Der Blick und es ist ein neues Apartment und daher mit gutem Wohnkomfort.

Leider liegt das Apartment an einer stark befahrenen Küstenstraße. Der Lärmschutz bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist sehr gut. Aber auf dem Balkon stört es schon sehr stark. Das ist schade bei dem schönen Blick. Das mit dem Parkplatz (Verfügbarkeit und Preis) war sehr intransparent bis zum Anreisetag. Außerdem könnte die Ausstattung der Küche (Besteck, Geschirr) etwas besser sein. Auch ein Tisch auf dem Balkon wäre gut.

Staff sempre gentile e a disposizione per aiutare in caso di necessità. Buona posizione, giusto di fronte al Porto di San Rocco. A chi piace fare passeggiare, il centro è raggiungibile camminando lungo la costa in una decina di minuti.

Appartamento molto carino con servizi essenziali (aria condizionata, ferro da stiro). È presente un ascensore per accedere ai piani superiori. La posizione è sulla costa e offre una bellissima vista. In 10 minuti a piedi si arriva al centro di Muggia. Personale molto cortese.

Purtroppo al nostro arrivo l'appartamento era sporco: non potendo accordarci per essere presenti con la ditta delle pulizie, lo abbiamo sfruttato solo per dormire (erano stati cambiati solo asciugamani e lenzuola). Inoltre i letti singoli a disposizione erano posizionati alla fine del sottotetto, il che ti faceva dormire scomodi.

Op het eerste gezicht leek het schoon, maar we vonden nog haren aan de muren in de douche en de vloer was niet goed schoongemaakt. Daarnaast hebben we een parkeerplaats aangeboden gekregen voor 10 euro per dag, terwijl de aangrenzende parkeerplaats 7 euro per dag is. Hier zijn we van te voren niet over geïnformeerd. Dat voelde niet helemaal netjes.

Aufforderung nicht auf das Hinterlassen der Ortstaxe (€ 1,50 pP/Nacht) zu vergessen ? …wir haben die Unterkunft fǔr 5 Nächte gebucht und bezahlt .. sind aber nach 3 Nächten beteits abgefahren .. “Guten Morgen, ich erinnere Sie daran, die Kurtaxe morgen auf dem Tisch zu lassen. Schönen Abend noch.”

Klima se gasi na svakih 5 min. Nas ap je bio u potkrovlju ,tako da je izuzetno topao. Peskiri se ne mijenjaju , a nema masine u stanu. Niko ne dolazi da cisti. Parking je malo dalji od stana( ali je prednost jer je u garazi)

Das Apartment ist modern und mit Allem ausgestattet. Die Lage ist optimal, da eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus ist und somit eine Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut möglich ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktioniert reibungslos über WhatsApp. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt .

Az ajtók kóddal nyíltak, melyről a szállásadó tájékoztatott. Az apartman tiszta, jól felszerelt, igényes kialakítású. Kedves és segítőkész személyzet. Csodálatos kilátás a terasztról a kikötőre. Bolt és a strand a közelben.

Javaslom a visszaigazoló e-mail tüzetes átolvasását a parkolás tekintetében. Előre fogalni szükséges. Nálunk megoldásra került. Nincs negítv tapasztalat.

Un peu petit pour 4. Équipements et vaisselle un peu léger. Pas de torchons. Une bouteille d'eau fraîche serait la bienvenue a l'arrivee surtout en été.

Mindegyik szobába jó lenne légkondi, mert az utcai forgalom miatt nem lehet folyamatosan éjszaka nyitva hagyni az ablakot.

Location

The apartment is having NO Wifi, so be careful. They claim its weak, but it is not true. The whole building and each apartment has no Wifi. The appartment was bit outdated. When we needed support, the contact person was very unprofessional, rude and closed the phone to our face. This was very frustrating.

Nice location, clean

No Ventilation in the bathroom and when you leave the window open in the bath the AC turns off. Internet very slow/not usable. The couch are 3 pillows under the roof and every time you stand up you have to be careful not to hit your head.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It was very clean and well equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed. The close proximity to the beach was a great advantage, especially with children. The building was clean and well maintained, and the elevator was very convenient. We also really enjoyed the spacious terrace, which was perfect for relaxing. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this apartment!

Le parking, un Petit peu trop loin!

