Cucina del ristorante eccellente e staff sempre disponibile e sorridente! Torneremo in questo hotel solo per questo!

Le camere e l'interno dell'hotel sono piuttosto vecchie, camera senza aria condizionata ma con 2 ventilatori, pulizia ottima.

Staffa gentile e sorridente, camera ampia e pulita alla perfezione, colazione che nemmeno in certi 4 stelle viene offerta. Vista sulle montagne circostanti impagabile.

Si potrebbe forse solo migliorare un poco l'insonorizzazione della porta d'ingresso della stanza che da sul corridoio, che fa parzialmente filtrare qualche rumore molesto degli altri vicini ospiti (maleducati). Per il resto nulla da segnalare.

Non funzionava bene l'aria condizionata, la stanza era molto calda

Camera spaziosa e pulita. Ben collegata con i servizi (supermercato e farmacia a due passi) dotata di parcheggi esterni ma anche di parcheggio coperto adiacente alla struttura. Abbiamo usufruito del ristorante dell’hotel ( pranzo e due cene), cucina molto buona ma per chi alloggia sarebbe bene offrire uno sconto o comunque una convenzione rispetto ai clienti esterni. La colazione non è la solita a buffet ma allestiscono i tavolini con frutta, dolci fatti da loro (buonissimi), pancake e mini brioches. Per chi gradisce offrono tagliere salato e uova.

Nessuna convenzione con il ristorante dell’hotel. Le pulizie delle camere (10) hanno richiesto un po’ troppo tempo avendo alloggiato all’ultimo piano.

Die Lage ist Top. Das Frühstück ist einfach GENIAL. Allein dafür lohnt es sich.

Die Betten sind eher hart und die Zimmer sin sauber, aber auch etwas in dunkel und altbacken. Beim einen Bett kamen Rohre aus der Wand, welche auf das Bett ragten, so das wir es verschieben mussten, da wir Angst hatten, dass unser Sohn sich im Schlaf verletzen könnte

La gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari asoddisfare le richieste del gruppo è stata ottima. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante e tutto è stato molto buono. Buono il rapporto qualità - prezzo.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, reaktiv und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig mit sehr leckeren lokalen Produkten. Die Lage vorteilhaft direkt an der Bushaltestelle. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Un excellent accueil de tout le personnel qui est resté disponible en permanence. Ils ont accepté de s’adapter à nos besoins nottament pour un petit déjeuner pris à emporter.

L'hotel è ben posizionato come punto di passaggio per altre destinazioni nelle vicinanze. Lo staff è molto carino e disponibile. La camera di buone dimensioni e pulita.

La camera potrebbe essere più carina e c'era un cattivo odore persistente che proveniva dallo scarico della doccia del bagno. Il ristorante buono ma con tempi di attesa veramente molto lunghi. La colazione migliorabile a livello di qualità di quanto offerto, seppur generosa.

Posizione strategica. Cordialità dello staff. Pulizia della stanza e dell'edificio nel suo insieme: nelle sale e lungo le scale si percepiva profumo di pulito. Mobilio essenziale, ma moderno e adeguato alle necessità. Design delle pareti. Ampie vetrate. Insonorizzazione della stanza. Servizio di ristorazione: la cucina non è eccellente ma offre una valida alternativa se si è stanchi e non ci si vuole spostare altrove. Colazione molto abbondante: forse anche troppo, personalmente diminuirei la quantità per aumentare la qualità, comunque già discreta.

Very nice surprise to have a A/C unit, was about 35c when we visited, idk if maybe not all rooms have one but we couldn't see it mentioned Comfortable and good sized room Friendly staff and good onsite restaurant, very good breakfast, uncomplicated parking in front ( more spaces in the back of hotel )

Ottima colazione, personale gentilissimo.

La camera da quattro, un letto matrimoniale e due singoli non troppo spaziosa.

L'hotel è in un ottima posizione per le varie gite e ad un passo dal forte di Bard. La colazione è il loro punto di forza a mio avviso, non hanno il classico buffet ma sulla propria tavola viene allestita una variegata colazione dolce, con frutta e yogurt, volendo si puo' chiedere anche il tagliere di salumi e l'uovo. Ci siamo fermati anche per cena , tutto ottimo e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Staff molto cordiale e accogliente.

Migliorerei le porte delle camere, per chiuderle occorreva sbatterle e sono sicura che ciò da fastidio alle camere accanto. Non ho altre cose da segnalare.

Petit-déjeuner : copieux. Général : personnel très accueillant, à l'écoute et de bonne humeur. Chambres spacieuses et bien équipées dans l'ensemble. Parking devant l'hôtel. Restaurant : très bons plats, carte variée.

Petit-déjeuner : Proposer des œufs au plat, durs ou brouillés. Peut-être était-ce possible mais aucune communication à ce sujet. Chambre : télévision - chaînes télévisées seulement italiennes. 1 seul coussin supplémentaire. A la fin du service du soir : plusieurs minutes de bruit (déplacement de chaises...) assez tard.

l'hôtel est situé au cœur de la route des châteaux dans la vallée d'Aoste. Le petit déjeuner est assez exceptionnel et extrêmement généreux et varié. Le restaurant est très sympa aussi.

Après l'effort " 6 heures de marche " avons pu nous reposer et nous ravitailler sur place, et le lendemain matin un magnifique Pdj pour repartir de plus bel, je recommande vivement....

Der Abendsercice war nicht aufmerksam. Wir wurden quasi vergessen, was schade ist, denn die Küche war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war alles in kleinen Schälchen und Gläsern. Sieht nett aus, aber auf dem Tisch musste man die Sachen übereinander stapeln, damit man ein freies Teller hinstellen konnte. Leider war auch hier der Service nicht aufmerksam und ich musse selber in die Küche für Brot.

Le restaurant est fermé le mercredi soir, nous n’avons pu y dîner. La proximité de la route mais la chambre est très bien insonorisée et il y a peu de trafic la nuit.

The breakfast is a dream, with plenty of sweet and savory regional specialties and excellent coffee. This was our third time staying here en route, and we would come back again in a heartbeat just for the breakfast. In addition, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the Aosta Valley is simply beautiful.

Unfortunately, prices have gone up, but I guess that’s the case everywhere. With the excellent breakfast and service, it was still reasonable, though.

In ottima posizione per il Forte di Bard e i castelli nelle vicinanze, stanza molto pulita. La colazione è fantastica, c'è proprio di tutto direttamente sul proprio tavolo, non a buffet. Il parcheggio privato e coperto è gratuito.

Colazione migliore mai fatta. Veramente il fiore all'occhiello di questo albergo. Anche il ristorante è molto buono con prezzi onesti.

Restaurant / Frühstück perfekt Alles da was man als Motorradfahrer benötigt. Leckeres Essen, gute Kostenfreie Stellplätze( auch überdacht möglich) nebenan Sehr gute Lage um Pässe zu fahren Lohnt sich hier her zu kommen

Stark befahrene Straße, nachts unruhig. Mit Ohrenstöpsel ok Matratzen mit Federkern … ich hab jede Feder gespürt. Da könnte nachgebessert werden. Ansonsten waren wir sehr , sehr zufrieden

The girl serving breakfast next morning was full of charm and helpfulness.

We arrived to find the hotel closed for the day and an envelope with our room key pinned to a window. I was never informed of this in any previous booking messages. Don't ever think to travel through Arnad on a Wednesday - every restaurant and most bars will be shut. Our room was the ugliest that I have ever had to spend a night in, and the window with a promised view of the mountains looked out on a dirty, cracked sheet of plastic, allowing little light into the room. Had there been any staff around I would have refused to pay for this room.
