Practical Studio with WIFI Pool PS4 Netflix

I was never let in the property so there is nothing to like.

I booked a day ahead before my check in because I'm coming from a 10hr flight. I was not let in the property, tried calling, emailing, and messaging the host for 2 hours but nothing. I was left outside, exhausted without any customer support for a unit I already paid for full in advance. Un acceptable, I cancelled the full booking, and still no refund for a place I haven't even used.

As always, this unit has been my go to when I need to be around commonwealth. Stay was very comfortable I even bring my pet this time. Thank you as always for a very smooth transaction. good, safe and peaceful community

Price, Location, Amenities

not that much..

Many facilities (small gym room, swimming pool…), services (laundry service is excellent), some small events on the weekend. The landlord answers really fast to the queries.

The location is a bit far from downtown. Of course, there is a mall and many restaurants nearby. But If you intend to go to Manila, it is important to notice it.

Since the check-in is not hotel-like but an air-bnb system: -the check-in was stressful, the required authorization letter to be provided by studio owner was not sent in earlier, -there was a long wait before the authorization to occupy was sent to the apartment admin before I was let in to the studio. The studio is a bit cramped. While the owner said it was cleaned before my check-in, it is clear that the bed sheets and pillow cases were not changed. There should be clear pre-check-in instructions to turn on modem for wifi connection, how to turn on power board switches and how to turn on tv and video. No clear pricing or complimentary notes on drinks inside the fridge. No easy contact with owner in cases of questions, requests, complaints during my stay. The reception in the apartment lobby is useless for this.

The facilities and how clean the place were a top tier for us. One of the best view for the sunset so far. Value for money. There were no pest in the room. A quite place to relax. 5 mins away from the mall too and other necessities. Complete basic cooking & bath items. You just need to bring yourself and enjoy. Thanks for having us.