De bedden lagen wel lekker. Een molton onderlaken hadden we wel fris gevonden.

De ligging, pal aan een behoorlijk drukke weg. Geen balkon (zaten begane grond), maar ook geen terras. De slaapkamer aan de achterkant had wel een raam, maar keek uit op een muur en heel klein stukje braakliggend terrein. De eerste dagen stond er nog een steiger voor, waar ook een keer iemand liep. Het raam en het gordijn de hele vakantie niet open gehad. We hebben 6 dagen moeten wachten tot de WiFi het deed. De WiFi was toen ook nog extreem traag. We hebben het vriesvak meteen moeten ontdooien, daar zat zoveel ijs in, dat het deurtje niet meer sloot. Er was onvoldoende keukenmateriaal om lekker te kunnen koken: geen schilmesje, heel klein, houten snijplankje, geen sla- of beslagkom, geen spatel, geen steelpannetje. We hebben hierom gevraagd en kregen toen de helft van waar we om vroegen, de rest kwam nooit meer. De airco stonk, die hebben we zelf laten ventileren om de filters te drogen, dat hielp.

Köszönjük szépen, jól éreztük magunkat, jó helyen volt, az ágyak kényelmesek voltak .

A parkolás messzi volt, a légkondicionálót nem lehetett szabályozni, a kanapéágy volt egyedül kényelmetlen az ágyak jók voltak amúgy és nem volt wifi. A tisztaság elfogadható volt.

The apartment is new, modern, and spotlessly clean. Its location is excellent – the beach is just across the road, the town centre with its many restaurants and cafés is only a short walk away, and Trieste can be reached easily by ferry, making a car unnecessary. The hosts are extremely helpful, friendly, and always quick to respond to any requests. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

Warunki w stosunku do ceny były rewelacyjne. Bardzo praktyczny układ apartamentu. Dwie łazienki na pięć osób. Miejsce na podziemnym parkingu.

Wszystko mi się podobało. Jedyne, co sugeruję poprawić, to dodać w kuchni po jednym garnku, patelni.

The accommodation is brand new, beautiful, clean, and very comfortable with great air conditioning. The location is perfect—the beach is right across the street, and the historic center is just a short walk away. The host was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and quick to respond, accommodating all our needs. We had a wonderful stay!

The shower could be cleaner.

It’s a practical small apartment, with enough space to sleep, cook/eat. Bathroom is also great, not big but enough for its purpose. In overall I recommend. Parking lot is near to the apartment, EasyPark app makes more comfortable parking there.

Апартаменты очень удобно расположены: пляж (каменистый как и все пряжи на этом побережье) в 2 минутах пешком, супермаркет- 10 минут, город и рыбная лавка - 15 минут неспешным шагом. Свежий ремонт, чистая и удобная постель и свежайшие полотенца. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым набором посуды и техникой. Кондиционер работает превосходно. Проживали в апартаментах номер 7. Шикарнейший вид из окна. С балкона открывается вид на марину, яхты, невероятный закат и парк. Рядом с апартаментами есть парковка. Очень внимательный и любезный собственник Филипп. Предлагаемый комфорт и место полностью отправдали наши ожидания. Могу только порекомендовать!

Páčila sa nám lokalita, všade je pešo do 10min. Vstup na apartmán bol cez elektronický klúč, čo bol tiež veľmi dobré

Samotný podkrovný priestor je veľmi malý pre 4 člennú rodinu, vybavenie kuchyne veľmi základné, klimatizácia od 13:00h-22:00h nestíhala, bola iba jedna v obývačke. Chýbali rovnako skrine na oblečenie, boli sme 10dní a nebol sme ani sušiak na mokré veci ani balkón, v tomto sú fotografie veľmi zavádzajúce, čo sú na ponuke.

Hezké útulné a stylové ubytování v dobrém místě, dobře vybavený podkrovní byt.

The flat is modern and comfortable. The location is perfect with a beautiful view of the marina and the Trieste bay. The beach is few minutes walk.

All was good.

A szállás nagyon jó helyen van, közel volt a strand és a bevásárlási lehetőség. Parkolóhelyet is kaptunk, amiért külön hálásak vagyunk. Kényelmes a kódos ajtózár, nem hagyjuk el a kulcsot és több fele tud a család mozogni. Bár főúton helyezkedik el, az ablakok jól szigeteltek és csendes az apartman. Muggia belvárosa kellemes sétatávolságra van.

