The Place is very nice and I love the house.

The staff is very noisy and talk loud waking the guests up,we had to ask for teas,coffee's they were not available for us,so that was irritating.

We loved the house,the swimming pool and it is near the beach

I think they should specify that it's not the apartment if you are not booking the whole house because some of us travel for fun to sleep

Close to the airport - this was the main reason we booked it. Staff warmly welcomed us and was helpful.

Water in the pool was green - not very inviting. The entire accommodation seemed somewhat run-down. It could be a top destination but requires regular maintenance.

Nothing wrong with the property but the management is the problem.

The room was very good and spacious, and the house itself was super nice and very comfortable. Port Elizabeth seemed like a dangerous city, but the house made us feel safe the whole time.

The place is so clean and good facilities. Matthew was also professional with good customer service.

Everything, it was clean and well maintained, the garden was immaculate, I can’t fault it in any way. If they could perhaps upgrade the kitchen cupboards

Chambre spacieuse et confortable avec balcon. Grands espaces communs avec 3 salons, 1 terrasse extérieure et 1 belle piscine. Emplacement à proximité du centre et des restaurants.

Le manque de savoir-vivre de certains guests, qui ont fait la fête jusqu’à 3h du matin, sans penser aux autres qui dormaient. Ils ont dû être réprimandé par l’hôte, que nous avons informé du désagrément. Pas de service comme en hôtel. Plutôt esprit guesthouse où chacun achète ce qu’il souhaite et partage les frigos.

Spectacular: spacious, private, fully furnished

Great property and very spacious room. Relaxing environment and a sense of home. Great views. The bath in the room was an extra bonus. It was a wonderful and relaxing stay.

The room and finishes were super luxurious and the views were spectacular !! The host, Matthew. was very helpful and friendly.

The TV in our room did not work so we had to sit in the "common" area - we had to ask for soap and toilet paper. There were no complimentary bathroom products available (Most luxury accommodations do offer these) We had to use the hand soap in the shower. We stayed for 2 nights and the room wasn't serviced once.

This property is very deceiving. When you arrive, it gives the impression of Miami Vice, big spaces, very white and modern. Unfortunately under the glossy appearance looks like some neglect has crept in.

On arrival, it was pure coincidence that the property manager arrived at the same time as us, otherwise I think we would have been outside for some time. Eventually he retrieved our key from another property and left us. It was then that we started discovering little details that change your mind about the Miami Vice sleek appearance. Paw prints across the duvet looked like it had been washed and then a cat had walked across it when it was drying. The shower head had limescale on it, and the are above the shower had mould on it. Whilst the bedroom looked clean, these kinds of things do not fill you with confidence. The room itself had enormous windows, but we couldn’t drop the blinds down because the cord had been tangled into a spaghetti mess.

We loved everything about the place but we forgot to ask for the wifi pin. It will be very nice to have a TV in the room.

The wifi has poor connection

Very beautiful house directly opposite the beach and close to the boardwalk. We had a view of the ocean from our bedroom that was breathtaking. The rooms were very large and we basically had the house to ourselves.

It was like renting a self catering holiday home so it doesn’t come with any complimentary coffee or water or anything. The check-in process could have been better explained before we arrived.

The house was amazing as well as the host knows how to deal with guests. A facility has all that you may expect when away from home.

My room did not have a TV inside, if you can fix that it would be great.

The location was the best. The host was there was always available to assist with any questions. The room was spacious and the best view. We caught the sunrise every time

The shower/bath was clogging so that was downer of our room

The host Mathew was incredible. Went extra mile to make our stay comfortable. He is very down to earth person. The staff, wooow, friendly and very respectful. The house is sooooo beautiful. For a moment, you feel like a tycoon and all the problems or challenges just vanished in thin air. I'm definitely going back next year with my entire family

It is important to have safes to lock away valueable items.

There was no provision for breakfast. I believe the provision of breakfast will further enhance the attraction and convenience during the stay. But given that it is still new, such innovation will come. But irrespective, the property is beautiful and a place to visit.

I understand the place is self catering. But that was not clear in the profile. But it's work in progress. I fully understand

Villa molto bella, le aree comuni sono spaziose e arredate bene, con molti confort. Cucina attrezzata. Parcheggio interno. Matthew molto gentile, si è scusato molto per il disguido del check-in.

Check-in difficile, le persone in casa deputate al checkin non hanno risposto per molto tempo e il numero di telefono era sbagliato. Non è presente una insegna che permetta di riconoscere la struttura. Abbiamo incontrato Matthew per caso e per fortuna ci ha accolti lui, ma stavamo già contattando l'assistenza di Booking per avere supporto. Camera non troppo pulita, le lenzuola erano macchiate. Abbiamo scelto questa casa per la presenza della lavatrice, che era occupata da altro (asciugamani, divise da lavoro, ecc) e non l'abbiamo potuto usare. Camera piccola e poco pulita. Il bagno è appena fuori dalla camera, poca privacy. Camera fredda, non è presente il riscaldamento.

The host is such a gentleman and great communicator. All the staff members were friendly and smiling.

The property looks amazing, very clean, the neighbourhood is quiet, and the views of the ocean are serene. The hosts were really nice and accommodating.

The rooms were enormous in size. Much bigger than we expected. Location was perfect, nice and quite area. Matthew the host was extremely helpful and very good with communication

Shortage on glasses, both normal drinking and wine glasses.

It was a great experience to stay in such a big villa. There are five rooms, but we were the only ones (that was a bit scary). But the house was amazing. Unfortunately most of the lamps didn't work and it would be good to have some coffee for the first day. I did not know that our bathroom was our private one, but outside the room. Would be nice to know it in advance, but that's just a minor thing.

I had an amazing stay at this property! It was perfectly located, just a short walk to the beach, which made it so convenient. The place was incredibly cozy and welcoming, with a peaceful atmosphere that made it feel like a true retreat. The owner was exceptionally friendly and nice, always available to ensure I had everything I needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Everything about the place was just... 👌It was giving a luxurious vibe from beginning to end. The peace and tranquility were top tier.

I couldn't enjo taking a bath because the push button wasn't working properly every time I pushed it down it would pop up again ended up taking a shower.

The aesthetics of the house were stunning. Beautifully decorated.

The room I was in was not an en-suite bathroom as advertised, the light switches are difficult to figure out and the room was still quite dark even with the lights on.
