Rosen Plaza Hotel Orlando Convention Center

The location was great in relation to the convention center with the walking bridge directly connected to it. There was plenty to do within walking distance as well. They are pet friendly.

All of the extra fees. Parking was an additional charge per night. They are listed as being pet friendly however they don't list that it is restricted to one per max per room and there is a $150 non-refundable pet fee. With these extra charges it nearly doubled the cost of the booking. I booked a smaller room to save money as this was somewhat of a last minute trip and it ended up being very expensive.

The facility was very clean from the lobby/front desk to the rooms. The rooms were very nice, clean, and updated. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

No microwaves in the rooms, but understand the safety risk.

La comunicación pudo haber sido mejor en cuanto los detalles de los pagos por tener mascota en la habitación y no haber explicado claro cómo se iba a cobrar por todo desde el primer día que hice el check-in, esto me hizo pasar una mala experiencia a la hora de irme me bloquearon el acceso a la habitación con mis pertenencias y mi mascota encerrada faltando una hora para el check-out, tuve que bajar al counter para que me explicaran que sucedió para luego de resolver el problema tener que enviar a seguridad a darme acceso a la habitación para sacar mis pertenencia esto me hizo me hizo sentir indignado.

We've stayed here several times now. The staff is always very friendly, and the facility is exceptionally clean.

I didn’t like that it did not have microwaves in each room. At least my room did not have one very disappointing.

No iron/iron board, No microwave. I booking for a party of 4, but only 3 attended. So we asked for additional night, We we’re charged $209 plus tax with no consideration of adjusting the price because of the person not being able to attend.

Paying for a hotel room should include parking. The additional parking rates were extremely high. The floor in our room was really dirty. When we told the front desk during checkout said ok & nothing more. Did not care at all. I wont be staying with this hotel in the future.

Renovated and very clean. Great location to convention center. Nice stores inside the hotel for everything you need. Walking distance to a lot of great things. Staff very friendly!

Renovation going on the floor below me that started super early. I had a great rate and was advised at checkin that it was happening. Just wish I was a bit farther away from it I guess.

Room they gave me was dirty. They had to switch me to another room. But that room 449 had major issues with the shower drain. Water was accumulating and would not drain to the point of overflowing out of the shower and on to the bathroom floor.

The hotel lovely and the staff amazing. But they remodeled the rooms.. it’s modern and it looks very nice. My only problem is they took half the carpet out and the other half is linoleum.. so when someone is above you in a room, you can hear them walking around all hours of the night. It will be interesting to see if other people complain about the noise in the room .. it echoes in the room

Rooms looked nice and it seemed it was remodeled recently.

Fire alarm was triggered 3 times while sleeping.

The breakfast buffet was good but could have more options. The food tasted good.

I did not have a bad stay. There is nothing negative to report.

Place in a secure area, people very friendly, hotel very clean.

Great location, price, and things to do.

Coffee option in the lobby… staff was rude to say the least. Just threw items on the counter with a long line so everyone had to sort through what the item was and who it belonged to. There is just room for improvement there.

The rooms looked better than the ones at the Rosen Centre. The AC was amazing, best I’ve had at a hotel in Florida.

It was very clean , nice staff . Different places inside to go eat at or get a drink.

They was working on a room that was close to mine so I heard a lot of banging . I wish they would’ve said that before I booked .

The 2 double beds were to small I would have liked one king like I reserved we ordered 4 drinks at the pool bar and my bill was $74 dollars. I tipped, then found there was a tip already added. I can see if it was a large party, but there was only 4 of us.

Superb, modern and spacious room with lovely bathroom. Situated across from Pointe Orlando with a large choice of bars and restaurants. Shame we were not there long enough to enjoy the pool facilities which looked lovely.