5 személynek (3 nagy gyerekkel) kicsit szűkösnek találtuk, 1 klíma van ( bár az szuper), a szobákban néha meleg volt, illetve a szobaajtót így nem lehetett becsukni. A mikrót hiányoltuk.

Die Aussicht

Durch die Strasse etwas laut. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch.

Sauberkeit, weiche Betten, moderne Einrichtung, schalldichte Fenster. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge, nach Muggia (ca. 10 Min zu Fuß) von dort mit der Fähre nach Triest in 35 Min, mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Slowenien.

Sehr hellhöriges Haus, alle Geräusche der Nachbarn hört man z.B. Duschen, WC-Spülung, Stühle rücken, Küchenausstattung nur basic, keine Bowls, mini Trinkgläser, keine Schere. Balkon eingschränkt nutzbar, da an vielbefahrener Straße gelegen, Rechnung auch nach dreimaligem Anfragen noch nicht erhalten, Kurtaxe wurde im Nachhinein per WhatsApp angefordert, die gezeigten Umgebungsfotos zeigen nicht das Haus, sondern Häuser in der Nähe. Unübliche Stornierungsbedingungen: nach zwei Wochen ist keine Stornierung mehr möglich (bzw. der volle Preis fällt an). Aktuell Baustelle nebenan.

Ubytování bylo velmi pěkné a splnilo naše očekávání. Výhled z balkónu je úžasný - pozorovat lodě a výhled na Terst. Parkování zajištěno v podzemních garážích - super. Obchod blízko. Pěkná procházka do centra Muggia cca 10 minut. Centrum města je kouzelné. Filip - vždy ochotný pomoci, komunikace skvělá. Výlet lodí z Muggia do Terstu doporučuji.

Csak azért adok egy csillagot, mert kevesebbet nem lehet. Ez egyáltalán nem olyan szállás, mint amilyennek a hirdetés alapján tűnik. A képek félrevezetők, és nem tükrözik a valóságot. Nincs saját parkoló, nincs személyzet, nincs takarítás, nincs szemétszállítás, és a törölközőket sem cserélik. Az épület környéke felújítás alatt áll, inkább munkásszállás hangulatát kelti, mint egy szállodáét. Az ablakok alatt forgalmas út van, ezért nagyon zajos. Kilépve az épületből veszélyes is, mert közvetlen út mellett van. A zuhany víznyomása rendkívül gyenge. A saját tapasztalatom alapján ez nem egy 4 csillag ez egy sima kis garzonlakás. Nincs semmi szolgáltatás(szauna) mint amit a képeken hirdet. Az ár rendkívül magas ahhoz képest, amit valójában kap a vendég. Amikor átvettük a szobát és jeleztük a csalódottságunkat, a tulajdonos csak mosolygott és azt mondta nem beszél jól angolul, majd elment. Ha ismertük volna a valós körülményeket, soha nem foglaltuk volna le ezt a szállást.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. 2 Minuten zum öffentlichen Strand. 5 Minuten zu einem tollen Hafenlokal. Wohnung war gut eingerichtet, wir hatten sogar sehr gute Kaffeetabs bekommen. Viele frische Handtücher. Alles sehr funktional. Der Besitzer war sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Schöner Blick aufs Meer und am Abend von Balkon aus. Ausreichend Stühle auch vorhanden.

Nagyon jó helyen fekvő, jól berendezett, gyönyörű kilátással rendelkező apartman! Nagyszerű kirándulási lehetőségekkel gyalog és hajóval egyaránt! Buszmegálló a ház előtt, bolt és étterm néhány percnyire található! Kikötő szintén pár perc alatt elérhető, ahonnan egész nap eljuthatunk Triesztbe! Nagyon szerettük, ha arra járunk, biztosan jövünk még

Leírom, mert bár nem fogom emiatt lehúzni az értékelést, de nagyon dűhített! Nagy utazók vagyunk, megszámlálhatatlan helyen jártunk már, de ilyet még nem tapasztalatunk! Sajnos hiába indultunk el időben, a forgalom és egyéb dolgok ilyenkor eléggé kiszámíthatatlanok (dugó, baleset, késik a repülő stb) ezek mind olyan előre nem látható események, ami miatt nem mindig lehet kiszámolni, mikorra is érkezünk meg! Sajnos ide is későn érkeztünk! Odajött egy hölgy a kulcsokkal, beengedett, kb öt percet sem volt ott, fizetni kellett neki 25eurót!

