Il n y a aucun personnel, checking a faire sois même, sur une borne extérieure. En face de l église ,les cloches ont sonnés toute la nuit, tous les quarts d heure.

Alles was netjes schoon

Geen WiFi zoals beloofd, wel WLan met adapter voor één mobiele telefoon. Niet erg handig. Voor de huurprijs mag je toch een modem/router verwachten.

Das Self-checkin war nicht in Betrieb. Erst nach mehreren vergeblichen Anrufen - wir waren schon nicht mehr vor Ort - erhielten wir einen Rückruf. Wir kehrten dann nochmals zum Hotel zurück und dann klappte es.

Die Lage war gut zu unserer Destination

Zunächst war das Doppelzimmer recht klein, wenn auch ausreichend für eine Nacht - aber es war nur für eine Person vorbereitet. Wir haben dann auf dem Flur eine zweite Bettdecke und im Schrank ein zweites Kopfkissen gefunden - ok Das Parkieren kostet extra und muss über den Automat im Voraus bezahlt werden. Ausserdem gab es, angeblich aus gesundheitlichen Gründen, kein WLAN im Haus. Frühstück hätten wir dann auch über den Automaten buchen müssen, aber das findet beim Bäcker nebenan statt - alles irgendwie gelöst aber nicht praktisch sondern etwas umständlich. Nächstes Mal wissen wir Bescheid

Pb rencontré lors de la prise des clés à l'automate: il ne ns a pas délivré la clé de la chambre. Après 2-3 appels aux différents numéros de téléphone affichés, une autre chambre ns a été attribuée. Elle était prévue pour une personne, malgré un lit double nous n'avions qu'une couverture et un oreiller préparés.

Parkplatz umsonst Vorhanden. Das Hotel ist sehr Modern eingerichtet und daher Ansprechend.

Ich war 7 Tage da der der Zimmer Service wurde einmal ausgeführt. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis finde ich ein bischen Mager.

This is self check in. No staff. All essentials are provided. Full kitchen. Excellent bakery next door.

Als Paar gebucht, hätte ein zweites Duvet auf dem Bett erwartet.

Eine viel zu kleine Bettdecke für 2 Pers. Wir mussten zusätzlich die Badetücher zur Wärmung verwenden.

Looked fresh and clean. Good enough for self catering if required. Bathroom good quality appliances.

Located directly on the main road through the village. Could do with air cooling devices when windows shut to reduce the traffic noise. This was still audible when windows were shut but rather noisy when open. Bed and mattress rather basic quality.

Location was good. Breakfast at the bakery next door was basic but good.

Room was on the warm side and if you opened the window there was quite a bit of road noise.

The property and rooms are exceptionally clean.

I had to type all my details on the self check in screen for each room I am checking in. I booked 5 rooms and had to enter details 5 times. Taking 5 min for each room. I spent 25 mins checking in. Not a great experience for someone who is tired and just wants to hit the bed. No help at hand and had an unexpected 2 euro charged for me to do 25 mins of work.

We arrived later. Were able to get our key only due to another person who came and helped - a little stressful but the stay wasok. Nice shower. Could use extra pillows.

Super...hatte auch eine Küche.

Rapidez check in

We liked the clean room with comfortable beds. The small town was fun to explore with friendly residents. We were able to book last minute and do self checking late in the evening.

Room was warm on a hot summer day and no air conditioning is available. Self checking was a little difficult but there is a helpful video if you scan the WR code near the box.

We couldn't sleep because of the noise

WE love the property. Self checked-in is good but it may be a little difficult for first check-n. However, the manager/owner was helpful help us remotely on check-in

Alles tip top.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll und sauber eingerichtet. Das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Auch ist man schneller in Bern als wenn man in Bern wohnt und durch die Stadt fahren muss. Eine sehr positive Erfahrung, ich werde gerne wieder dorthin gehen.

Room was very clean. Free parking. Staff were friendly. Fridge in the bedroom was helpful.

The location is very good. Close to Bern and next to a bakery. Church bells sounds nice as well. The rooms are modern and spacious and it was very clean

It was a bit hot without a/c but the owner made sure to provide fans when we told him about the situation

In 20 minutes of driving from Bern city centre this hotel was at ideal location for countryside vibes. Everything was perfectly clean and comfy. Easy to use self-check in machine and free parking.

While we never saw any staff, we were able to reach the owner with our questions and they were easily addressed. The facility rightfully takes pride in being a green and ecologically hotel. All available amenities were eco-friendly and I was pleased to see things like wooden toothbrushes offered.

The check in process was a little cumbersome and took longer than expected as manual touchscreen input was required and it took a little getting used to.

The location, close to Bern.

Very warm in the room, no airco available and no summer blanket only winter blanket.

1. Nice, clean, spacious and bright apartment. We booked the apartment-split level and it turned out as wonderful as the photos on booking.com suggested. 2. Check-in and Check-out process were automated and hassle-free 3. The hotel has a terrace/deck space on the 1st floor that is simply amazing with gorgeous views of the Rapperswil town 4. There's a nice bakery next door and Coop Store is just 100 m away 5. In case you are not traveling by car and instead using public transport, there's a bus stop very close to the hotel that takes you to the nearest train station (connections to Bern) in less than 10 min.

The apartment got quite hot during the time we visited (mid July). But the hotel management was responsive and promptly gave us portable cooler fans.

All was very super! We were lucky to had early check in (4-5 hours earlier). No extra charge. We were very tired from the long road and we needed to rest a little before the evening meeting . The host was as kind as possible. We were pleasantly touched by such attention and care. The hotel itself has everything you need even for a long stay: a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking (if necessary). In addition, there is a cooler with water and all sorts of goodies. There was even fresh cream for coffee in the fridge. Various hygiene items and extra towels are freely available. Very clean! The feeling that I came to visit friends)). My husband and I were impressed by the hospitality. One of the cool bonuses is a delicious and cozy bakery-coffee shop within a 1-minute walk. Right across the street is a restaurant where we had a delicious dinner on a cozy terrace.

it's even funny... There is no WiFi. The Internet connection is only via a wire, but the funniest thing is a large selection of adapters, but none of them could be connected to a mac book or to an iPhone))) It was a slight inconvenience for one day. But if we had stopped for a longer period, it would have become a problem. I hope the host is able to resolve this issue. Unless he has already decided, of course.
