全てが良かったです！！ まず予約してから到着するまでWhatsappで丁寧なやりとりがあり、とても安心しました。 カイロから長距離バスで向かいましたが、ルクソール駅から宿までは徒歩10分位です。歩けますが、夜遅い到着で荷物も重たかったため、送迎を50EGPで依頼しました。 到着してからも色々気遣ってくださり声をかけてくださいました。 アスワンへ行くためのバスのチケットの買い方、王家の谷への行き方などルクソール観光に必要な情報を丁寧に説明していただき大変助かりました。 滞在中困ったことが発生してもメッセージでやり取りしたり、ルーフトップで話したりととても心強かったです。 強引な客引きや騒がしい街の様子とは打って変わって ここは本当にオアシスでした。 他の口コミにもあるように、食事はとても美味しく量もたっぷりです！ AustinさんとAbeerさんにはたくさん助けていただきました。 他のスタッフも全員優しくてとても頼りになりました。 またルクソールに来ることがあればまた滞在したいです！

Abeer and her family made me feel that I am part of their family. From checkin all the way until the checkout was perfect. The breakfast was amazing as well. Also if you need any advice or tips to travel, Abeer is always there to guide and help. 20/10!!!

The room was exactly as advertised and had everything I needed. Despite some street noise from my first floor room, I slept extremely well. The food was excellent and staff were helpful and welcoming.

There was some confusion over my arrival time despite several prior messages. This made check-in a little stressful. Once someone arrived, they were extremely accommodating.

早餐非常非常丰盛，牛奶、水果、饼、奶酪、香肠、酸奶、果汁、炒鸡蛋、咖啡、炸丸子、鹰嘴豆粥（可能这个名字？本地美食）都够我当作午餐了。距离卢克索神庙700米左右，比较便利。房间很大，有小客厅，卫生也做得不错。办理入住时，老板专门有帮忙提行李，并当面告知注意事项，感动。

没有电梯会有些不方便，但还好。

The stop is super friendly. We have to head out early morning at seven to the King of the valley and the stuff deliver the breakfast box at our door at seven they try their best to make our stay comfortable and the location is awesome close to everywhere the promise, shower is nice.

Air conditioner could be not strong enough, but there was a fan in the room. So together with the air conditioner and the fan, it’s also OK. comparing to the hotel AC is not that cold enough. But it definitely worth the price.

作为一家青旅，Abeer guest house很干净整洁，但是一楼的双人间带私人浴室没有窗户，有点闷，这也是没有办法，因为房间在一所老房子里。建议预订高级双床间，大很多。另外双人间带私人浴室在booking照片上是一张双人床，但是描述却是两张单人床，所以有点令人困惑。希望能统一一下描述。

住宿非常舒服，一个人住也很安全，工作人员特别热情特别好😍，遇到问题也给我解决了，热水器打开开关后热得也很快，睡得很舒服，可以不行去卢克索神庙，神庙附近也可以坐落日帆船，推荐！

エジプト滞在１２日目で３つ目の宿ですが、宿のスタッフが飛び抜けて素晴らしかった。特にラディさんにはチェックイン時から心優しい気配りをしていただいた。 食事には非常に強いこだわりがあるようで、朝食の素晴らしさに驚き、夜に注文したフィレステーキ（500EGP）、アイリッシュ野菜スープ（75EGP）は東京で出店しても十分やっていけるレベルであった。エジプト伝統料理コースも食べてみたかった。 アフリカに滞在して１ヶ月ほどになるが、レストランとしてもこれ程良質のお店を探すのは高級店以外ないのではないか。長期旅行者の気分転換には最適な宿であるかと思う。 早朝発のsuper jetバスでアスワンに向かうことを伝えると、朝食としてお弁当を持たせてくれた。これについてはその日のスタッフの状況次第の対応になるかと思うが、心より感謝している。 ルクソール西側で３泊した後に移動してきたが、西側は夜間出歩ける場所が少ないように思う。ルクソール神殿の夜間ライトアップや繁華街があることを考えると、西側は１泊にして、この宿にもっと長く滞在すべきであった。

６階建ての建物一棟全てが宿になっているが、宿泊した部屋が１階の入口隣りの部屋で、やはり人の出入りの音は多少気になった。

Everything was really good and comfortable

Ubicación excelente. Cerca de estación de tren y de autobuses, a unos minutos del templo Luxor y del Cornish. Habitación muy amplia, limpia y con aire acondicionado. Baño grande y limpio. Disponen de una terraza. No tenía desayuno incluido, pagué 200 LE. Un desayuno completo, variado y abundante, estaba riquísimo. Los anfitriones muy amables y serviciales. Recomiendo alojarse en su casa.

