Reviewed Aug 17, 2026If I could give this place 15 stars I would. Everything was thoughtfully out together, the ambience is just perfect, the beds are comfy and it comes with bikes that made our stay so, so much better. I would come back here in a heartbeat.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Het appartement is een oud zwweds huisje in de oude stadkern van Kalmar. Klein maar fijn! Een keuken met lang blad en volledig vooerzien. Er is meer dan je denkt: er zijn ook kastjes tegen het plafond (er is een handig oud keukentrapje), Het is echt voor maximaal 2 personen. Er zijn 2 fietesen; super handig. De bakker en ICA zitten om de hoek. Ook om de hoek: het Kalmar slot. En een paar meter verder het station en centrum. Parkeren doe je in de straat: elke dag een dag kaart kopen voor 20 kronen. Dat gaat veruit het makkelijkste met een parkeerapp. We zouden dit zondermeer opnieuw boken bij een evt volgend bezoek aan Kalmar.
Het huisje staat bij een splitsing van straatjes, met in de woonkamer aan 3 kanten ramen. Er lopen aardig wat mensen langs en 's avonds is er dus al snel 'inkijk'.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026It's an absolutely wonderful little cottage which has been furnished with a lot of attention to detail. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very clean. Really marvelous. We loved our stay there. Parking was also no problem close by (20 SEK/day). We could also walk or take the bikes (which are provided by the owner) to the town center or surroundings. It is very close to the ocean and to the main attraction the "Kalmar slott".
Everything was perfect.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026En fin stue. Kjempefint område i gamle Kalmar. Var alt man trengte i stua, dusj ,oppvaskmaskin, kjølskuffe stor TV. Kart avstand til Slottet, til sentrum og det man vil se. Anbefales på det varmeste. Det var gode senger..Fin liten terrasse til frokost og kveldskos.En kjekke plass.

Reviewed Sep 28, 2025Huset ligger i et roligt og smukt kvarter og tæt på Kalmar Slot. 15 min gang til centrum. Huset er velindrettet og veludstyret. Parkering på gaden - det var ikke et problem.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2025Einfach nur Klasse!!! Wir haben uns eine Woche in diesem gemütlichen Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir mal wieder in Kalmar sind, dann übernachten wir wieder dort.
Hier kann man nichts hinschreiben.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2025Eine tolle Unterkunft von einem Gastgeber, der einen guten Geschmack und Stil hat. Stets ansprechbar und kümmernd ! Das Häuschen war bezaubernd! Komplett ausgestattet, sinnvoll und durchdacht, sauber und nur 200 Hundert Meter vom Schloss und 400 vom nächsten Badestrand entfernt !

Reviewed Jul 1, 2025Historical and charming house. Super comfortable and modern. Two smart TVs (we could sign in to our own Netflix account). It had all we needed with extra special touches like fresh flowers and candles. Quiet location but in walking distance to the castle, swimming pier, restaurants, and more. Great communication with owner. We highly recommend this house.
