is no iron and board. The location is in the middle of nowhere, and the ‘city view’ was a construction site. It is very ‘stale’.

Clean, modern accommodations with a spacious room and an excellent café on-site. I loved being able to grab a great coffee first thing in the morning. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making for a very pleasant stay.

We were fortunate that the weather in Berlin was cool during our stay. However, I don’t think I would have been as comfortable if we had visited during the heat wave the following week, as there is no air conditioning. I understand that air conditioning isn’t common in many parts of Europe, but given how modern the property is, I had expected it to be available.

Pokój był ładny, estetycznie zrobiony, łóżko wygodne. Było komfortowo.

Niestety mocno przeszkadzały mi dźwięki pociągów za oknem. Pociągi jeździły praktycznie cały czas. Przy otwartym oknie nie dało się spać. Z kolei w pokoju nie było klimatyzacji więc przy wyższych temperaturach otwarcie okna było jedynym ratunkiem. W pokoju była awaria zmywarki, która wydawała dźwięki zasysania wody. Po przyjściu konserwatora obiektu niestety jedynym rozwiązaniem okazało się całkowite wyłączenie sprzętu i brak możliwości korzystania z niej.

Sehr modern aber gemütlich, sehr sauber - und sehr viel Platz. Im Apartment hatte man alles was man braucht. Das Cafe‘ am Eingang war auch toll, sehr leckeren Café. Und in der Nähe vom holzmarkt /säälchen, direkt an der Spree (Kanal) Das Personal / die Mitarbeiter waren ALLE super nett, jeder mit seinem persönlichen Stil was wir so noch nie hatten - man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt)!!! Danke !!!

El ruido del tren se escucha fuerte. Cerrando las ventanas se minimiza casi completamente, pero si hace calor, y quieres tenerlas abiertas, se escucha bastante.

Having the bed placed against a wall. Makes the person sleeping on that side of the bed uncomfortable to get out of bed without crawling. It otherwise great property and location.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sympathisch, alle. Das Zimmer sehe geräumig und gut ausgestattet.

Es war sehr heiß im Zimmer und es gab keine Klima. Wenn man das Fenster geöffnet hat, war es extrem laut wegen der vorbeifahrenden Züge und S-Bahnen und der Baustelle gegenüber. Also unbedingt Oropax mitnehmen.

The property itself is brand new, modern, and very well maintained. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. One of the highlights was the staff — everyone was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The only downside was the surrounding area near the railway tracks. There is a bridge close to the property, and the area underneath it felt somewhat neglected, with unpleasant odors, litter, and people loitering. As a solo traveler, I did not always feel completely comfortable or safe when walking through that section, particularly in the evening. That being said, this is not a reflection of the property itself, which was excellent. The accommodation, facilities, cleanliness, and service were all of a very high standard. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a modern and comfortable place to stay in Berlin.

Schoon, ruim, heerlijk bed

Geen airco aanwezig, te warm! En naast druk spoor waardoor je niet met de raam open kunt slapen ivm lawaai… jammer, verder geweldig hotel.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer, nettes Personal - tolle Lage.

Sehr sehr heiß im Zimmer, laute Baustelle direkt neben dem Hotel und die Bahngleise direkt nebenbei - Züge waren sehr laut. Fenster allerdings sehr schalldicht 👍

Heel aardige receptiemedewerkers. Goede cappuccino en (beperkte) gezonde opties voor ontbijt, zoals chia coconut, overnight oats ets. Rustige kamer. Goed bed. Prachtige locatie, een paar minuten lopen van Berlin Ostbahnhof. Geschikt voor jongere mensen. 24/7 iemand bij de receptie, iets dat we als een pre vonden.

Gebrek aan stopcontacten! Er was een stopcontact dat tevens gebruikt werd voor het bedlicht! Alleen aan de ene kant van het bed, de andere gast mocht geen boek lezen voor het slapen... De inrichting van de kamer is apart. De tv, bv., is geplaatst aan de muur aan de rechterkant van het bed, en die kan niet draaien. Een beetje onhandig.

Die Lage war einfach ideal und das Hotel hat perfekt gepasst

Es gab leider keine Klimaanlage, dafür aber eine Fußbodenheizung

Optisch super schön, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr sauber.

Nicht alle Fenster waren zu öffnen. Keine Klimaanlage.

Tout est propre, le personnel était très sympathique, la terrasse de la chambre était cool surtout avec le beau temps

Dommage qu’il n’y ait qu’une seule chaise sur la terrasse pour une chambre double. Mais c’est un détail.

Szép, tiszta apartman egy praktikus konyhával. A méretéhez képest meglehetősen tágas, jól felszerelt szoba.

Kicsit kiesik a fősodorból. A szobánk egy építkezésre a gyorsvasútra nézett, de az ablakok jól szigeteltek.

Es war super aufgeteilt, Location war auch top und sehe sauber! Von den anderen Zimmern hat man nichts gehört. Außerdem super modern.

Ich hatte nur ein Glas und eine Tasse - auch wenn ich alleine war, will ich nicht jeden Tag mein Glas spülen

La struttura nuova e molto pulita, dotata di tutto il necessario. Molto vicina alla S-Bahn e alla U- Bahn. Il servizio efficiente. I ragazzi alla reception molto disponibili. Il bar molto grazioso, accogliente ed efficiente. La hall molto accogliente, grande con tavolini dove poter lavorare.

Qualche rumore si sentiva al passaggio delle S-Bahn anche se molto attutito quando la finestra era chiusa. Il resto tutto bene.