Bardzo miły gospodarz, pozwolił nam zostawić bagaże po wymeldowaniu na kilka godzin. Pokój zdecydowanie największy i najczystszy podczas naszego pobytu w Egipcie. Rano dostaliśmy pudełka ze śniadaniem do pokoju, ponieważ wychodziliśmy wcześnie. Prysznic z brodzikiem nie zalewał łazienki.

Drobnostki - brak windy, co może być uciążliwe przy cięższych bagażach, budynek był dość słabo oznaczony, od wczesnych godzin porannych słychać pobliski meczet.

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en el hospedaje. El hospedaje ofrece la cena a un precio extra pero es muy recomdable ya que es muy abundante y el mozo muy atento. EL desayuno es muy bueno, abundante y super variado. Está vez estuvimos en una habitación mucho más amplia, que nos resultó muy cómoda

Lo único que podría agregar es que no cuenta con ascensor, nosotros fuimos con poco equipaje pero igual nos costó subir hasta el quinto piso a hacer el check in porque llegamos un poco cansados

In many years of travelling this was one of the best places I stayed at. The owners are incredibly friendly and went to great lengths to accommodate us following two days on a felluca. Location is away from the maniac tourist part of Luxor. Very close to a great neighborhood to walk around. The food at the hotel was the best we had in Egypt. Full room with kitchen was everything you need. Cold beer and water on sight.

As backpackers we were thrilled to have a washing machine, a working AC and a big shower. In Egypt for this price we often have the small shower head above the toilets and here it was not the case. The room was very big. The terrace at the top had a decent WiFi and the staff was very kind. Great breakfast as well and dinners!

The room was dark. We were at ground level floor and because our unique window in the kitchen was facing the wall and there were no windows in the sleeping room we had to leave the lights on all the time. That’s not a big deal, but just be aware: there is no view! Another thing was that the WiFi was really bad half of the time so we couldn’t work.

The property is good. It is very Clean And has a modern decoration. In addition, It is in a very good location.

Everyone at the guesthouse were very kind. Great location, everything is on walking distance. Good facilities, like cheap laundry service.

제일 좋은 점은 친절한 주인과 직원들이었어요. 이름 물어보는 걸 깜박했는데 오전에 일하는 직원이 엄청 친절했어요. 벌룬 투어를 하려고 3일 내내 알아봐주셨는데 너무 친절하시고 가격도 매우 좋았어요. 시장에서 친해진 상인도 그 가격은 현지인 가격이라고 알려주더라구요. 조식도 맛있고 아침 일찍 투어 가는 날엔 먼저 런치박스 만들어 준다고 하시고 뜨거운 물도 너무 잘 나왔어요. 위치도 나일강변 시장이랑 다 걸어서 10-15분 거리라 공항에서 올때 빼고는 다 걸어서 다녔어요. 고양이도 너무 귀여웠네요.

The owners are amazing. Every day fresh breakfast prepared right when you showed up, helped me with all kinds of requests (where to get a bus ticket, went to jewerly for me so I'm not paying the extra foreigner price, etc.)

入住前，酒店就一直主动联系我，确认到达时间。我乘巴士从阿斯旺到卢克索，到达卢克索已经是晚上十一点了。酒店员工已经提前准备好房间，并且一直等着我，看到我到达时立刻出来接待，这点让人感觉很好。 房间很舒服很干净，设备应有尽有，游玩了一天回来可以得到很好的休息。 酒店的地点靠近卢克索神庙和尼罗河岸边，可以步行到达。如果想住东岸强烈推荐这家。

Поставил бы оценку 12, если бы было можно. Очень гостеприимный хозяин, дружелюбный и ненавязчивый, как во многих местных отелях, персонал. Отличное соотношение цены и качества. Вкусный завтрак, отдельно рекомендую ужины, которые предлагает отель - вкуснее, сытнее и доступнее чем в соседних ресторанах. Однозначно вернусь сюда еще.

The room was comfortable and spacious. Really friendly place to stay with a great rooftop area to chill out in after a long day. Within easy walking distance of Luxor and Karnak Temples and busy market area. Would definitely recommend.

L'accoglienza. Ci è stato spiegato come muoverci a Luxor pagando il giusto e non farci fregare come turisti. Camera molto pulita.

Manca una targa e un campanello all'ingresso per favorire chi arriva per la prima volta. Il tendone dal roof garden che copre il panorama.

Consierando il prezzo pagato per 3 notti (circa 55€) sono più che soddisfatto. Premetto di aver preso una stanza singola con bagno in comune. Nessun problema per bagno, stanza etc.

Il PROBLEMA è la sua posizione, con balconcino che da sulla stradina dove passano a tutte le ore motociclette rumorossisime che suonano clacson di continuo. In più moschea vicinissima che richiama alla preghiera. Tutto questo perchè gli infissi della camera non sono adeguati e si sente tutto. Dormire è stata un'impresa. Non ripeterei l'esperienza e magari prenderei una stanza senza affaccio sulla strada.

