Poucos dias antes de chegar a data da minha reserva , me mandaram mensagem dizendo que estariam fazendo reforma e cancelando a reserva. Achei muito estranho porque eles continuavam oferecendo hospedagem naquelas mesmas datas. Escrevi para eles questionando exatamente isto. Eles então mandaram mensagem dizendo que a reforma havia terminado e que caso eu desejasse, minha reserva estaria confirmada. Como eu mantive a reserva, achei que estava tudo ok, contudo, ao chegar lá eles falaram que não teriam uma acomodação para mim porque eu não confirmei. Devo confirmar algo que estava agendado no booking e que não havia sido cancelado por mim? No final, disponibilizaram um quarto. As paredes sao extremamente finas e você consegue ouvir absolutamente tudo que se passa nos quartos vizinhos. Resumo, não dormimos praticamente nada. Foi terrível. Não consigo imaginar como este local tem uma avaliação razoável pelo booking diante de tantas coisas negativas.

El homestay ofereix unes vistes precioses a les muntanyes de Ta Xua. En Viet és una persona super amable i està disposat a resoldre qualsevol dubte o necessitat. A nosaltres ens va arreglar el servei de bus per anar de Ta Xua cap a Mu Cang Chai, passant per Nghia Lo. Parla perfectament anglès i sempre està de bon humor i amb un somriure. A la casa es pot llogar una moto per fer ruta per la zona. És cert que els bungalows no donen ben bé al barranc (les habitacions sí) però val la pena l'estada igualment. Només cal sortir i fer un parell de passes per gaudir de l'espectacle.

Viet est une personne incroyable , il est toujours souriant et disponible . Il rend énormément de services . Vue magnifique sur les montagnes et au dessus des nuages .

Lit beaucoup trop durs . Pas de choix pour le petit déjeuner .

L’accoglienza è stata strepitosa, l’host è sempre sorridente e disponibile. La stanza è minimal e pulita. Siccome la probabilità di pioggia e freddo è molto alta hanno saputo rendere il soggiorno confortevole grazie anche ai sistemi di riscaldamento. La colazione è tipica e buona. Qualsiasi problema di trasporto voi abbiate, l’host vi saprà aiutare

Aggiungerei qualche attività/giochi per quando la pioggia non permette di uscire

Hông có điểm nào để chê hehe, với một nơi vùng núi xa xôi thì mọi tiện nghi như vậy là quá ổn luôn ạ

The homestay owner was really friendly and welcoming. We were really grateful, especially when he helped to arrange for earlier buses back to the city as we had to leave early due to personal reasons. His English is great and really helpful when it comes to meals and attractions around the area as well.

The fact that Casablanca doesn’t have a solid, untarnished 10 star review average is a mystery to me. From the breathtaking views from my bedroom window, to the reliable hot shower, delicious home-cooked food, this homestay deserves the highest of praises. However, Viet, the owner, is the absolute man! He goes above and beyond for his guests in every conceivable way. This morning, he got up early on my behalf to escort me to the trailhead for Sa Mu Peak, and checked up on me when I got caught in a flash flood, alone, 11 kilometers into a 22 kilometer trek. He’s a wealth of knowledge, a pleasure to be around, and takes the time to get to know each and every one of his guests personally. He is a legend!

Extremely generous host. The room has a large heater/radiator for cold weather and warm comforters (it was cold in late March). The staff cooked a huge meal for me (I was the only guest) and they invited friends. The food and company were lovely. Unfortunately the room was having some electrical issues, so I only stayed one night instead of the 2 planned. The owner was very helpful and understanding that I asked to check-out early. The weather was cold, rainy, and very foggy, so I didn’t get to view the dinosaur spine, but if I come back, I would stay here again. The price is competitive with other places in the area, and their rooms are nicer than a few I checked out in person.

Had such an amazing time here. The host was one of the nicest people I’ve met in Vietnam. The rooms have an amazing mountain view and even come with a heater. Also the food was soo delicious.

