Peut-être bien pour les gens qui doivent prendre un avion tôt le matin.

Après être entrés, nous sommes restés 20 minutes, juste le temps de voir que les photos sur Booking ne correspondent pas vraiment à la réalité... prises sous un bon angle et avec une belle lumière, oui, nous avions été séduit. Nous ne sommes pas restés. C'est vétuste (les peintures sont défraîchies, les plaintes sont jaunies et trouées à plusieurs endroits, le mobilier a bien vécu,...). La poignée de la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble bouge pas mal et la clanche de la suite Manhattan ne tient plus qu'à un fil. Bref, nous ne nous sommes pas sentis en sécurité. Petite remarque en plus, j'ai demandé une facture au propriétaire, puisque j'étais à Jumet pour un événement professionnel, je n'ai jamais eu de réponse de sa part.

Logement très propre, facilité pour prendre possession du logement avec la boîte à clés.

Manque peut-être un micro ondes dans la cuisine et une note explicative pour la télévision. Frais de ménage assez élevé !

Pas de micro-ondes disponible et pas de chauffage. Le propriétaire qui ne veut pas être dérangé car il est au restaurant...

It is perfectly located for Charleroi Airport. There is no parking problem, and the apartment is spacious and clean. The team responds very quickly to any questions.

Parfait ! Entrée autonome, suite très bien équipée et literie confortable

Comfortable and very pleasant flat

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le grand lit est très confortable et tout est très propre.

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de micro ondes.

The host is lovely and accommodating. The bed was comfy and we absolutely felt at home. Would recommend this apartment.

I booked it thinking it's easier to reach the airport (1.5km in straight line). Unfortunately there was no taxi or Uber available at 7am in the morning, we realized we need either to walk 1.5h to terminal, either to take a bus to railway station and another bus from there to airport. So, being so close to airport doesn't offer any advantage! Neighborhood is strange, we didn't dare to go out during evening.

Everything you need is there, it's quite clean. Easy to find, nice owner. Everything looked good, but there was NO heating in the living room, it was VERY cold to sleep. In the living room is the sofa, which is covered with eco- leather, not fabric, is very uncomfortable, the sheet kept falling off. The sofa is in the corner, the walls were incredibly cold - so there was no sleep at all at night. There was dirty linen in the room, but they quickly changed it. Thank you.

Good place for good price

Nice place to stay if you have an early morning flight. It has all amenities for a comfortable stay for family with kids.

The property was very well kept and tidy. Cleaneness was on point and the decoration was spot on. Thanks for making this place cosy. Overall condition and experience in staying at the property was excellent and Charles was extremely professional. Thanks for his services and kindness.

The kitchen hob had an issue to turn on and in addition a microwave will be handy to warm up food. This did not spoil the experience.

The owner will message you with the key code for the keysafe next to the front door. It's very simple. Just put the keys back there on your exit and remeber to change the roller numerals to lock the keybox again.

Maybe a microwave to be able to heat food. But everything else was perfect.

A good flat for a short stay, quite clean with a comfortable bed.

The flat is located near the airport, but it's impossible to get there quickly. So, if your plan is to stay and transfer to the airport swiftly, it will not work. Additionally, the area is not central.

It was a very spacious room with very nice interior, we loved how clean it was.

The wifi worked well once I had typed in the 12 digit password. No instructions on how to use it were provided. The flat was quiet.

I have never seen a key safe in all my 76 years. On arrival I selected the combination given in advance but could not open it. I phoned the number on the booking information and got an answering machine. A passing stranger opened it for me. The lights in the entrance hall were not working nor were some of the bathroom lights or one of the bedroom lamps. The bedroom was so dark I could hardly see. The temperature outside had been 28 degrees but there was 20 tog duvet on the bed. I had to take it out of the cover. The plastic sheet on the mattress was uncomfortable to lie on and made me sweat. I had to shower on my knees as the shower attachment was mounted 3 feet up the wall. The parquet floor was not nice to walk on. Unfortunately, providers of accommodation in Belgium have an outdated idea of what is acceptable in the modern era so none of these things were surprising.