Das Zimmer ist war sehr geräumig und sauber. Austin ist sehr nett.

Wir konnten es erst gar nicht finden, da es kein Schild oder Hinweis am Gebäude gibt. Die viel gelobte Dachterrasse war voller Wäscheständer und Bergen von Dreckwäsche. Von dem Burger den wir dort gegessen haben haben wir starken Durchfall bekommen und das Frühstück war auch nicht gut. Für 20€ mehr kann man im Steigenberger unterkommen.

What I liked about my stay at Abeer Guest House was the exceptional hospitality and the welcoming atmosphere. Austin, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. He was incredibly friendly and always available to offer recommendations or assist with anything I needed. The staff were equally attentive, always making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. The highlight of my stay, however, was the food. The dinner served at the guest house was by far the best Egyptian food I’ve ever tasted. It was rich in flavor, fresh, and authentic—each dish felt like a true representation of local cuisine. Overall, Abeer Guest House provided a memorable and outstanding experience that I would highly recommend.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. My stay at Abeer Guest House was perfect!

La gentillesse du personnel, l’emplacement calme et central, la salle de bain privative, la propreté, la petite cuisine. Le wifi.

Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de fenêtre avec la lumière du jour.

La gentillesse des hôtes et du personnel, plus qu'agréable, serviable, disponible et de bons conseils. J'ai même pu changer de chambre. La localisation, idéale pour rejoindre à pied le temple de Louxor. Le petit déjeuner très copieux. Le fait qu'ils n'aient pas demandé (comme tous les autres) d'avoir absolument un 10 sur booking (d'ailleurs ça fausse toutes les notes du coup vu que beaucoup s'exécutent pour faire plaisir)

Ma première chambre était bruyante, étouffante et sans fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur, ça rendait la chambre oppressante. La lumière du couloir allumée toute la nuit qui passe par la vitre de la porte de la chambre n'aide pas non plus. J'ai demandé une autre chambre, et dès le lendemain, j'ai été satisfaite mais là encore, difficile à cause de la lumière et la fenêtre donnait sur un mur, donc pas de lumière de l'extérieur. (mais plus calme du coup !)

Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Das Gästehaus liegt sehr günstig. Man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell an der Corniche oder am Luxor Tempel. Wir hatten eine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, die Zimmer war großzügig und sehr sauber. Das Beste: Du kriegst von den Inhabern und den Angestellten ganz viele Informationen, Ausflugsvorschläge und Verhaltenstipps. Das ist das große Plus und ideal für Individualreisende. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sehr sicher gefühlt. Man kann das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse einnehmen. Radi hat sich sehr aufmerksam um und gekümmert. Zu sehr fairen Preisen stehen immer kühle Getränke zu Verfügung. Abeer hat uns einen Fahrer nach Assuan organisiert, mit dem wir individuelle Stops in Edfu und Com Ombo machen konnten. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft für alle, die eigenständig die Stadt und die Umgebung erkunden wollen (Theben-West) und eine saubere und freundliche Unterkunft haben wollen.

Equipe excelente, adorei as refeições - café da manhã e jantar. Só pelo atendimento, todas as informações e facilidades que Austin e Abeer proporcionm já vale a nota máxima! Lugar prático e bem localizado em Luxor.

An important part of what made my stay in Luxor so exceptionnal. The accomodation is the very definition of bang for your buck, being fully equipped, with the extra services being extremely cheap. But what I wanna point out the most is the atmosphere on the rooftop: show up at the right time, and you're guaranteed to meet Luxor's finest: expats, tour guides and locals often gather and are more than willing to have you join the good times! It really reminded me of 19th century salons, or the Friends apartment. I wanna give special props to Austin and Abeer, the owners, as well as to Noor who helped me a ton during the stay. Thanks a bunch!! I usually only stay one night in every place I go in, but I booked 2 other nights with them because I had such good times. By far the best stay in my 3 week Egypt trip.

老闆是位愛爾蘭人，溝通上非常順利，而且非常感謝他的大力幫忙，我們原本預約熱氣球的時間都因天氣因素取消，因隔天一早就離開路克索，老闆為了我們的最後機會，不斷幫我們尋找位置，還必須確保能趕上隔天早上離開的車子，一路聯絡到晚上11點，非常感謝他無償的幫忙，讓我們能趕上期待的熱氣球。 員工服務也很周到，為了確保我們不會睡過頭沒搭上熱氣球，他在出發前10分鐘的會來敲門，還幫我們拿行李，非常感謝 提供的早餐也很充足好吃，而且乾淨衛生，員工服務也很棒，樓頂也有餐廳跟酒吧，可惜這幾天逛景點後都無法上去好好享受。

This was like a little gem in the middle of a typical Egyptian neighborhood - not dangerous at all, just a little chaotic, like all of Egypt. It is the real Egypt here, not a huge tourist hotel, but with easy access to all visits. I think we got the quietest place, a beautiful apartment with no noise from the outside. The personnel were fantastic, so friendly and helpful (unfortunately we did not meet Abeer). Austin gave us lots of practical advice. The location is perfect, easy access for taxis, Uber, Kareem, .... and very close to the Nile if you want to walk along the Nile. Next time (Inch'Allah) we will come to see the rooftop (briefly closed for renovation) and a meal there! Thank you for everything!

