Reviewed Apr 22, 2026-kita booked & bayar macam dalam gambar (iklan) tapi Host tukarkan (di Whatsapp) kita kepada unit lain. (Rasa tertipu dah). Kalau yg dalam iklan tu fully booked, you sepatutnya setting dia unavailable for booking. Dalam iklan interior design macam cantik selesa, tapi Host tukarkan kita kepada unit lain yg betul2 basic & biasa2 je. Tak berbaloi dgn harga yg saya bayar. Rm 470 for 2 nights. Unit bukannya size besar. Itu size standart biasa je. Sebab saya dah pernah stay di mutiara ni di unit yg lebih besar. -Toto kotor & berbau. Material toto jenis panas & miang. Berbau hapak mcm dah lama tak basuh. Dia provide toto, bukannya comforter yg selesa. Semuanya bau hapak kepam, lama tak basuh. Owner sepatutnya keluarkan modal beli barang yg berkualiti utk guests. You buat bisnes, so jangan ala kadar semua benda. Sebab kita dah stay bermacam2 jenis homestay, sebab tu kita boleh buat comparison. -selimut extra yg disediakan kotor & busuk. Material fabric jenis miang gatal. Barang murah. Tu sesuai buat alas kaki je sebab memang tak boleh buat selimut. Kain kasar & miang. Nipis. Owner sepatutnya keluarkan modal beli segala barang yg berkualiti & selesa utk guests. Sediakan barang cincai2, memang guests takkan repeat lagi lah. -aircond master bedroom not function well. Tak sejuk. Keluar angin je lebih. Host panggil technician betulkan, pun sama je. Technician hanya basuh filter. Cuaca siang hari terlampau panas terik, memang tak selesa lah kalau duduk dalam bilik tu. Belah malam boleh accept lagi lah sejuk sikit, sebab malam kan, takde matahari. -curtains bukan jenis blackout. So mmg rasa panas dalam bilik sebab matahari betul2 memancar ke arah bilik/katil. Masa kita check in siang tu pun masuk je bilik terus bahang panas kuat sebab housekeeper selak, buka semua langsir besar2. -alas sofa depan tv, material sarung sofa tu jenis kain kasar, miang. Tak selesa duduk sandar terkena pada skin sebab material fabric kasar miang.

Wifi ada, netflix pun ada. Serba lengkap. Cermin besar manusia ada 3, so x payah berebut. Owner sediakan snack atas meja, nak buat teh kopi semua ada. Baik owner bagi saya free gift tudung. Terima kasih byk. Smooth check in and check out sbb owner bagi clear instruction. Oh ye, acces card ada dua ye. So sangat gembira pilih unit ni. U all semua takkan kecewa. Trust me . In shaa allah

We had freebies, booked karaoke room, stay for amenities after check out, smooth check in and check out process and many more. Owner ccommunicated with us at anytime which isnreally helpful. The apartment was so nice and like pictures. We travel a lot and at times found pictures not the same with actual but this one is even better. Full facilities and the view is breathtaking. So near to the beach and food stalls, we just walked everywhere. Thank you for a memorable, stress free vacation place!

Reviewed Jun 6, 2024From the start collecting keys and till check out, it was a smooth journey. Very easy to pickup the keys at the mailbox. The house is very clean and very aesthetically pleasing. The house is very direct view towards the sea. So so very calming when woke up in the morning.

One aspect that stood out to me was the impeccable maintenance of the surrounding area. With 24-hour security in place, I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. The tranquility of the environment added to the overall sense of peace and serenity. And let's not forget about the beach! Just a stone's throw away from the guest house, the beach offered breathtaking views and a perfect spot for “healing”.