The location is quite surreal, high up in the mountains and surrounded by pretty gardens. The room was very clean and came with a heater so we were thankful to get warm and dry after a long, cold ride. We enjoyed a huge hot pot dinner (couldn't even get close to finishing it) and a hearty breakfast too.

The initial welcome seemed a bit cold, the walls of the rooms are very thin (so bring ear plugs) & the bathrooms are a bit of a walk from most of the rooms.

The view from our room was amazing with big windows and it was clean. You also have free water. The staff were so kind, they picked us up from where our bus dropped us off and we joined them for dinner (home cooked food) which was delicious and lots of rice wine! The owner was very communicative on WhatsApp (in English) and helped us to rent motorbikes from the homestay as well as our onwards transfer. We had a wonderful time at the homestay and would really recommend it to others.

Listing is very misleading. It’s all small cubicles in a dorm, not separate rooms! The building itself is paper-thin and the whole top floor was moving with the wind. It made sleeping impossible.

The room was very clean and warm. The staff are very accommodating and lovely. I got fed 3 meals a day and was made to feel like part of their family. The home stay also has a beautiful view. Thank you so much guys!

Viet was such a lovely host who also speaks English which makes things easier. The location was good and the rooms were comfortable and very good value. They are also excellent cooks!

The view out of the window was incredible. The host is really friendly and accommodating. He did his utmost to serve every need of ours. We were offered very early check in (as the room was available). The atmosphere there is like in a family. Easy to rent a scooter in the neighborhood.

The house is a lightweight construction and the rooms are not soundproof. As it is a homestay, expect it to be as at a Vietnamese home. Therefore be prepared that you might have to listen to karaoke at full volume while in bed ;-)

Viat the host is like a good brother from another mother. He invited me for dinner and we were sitting together on the campfire. The homestay is for travellars who like basic things... great view and not expecting the highest comfort. I definelty would come back. I stayed in the room with the windows... perfect spot for medidation!

Maybe to much lights on ... I wanted to see the stars... so i put them off by myself... which i think is fine for Viat.

Very nice owner he explained about the area and had very interesting conversations with him. room was new and great view. Hot water. Camp fire outside and very nice area. Will come back for sure!

The road to the hostel is a bit slippery in the rain!

The homestay looks new and still in construction however I had the best room with the best view on the mountains and sunset. Book it if you are simply looking for a bed to sleep & if you’re looking for mountains view, don’t expect the comfort of a hotel, this is a homestay. Please note that you must have a motorbike to get there. You have to walk up to the hill to reach the property. The owner is kind and helpful, speaks english which is rare is this area. The girl was also very helpful and helped me with my requests. You’ll find many animals on the property such as ducks, dogs and even a cow. People sing karaoke in the evening along with a fireplace outside. Note that it might be cold in the room in the evening in winter. I’d definitely come back to see the construction progress in the future.

Cleanliness of the restrooms. Should add a trash bin in each room.

They deserve all the excellent reviews. Great hospitality, they're always polite and go extra miles to make your stay comfortable. It's so much quieter than the ones on Đỉnh Gió though just 5 minutes walk away. The host even invited me to join them for several meals (and many othe free services). He shares a lot about the H'mong community. I had some good chats with the local H'mong staff, who were so pure and friendly. They have a huge hill that's worth the walk with lots of wild plants and traquil views. The hill leads into a little forest which I didn't go in far but I bet it's beautiful. One of the best traveling experiences I've had (and I travel quite a bit). Just one note: Please support the H'mong community if you can, ex: buying foods from their street vendors, maybe visiting the less-known villages? (ask the host, I'm sure he can recommend). The thing is most of the coffee shops and restaurants are run by Kinh people or people coming from the cities, while local communities hardly benefit from tourism and many of them struggle to feed their family, which is a shame for such breath-taking landscapes and hospitality they offer.