Posizione eccellente e staff estremamente gentile. Abbiamo potuto fare check in molto tardi e lo staff ci ha accolto col sorriso. Austin e Abeer ci hanno aiutato anche ad organizzare un giro in mongolfiera all'ultimo minuto, super apprezzato. Cucina ottima e consiglio molto anche la cena per un po' di tranquillità e sapori tipici egiziani, un grazio ancora anche allo staff che ha cucinato ogni giorno per noi.

La habitación era muy cómoda, y sobretodo el personal fueron muy agradable y servicial. Nos sentimos muy bien.

Nuestra estancia fue maravillosa. El lugar era super limpio y el personal muy amable. Fue mucho mejor de lo que esperábamos. Uno de nuestros tours salía antes de la hora del desayuno, por lo que nos realizaron una lonchera que pudimos llevar, esto define el nivel de servicio que tienen 😊. Recomiendo probar la cena de comida egipcia!

El lugar en sí está bien, aunque la ubicación no es la más bonita. Es una zona más local y humilde, permite conocer un poco del verdadero Egipto, igualmente nunca nos sentimos inseguras! (Éramos 2 mujeres)

La cuisine de notre appartement était très bien équipée, y compris lave-linge. Les lits sont grands et confortables. Suffisamment de lampes et spacieux salon. La station de bus, la gare et les bords du Nil sont à moins de 1km. Karnak à 4 km. Le petit déjeuner est très varié, surtout des produits locaux. Il est servi sur le rooftop aménagé, ce qui est très agréable.

施設を経営してる2人のご夫婦とスタッフがとても親切で、とても快適に過ごすことができました。 この価格でこのクオリティなら大満足です！ ルクソール神殿や市場にも徒歩10分もかからないくらいの距離なので、立地もいいです！ ルクソールの大通りは、かなり車のクラクションがうるさいため、大通りから少し離れていて、繁華街過ぎなかったため、夜も快適でした。（エジプトはクラクションが想像以上にすごいです） これからルクソールに行く人にオススメしたいです！

This Guesthouse is fantastic. It's the management and team of staff that make the place special. Abeer and Austin are wonderful kind genuine people. Noor and the rest of the team are so kind and helpful. It feels like you are part of an extended family when staying at Abeer Guesthouse in Luxor. The place is spotless clean throughout at all hours. They have comfortable beds and hot showers. They offer great food( massive portions 😅) at fair prices. The roof terrace upstairs is enclosed and like a huge social living space where you can meet other wonderful like-minded individuals and groups of travellers/tourists. The location is great, 5mins walk from the Nile and the main Corniche strip and the posh hotels. It's in a residential area, which is very safe (as is all of Luxor) and feels like your immersed into the proper Egyptian lifestyle. Abeer Guesthouse, is no frills, simple and honest , the value for money is tremendous and the best part is 100% the people who own it, their wonderful staff, and the decent people from all walks of life that end up staying here for a few days or so. I have fond memories, and will certainly visit again in the future, god willing.

Was a bit noisy in the front rooms, so bring earplugs . But this is standard throughout any big city in the world, and especially in Egypt during Ramadan. So much energy and fun!

Es un sitio cómodo y limpio. Súper bien ubicado y son muy agradables. Teníamos un tour a las 7 de la mañana y nos trajeron el desayuno a las 6.30 en una caja para poder llevarnoslo con nosotros. 100% recomendado.

La terraza me decepcionó pero muy buen sitio.

Super close to Luxor temple. Very friendly staff that helped with everything from taxis to guides to self tours to food. There is dinner available for an extra fee that was delicious!

Room was a little dated and there is a lot of stairs. Its also a little hard to find at first

Great guesthouse in a good location in Luxor (close to the center and Nile). The host and staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were happy to help with recommendations for Luxor. We had diner on the rooftop which was very tasty and well done :)

The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is very good.

We had the room on the first floor so many people passed by and it was more noisy. The street is not very nice but it's safe.

Very helpful staff and excellent breakfast! The location is central and still it is not loud in the place either. The apartment was spacious and even had a kitchen

The room was clean and quiet. The hosts were very helpful with tips and tricks around Luxor.
