The ants in the bathroom that I dealt with after no more evidence of ants during the rest of my stay.

Bedroom setup was great. Hot water bathroom Drinking water provided. Clean space.

Tree branches too low for suv. One knob on bathroom and kitchen faucet wasnt working. Bathroom faucet leaked water when turned on. Microwave buttons required too much to operate

I booked the room for my guest from Honduras and she really loved how clean and comfortable all included very nice neighborhood with quite area. Thank you so much.

At the kitchen, There are some Sugar ants at the kitchen counter. Also two eggs were left (might previous guests left) in the fridge I wonder why.

I enjoyed the stay. the apartment was clean and cozy nosy neighbors but very safe environment with keyless locks and gated for your car with a small kitchen for whatever you needed and a nice clean bathroom. Very great place especially for the value.

There was noise of constant water loud noise also not sure if there was wifi but all in all great place.

The area was good, the staff was good also. The house was clean and it felt like home

The water was cold, and i didn't understand where to turn it on and off from the front. Would've prefer if the was an option from inside the house. I also had to manually put the flap back down in the toilet bowl everytime I used it , otherwise the water runs continually. I could also hear all the talking, and yealing from those on the opposite side of the wall.

This is a comfortable apartment with bedroom, bathroom,and kitchen. The pictures and description are accurate! Everything was clean, tidy, and in working order.

The room was great and the facilities, the place smelled great and it was very clean, it was very nice.

There were couple unknown sounds, like constant pounding, like maybe a boulder and another sound coming from somewhere on the building, can’t really describe the sound.

Location: very close to UWI, Liguinea, US Embassy, Jamaica College, and several shopping areas. Secure compound, quiet area. Neighbours and housekeeper were friendly and helpful. Host communicated timely throughout.

I felt a bit claustrophobic in the bedroom since there was no window with natural light, and the AC unit was in the bedroom only. But thankfully, I didnt spend a lot of time in it. However, the positives outweighed this.

The cleanliness of the facility. The bed was extremely comfortable and the amenities for making a cup of tea was available. Parking was on premises and host was helpful. Value for money.

My only issue was the shower curtain. Please purchase 70x 84” length shower curtain.

Everything was beautifully arranged so that you can enter and leave with ease. The apartment was just what I needed.

The property was easily accessible and we had ample parking. The property was clean and had great working amenities that we found very useful during our stay. The host and co-host were also excellent.

The location was excellent for my needs...in close proximity and walking distance to my training site.

My internet dropped a few times but the host was very responsive to fixing the challenge, there was no matches or other method to use the gas burner stove.

"The setting here is incredibly serene. Not only are the fellow guests amiable, but the property owner and their associates are incredibly supportive. I'd wholeheartedly endorse this place to anyone seeking a peaceful and comfortable stay in Jamaica, complete with all essential amenities.

The only downside was the outdated contact information on the page and the need for an updated image of the front gate for easier property location.

Noisy ?water pump and refrigerator. Noise intermittent throughout the day and night. Can be very loud at times.

The location of the property was great. A few minutes away by taxi from the University of the West Indies, which was my primary destination. It was a few minutes by taxi to supermarkets and Digicel as well. The co-host, Jennifer, was very kind and helpful with providing information and recommendations for persons new to town. At the time of my stay, the gate was being upgraded to an electrical gate which was definitely a plus. The apartment had a small kitchen with a fridge, stove, and microwave which was convenient since I was there for a few days.

There wasn’t really anything not to like. The floor tiles inside were a bit worn but I was advised that they had planned to conduct renovations after I left. The property is paid in cash only at the time of stay so be mindful to have the cash on you upon check in. The photos on the booking show a sofa in the room but the room I got didn’t have the sofa. That was okay for me but was different than expected.

It was clean and cozy, perfect little spot.
