Esta en una muy buena ubicación para trasladarse, en uber o taxi, hay buenos lugares para comer y suministrarse, pasando la carretera general hay otro barrio súper interesante y con unas grandes superficies geniales. Cerca hay forma de alquilar vehículos incluso sin tarjeta de crédito. El personal es súper atento y servicial en todo momento. Si hay algún problemilla te lo resuelven con celeridad, siempre que esté en sus manos hacerlo. Jordi es una persona genial y te ayuda en todo, incluso te consigue cosillas aunque no estén en precio, por ejemplo parking o parqueo como lo llaman ellos. Recomendable calidad-precio

Solo algun defetillo en las instalaciones del baño, pero no por descuido, sino por un gasto abusivo de los elementos y la no sustitución de ellos a tiempo...por lo demás todo genial

On friday night, there was a noisy neighbor (a bar - too loud music - fortunately up to 8pm) and the box for shower was too small and the water pressure was low.

The location and facilities in the apartment are great. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I would recommend it anytime. They also offer to accommodate my early arrival at no extra cost..

The water pressure of the shower is a bit low, It needs adjusting.

What is advertised is not what you get.

Nice layout. Pretty well isolated from the noise....etc the noise from the receptionist. If you are coming here because they supposedly have 24 security then don't. I came and went many times especially in the night and no one was around. He goes into one of the rooms to sleep. Also the security / receptionist is very rude. He acted as if he was dead asleep or stoned or something.

Bathroom smells like the sewer. Really bad smell. You must keep the door shut. You cannot shower. Fungus scum on floor. No hot water. Door for shower is broken and cannot shut. They cause a 2 hour delayed check in refusing to provide receipt for the cash deposit they require. They would not let the receptionist write one and evidently are not capable to send a pdf of one via WhatsApp or email. Had to have booking.com tell them that it is not proper business practice to refuse a receipt for cash.

The location of the apartment was within walking distance of restaurants and markets.

The host was not thorough with an explanation of how to use the key fob to enter the main entrance. When I messaged them they had an negative attitude. The shower head didn't operate properly because it was old and clogged with sediment from hard water. Water was coming out the sides of the shower head. This ruined my stay in Santo Domingo.

Desk person left me alone when I was checking out and I needed my deposit back. I have to find him while I was needing to go to take a bus. Bad host.

Fantastic little place in a great location. Staff was kind and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and all the amenities were really nice.

Cleaning was not done very well. Beard hair from someone shaving all over one side of the sink. Sticky food substance all over one cupboard door above the stove. And the dish sponge was old and covered in stuff from previous cleans, very unhygienic, I could not use it to clean dishes I would use. They need better cleaning staff and to put new sponges for hygiene. But the apartment and furniture and ammenities itself is very modern and good.

The location was great! Just steps away from many shops and restaurants. The room was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room overall was updated. The 24/7 security on duty and the multiple locks to get on premises made me feel safe at all times of day and night! The hosts were always just a call or text away, and the security on premises was always very helpful with any questions I had.

I loved the place! the studio is identical to what we see in the photos, the kitchen and the whole room is well equipped! you lack nothing. it's quiet and the neighborhood is good too. the owner and employees are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this space, I will surely return!

Good location, near Carrefour City (grocery store), barber shop, highway and small restaurants. 12 minute walk to Plaza Central.