Appartamento descritto di 35 mq ma non penso siano più di 27 mq Non presente il secondo guanciale, noi siamo stati sfortunati perché l'host non si è mai ricordato anche se lo abbiamo chiesto due volte, consigliamo di richiederlo in fase di prenotazione Non sono presenti ovunque gelosie oscuranti, per cui aspettatevi il sole sin dalle prime ore del mattino La doccia è solo fornita di un doccino, solo sufficiente, si potrebbe migliorare

Super tolle Lage und eine sehr gute Ausstattung des Apartments. Der Besitzer war jederzeit erreichbar, hat uns bei allen Anliegen geholfen und jede Frage schnell beantwortet. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!

Lage am Bootshafen , Sauberkeit des Zimmers, Autoabstellplatz direkt visavis vom Betreuer Filip kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt, gutes Restaurant in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Hatte bei Abreise Dokumente im Zimmer vergessen und wurde bei der Wiederbeschaffung flott und höflich unterstützt.

Raum war kleiner als erwartet, die Lärmbelästigung durch die unmittelbar vorbeiführende Strasse jedoch grösser. Daher konnte man nicht bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen, aber auch die Klimaanlage war ausser Funktion . Der Fernseher war nutzlos , keine deutschsprachigen Sender auffindbar , Sendersuche chaotisch. Auch WiFi nicht besonders effizient. Nur zwei Stühle , kein Tischchen am sehr kleinen Balkon.

Excellent location with a pleasant interior (despite the low ceiling) and a beautiful view to marina through the roof window. The host, Filip, was very friendly and accommodating, even waiting for us beyond his working hours. Convenient public parking is available just across the road. The property is within walking distance of the city centre and the ferry to Trieste, with shops and restaurants nearby.

The room on the second floor (in the attic) had only roof windows, and a low ceiling with numerous beams, which was quite inconvenient - it was easy to bump your head, so it is less suitable for taller guests. The bed in the master bedroom could be better positioned against the opposite wall, where there is more headroom. In my view, it would be preferable to prioritise additional comfort instead of keeping it for a TV. A secondary bedroom is located in a tight space - more comparable to a walk-in wardrobe - with two beds under the lowest part of the attic ceiling, making it easy to bump into it even with minor movement. That bedroom may not be suitable for guests who are sensitive to confined spaces. A self check-in option would also be more convenient, avoiding the need to incur additional charges if unfortunately the host would not be available. The instructions request that dishes be washed, but no cleaning products or kitchen towels are provided, limiting this to basic rinsing and drying with paper towels. Additionally, the bathroom lacks hooks which would improve practicality.

Sehr schöne Lage, am idyllischen Yachthafen. Cafés und Bars ein paar Minuten entfernt, mit dem Fährboot in 30 Minuten in Triest, ein tolles Erlebnis.

Jedes Apartment hat wohl eine andere Größe, mir war es etwas beengt mit drei Personen. Obwohl wir zwei Schlafzimmer hatten, war es mit einem Bad ein wenig schwierig… Aber für drei Nächte auf der Durchreise doch ausreichend.

Igényesen berendezett apartman, nagyon jól felszerelt fürdő és konyha.

This apartment is very nice, clean and cozy with comfy bed and good equipment. We had a balcony with sea view and it was very nice. Very good location with available parking and everything in walking distance, just a 10-minute walk to restaurants, bars, center and any other spots. There’s also a supermarket only 4 minutes away. You can go to Trieste by boat, it a very nice trip. The host is very kind and helpful, ready to solve any issue if necessary. We had a really great time here.

The apartment was excellent — very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The view from the window was absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Die unkomplizierte Abwicklung mit dem Vermietern über WhatsApp. Türen sind mit Code zu entsperren, sehr praktisch! Sauberes, neues Apartment!! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt :) Schöner Blick auf den Hafen!

Ottima posizione per chi vuole visitare non solo Trieste, ma anche i dintorni. Trieste la si può raggiungere anche con il traghetto se non si vuole utilizzare l'auto. Appartamento fornito di ogni comfort e proprietario molto disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato!
