It's a home from home.

Would prefer bigger pots to cook. a blender.

The only problem was 1 bath

I love how spacious the place is and the location.

The gas stove wasn't working properly which made it difficult to prepare meals.

Curtains and windows need a wash. Drains are clogged and smelly.

General maintenance needs attention.

The place is exactly as advertised. Exceptionally patient and kind staff. The beds are super nice, the garden is beautiful, the place as a whole is quiet and safe with easy access to public transport.

We got exactly what we paid for ... we had an exceptional time at the guest house, and nothing felt out of place.. The place was amazing 👏 🤩 🙌 hands down. The place was secure, and we had easy access to the beach and other tourist attractions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Rose holiday home. The property was clean and our host, Wade and the caretaker were kind and very accommodating. Will definitely book again and recommend others to do so.

Absolutely love this place, the owner Wade , is an exceptional person, he is very friendly , always available to help, and treats people with respect, such good manners and always feels like I’m visiting a good friend, The house is comfortable, modern ,safe , clean and absolute home away from home , with a nice green garden and clean blue pool with loungers! My family will always come back here, thank you for everything Wade.

One more bathroom would be perfect.

Nice and peaceful location away from hussle and bustle. Spacious and nice open plan arrangement. The house was immaculately kept clean.

The advert shows 2 showers, however the photos were correct. There is one shower only for a huge place. This caused congestion in morning to get through 5x people wanting to shower quickly. There was no hand towel rail in the bathroom, only bath towel rail. The kitchen was well appointed however, the pots and pans had very large scratches exposing the bare metal. These could be changed. There were very few small dustbins in the house.

The style of the house and quality of the things in the house

it was way too far from the beach, it's not beach front as advertised.

For location purposes it was just right, seeing that our plan was to go to UShaka Marine World

The beds mattress were to soft,,, the curtains I didn't like it because you cn see right through, so if you inside and its dark, someone from the outside can see you, not so cool,maybe have a thicker curtain to hang

The home is nice and spacious. Suitable for family. A comfortable stay.

Cleanliness was not great. Could do better. Especially for the kitchen. Cardboards were dirty, broken and sticky. Utensils were not clean. Beds were not the best.

Gate was not working well. Not enough facilities in the kitchen Water got cold too quickly

The home is exactly as advertised. The host and the caretaker are both friendly and efficient.

Location is beautiful. House is cared for well by Peter. Affordable. Plus there's a weed shack down the road. Any house by the weed shack is bound to be awesome.

Just need a bin cage outside to stop monkeys and wildlife ripping them apart as rubbish builds up and then so do the flies. Lord of the flies easy fix.

The quality of the bed mattresses could be better quality. However, Mr Rose has done a beautiful job with the house.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Rose Holiday home. From the moment we arrived, Wade went above and beyond to ensure our comfort - thanks for the bottled water and the updates on loadshedding. Neat clean house, with everything we needed - also a clean sparkling pool.

What an awesome property, Home away from home. Everything was to our liking.

The kids loved the pool and the comfortably. We enjoyed everything about the home. Beds were comfortable and was so nice to be in our own space. Thank you again Wade for an amazing accommodation...

Upon arrival we received welcome gifts, we felt at home. Enjoyed the privacy. Had fun on the pool which was well maintained. Will definitely book it again when we go back to Durban again.😃😃😃😃😃.

The host was accommodating and communicated. We also had fruits and bottled water as part of our welcome package from the host. The kitchen had other things like oil and spices which came in very handy.
