Warren and Sue were so welcoming! They went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The room was spacious, had every amenity I needed (and more), and I felt very at home there. It was an added bonus their ragdoll Branson was so cuddly and cute, I could have put him in my suitcase 😍

Waron and Suel are wonderful hosts — warm, friendly, and very easy to talk to. They helped us tremendously and made our stay truly memorable. This will absolutely be my first choice whenever I return to Queenstown. I would even plan my trip around their availability. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The accommodation had everything we needed. The room was well equipped. Warren was very welcoming and we had interesting conversations. While located slightly outside Queenstown we also enjoyed visiting nearby (by car) Arrowtown which was delightfully quaint with a great pub with food and beer garden.

Hervorragendes, komplett ausgestattetes, absolut sauberes Apartment. Sehr ruhige und gute Lage zwischen Queenstown und Arrowtown. Die Siedlung ist über eine einzige Straße angebunden, daher kein Durchgangsverkehr. Warren hat uns äußerst zuvorkommend und nett begrüßt, viel erzählt und wertvolle Informationen gegeben. Haven Sanctuary was a comfortable, peaceful, and restful place to land after a day's exploring. Warren and Sue were excellent hosts, super friendly, and tended to every little detail to ensure a happy stay.

The rooms were delightful - very fresh, clean and comfortable with every conceivable comfort provided. We also had a beautiful little courtyard in a pretty garden where we sat and had drinks. Warren and Sue were wonderful hosts, spending time chatting and giving advice on places to visit. They even took us out for dinner and arranged a meal at a wonderful pub at Bannockburn. Warren a Sue were delightful, we came as guests left as friends. They were so welcoming and obliging. We give them 12/10!! Wonderful friendly people - cannot recommend highly enough!

This was a delightful gem, with excellent pricing for the area. Small, but very comfortable and with a knowledgeable, helpful host. Very well-sized, clean bathroom. We'll be back.

The host says, 'leave the washing-up - we'll do it', but honestly, just rinsing a couple of mugs and a spoon or two is no big hassle. So maybe some washing-up liquid and a tea towel?

Everything is thoughtfully taken care of with great attention to detail, you’ll find everything you need, just like in your own home. The amenities are modern, clean, and well-maintained. The location is excellent: just 5 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the city center by car. If you’re using public transportation, there’s a bus stop just a one-minute walk away. Buses run roughly every hour, but with the city’s live tracking feature, it’s easy to plan ahead. There are also two nearby hiking trails that are perfect for staying active while enjoying stunning views of the river and snow on the mountain top. The host is incredibly helpful and welcoming, you’ll truly feel at home and might even wish you could stay longer!

Parking was awkward if you have a bigger car.

The place was lovely. A back unit on Warren’s property, tucked away on a hill not far from the Queenstown Airport and the Frankton Bus Interchange. Warren is a friendly fellow and takes pride in his work. The room is lovely with more pillows than you will know what to do with. There is a kitchenette hidden in the closet, and the BBQ worked well too.

Assuming you are arriving by car, I would recommend backing into your parking spot if you can, as it can be tricky to reverse out of there if all three cars are in.

There was nothing to dislike! The premises was extremely well presented. Spotlessly clean, tidy, with really good quality bedding with a choice of pillows on a comfortable bed. The location, a very quiet area a short drive from Queenstown, was perfect for us. Thanks too to Warren for being friendly and attentive, an excellent host.

The host Warren was wonderful and has so many stories to share and he definitely made the stay feel great. Place is clean, not a huge space but has everything needed for 2pax stay. Location is a short drive to city centre but really near to all the hypermarts which I love. The apartment is located in a remote and safe area without compromising overall accessibility. It's a little gem really. Would stay here anytime.

The bed was a tad too soft for me but I know it is subjective and didn't pose a huge problem for me overall..otherwise this apartment is perfect. 😉

We enjoyed a great view from the Shotover Bridge over the river, a few hundred meters from our accommodation. Nearby is the newly formed Queenstown Shopping Centre.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, Warren's hospitality stood out—he picked us up at the airport, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Each day, we returned to a warm room, which was a perfect retreat after exploring. A special mention goes to the adorable cat and dog that added a touch of homeliness to our stay. They were such a joy to be around! Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay.

The location is fantastic above the Lower Shotover river with views of Coronet Peak. The very comfortable BnB is also close to shops and the airport. We wanted for nothing. Warren was a fabulous host. Even took us to the airport.

Not very private. Host seemed to linger around our room the whole time we were there and came into our room to close curtains etc while we were out which is a lovely idea but just makes me uncomfortable that they came into our space that we paid to have for ourselves.

A convenient location in a residential area outside Queenstown with onsite parking and privacy. The location provided easy access to many of the tourist sites in the area. Dishes and cutlery were washed daily by the owners which added to the convenience of staying at the property.

The studio is located in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood with a dedicated (free) parking space. This is a definite advantage given the noise, traffic and expensive parking in downtown Queenstown. Warren, the host, also provided a lot of information which was very useful for visiting the region.

The size of the fridge could be a little bigger.

This property was absolutely stunning, and very spacious. It has everything you need and more. Sue and Warren really are expert hosts and they were so friendly. As a solo traveller checking in after a busy week, this was the perfect spot to relax and regroup. I loved that it wasn’t in the centre of the city, with all the backpacker chaos. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. The furry friends are the icing on the cake too!

The buses could be more frequent but that’s nothing to do with the hosts or the accommodation.

This is a lovely private spot to enjoy the large windows onto serene greenery. Huge bathroom was a plus and wonderfully attentive hosts made us feel right at home.

We had a very nice stay here, the suite is spacious, clean, beautiful and comfortable. Warren is very nice and friendly, he gave us quite a lot of good suggestions for our visit in Queenstown. We enjoyed our talk with him. Everything is perfect and we will definitely to come back when we have chance to see Queenstown again.

If you want quiet, this is the place. Hosts pleasant.

Lack of hanging space for clothes. Not such an issue as we stayed 3 nights. Stay a week, you'd probably want somewhere to hang clothes. Shower only option as bath tap broken and looked to have been that way for awhile,

Breakfast was good, location peaceful and secluded. Beautifully appointed bathroom, comfortable bed and welcoming, obliging hosts. Would certainly return. Used dishes were taken away to be washed by hosts and replaced.

I loved everything about it. The room was spacious and comfortable. It had everything for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately I did not get to meet Warren who was extremely helpful with changing my booking last minute but I met Sue who was extremely lovely. I was nervous about travelling alone as I don’t have any friends in Queenstown but the minute I arrived, Sue was very warm, friendly and welcoming which made me feel right at home. Plenty of pillows and the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom, OMG so luxurious! I didn’t want to touch some of the things inside with how amazing they were laid out.
