Comfort , very good place

Lift is a little erratic , on over weight with one person in it , but mostly fine

The location is very convenient everything is close, Jayden made the process very easy and he was very responsive, Recommend this place !

It was close by to a lot of places with good food. There was a 24 hours convenient shop nearby too. The host was very helpful as well.

It was pretty noisy at night but probably shouldn't be a bother if you're used to living in the city. I was also knackered out by the end of the day so the noise wasn't that much of a hindrance to falling asleep.

Over thinking staff drawing conclusions instead of JUST helping customers.. Found a disgusting object stuck on the bathroom mat. Staff did not take any action nor excuse.

La camera era pulita, cosa più importante da fissata della pulizia. Era anche spaziosa, bella esteticamente e la posizione era ottima. Ovviamente non ci sono state pulizie ma presumo per i pochi giorni passati lì. C’era acqua in vetro, kit per igiene personale, sapone e asciugamano. Host disponibile e gentile.

Si sentono i rumori provenire dalla strada, ma a Ho chi minh sarebbe impossibile il contrario!

Nice clean

Everything about the hotel itself was perfect. The room was very clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the manager was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful.

Unfortunately, there was one major downside: every night there was incredibly loud music coming from a club next to the hotel, and it continued until around 3 a.m. The noise was very intense and made it difficult to sleep. Apart from the noise, we were very happy with the hotel and our stay.

La habitación estaba muy bien. Tiene una cafeteria en el hall con buen café.

El ascensor no puede con mas de 100 kilos.

Was given a room that was different from what was advertised. A shower head that’s directly in front of the sink, no partition. When I asked to be moved, I was moved the next day but was kicked out of the old room before the new room was given - effectively having an in between that I didn’t have a room. Also had big cockroaches.

Great location, clean, responsive staff, good amount of space, good coffee downstairs.

Hanna was excellent and thought of everything and solved any issue with consideration. This made my stay really enjoyable. I very much enjoyed my visit to vietnam and the good nature, culture and mentality of the vietnamese. I will return again to this beautiful country.

Het hotel was keurig schoon, ziet er heel mooi uit en op een prima lokatie. WIFI werkt heel erg goed en het personeel is geweldig!

The location was convenient as it was close to cho benh thanh, convenience store, cafes and the popular clothing stores. Wifi was good. Bed was comfortable.

.Room was small. No extractor/ventilation in bathroom. Keypad into building was inconvenient. House keeping was not regular. Shower water was cold for majority stay- long wait for hot water. Not soundproof as the neighbouring club and other occupants in the hotel could be heard.

The room was very big, clean and modern. Was really really good value for money, the host was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this apartment. Its a short grab away from walking street. I couldnt of asked for a better stay!

It’s a self checkin service property which is very convenient for use to not have to speak or when through all the checkin process. It makes the experience more privately just as you stay at your home. Support staff is very helpful and friendly.

シャワーがぬるい（暑いベトナムではギリセーフ笑） 夜は確かにうるさい（でも耳栓置いてくれているので大丈夫） シャワールームにドアがなくてバスルームがべちょべちょになるタイプ コップとかが若干汚くて潔癖にはつらい ホテルではなくアパートなのでフロントデスクがなかったり夜はメインゲートが閉まったりするから若干不便

The property is nice. In a good location and it’s right on top of a coffee shop which is convenient.

Lift was a bit dodgy.

The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as expected. Hanna was an amazing host—friendly, helpful, and always responsive. The outdoor swimming pool was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and definitely worth the money. Highly recommended!

There is nothing that I didn't like about the property

It was super clean, well located, the room was well equipped and had a fridge a microwave and cutlery which was great for night time snacks from the GS25. The location was perfect for us as it was super close to the shopping districts or were a short grab ride away and plus it’s super close to the airport (30min drive)

The elevator limit as it barely fits 3 people or we’re just fat lol

Everything! Ok, you can get knit-picky on several things. But I won’t.

However the elevator has a tale of its own. The balance, and sensors make a sound that’ll frighten the neighbors and cause your spouse’s ear drums to rattle. When it makes that sound, it will not move, so weight is an issue.

L' emplacement est bien. pas de petits déjeuners puisque aucun personnel sur place.

Pas de drap dans une des chambres et comme aucun personnel sur place la personne que nous avions en contact par messagerie nous a demandé d' en acheter car elle ne pouvait pas faire intervenir un personnel de ménage. Chambres très mal insonorisées , poubelle non vidée à notre arrivée dans une des chambres.

Loved the location, very central to everything and there is a coffee shop below the accommodation. Communication with host was very prompt and efficient.

Room was quite small.

Perfect for our short stay. Communication with Hanna was very easy, along with access to the building and our room. The room was clean and tidy with everything we needed. The bed was nice and comfy. Location was good too.

Great location. Close enough to walk to all the attractions but just outside enough to be away from the busy streets.

Comfy soft bed. The spa on the roof was a great afternoon relaxing after walking all day. Hanna the host was extremely helpful when checking in.

Man muss durch ein Café um ins Hotel zu kommen. Der Check in war dementsprechend etwas schwierig, da keine Hotel Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren. Es wird alles über WhatsApp geregelt was aber super funktioniert hat und man innerhalb von ca. 2 Minuten eine Antwort bekommen hat.

L'emplacement est idéal pour les personnes qui veulent marcher dans le district 1. Les bains à remous qui sont quasi libres tout le temps (sont partagés sur la terrasse et non dans la chambre). La propriétaire est accueillante.

Le bruit tous les soirs, il y a un night club à proximité et vous avez le son qui résonne jusqu'à au moins 3h du matin, et le matin vous avez un café et comme les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées cela vous réveille à 8h, du coup la nuit est courte.

The location is really good. The hotel is managed remotely by Hannah who is efficient, quick to respond and very helpful. It was very convenient to be able to leave our bags in the storage there and return late on the day of our departure to change for our midnight flight home.

Very noisy as buiding work was being carried out next door but that's not a reflection of the hotel itself. It didn't effect our experience too much as we were out all day.

Good location, bed was comfortable

Building was very noisy at all times of the day and night. Can easily hear people walking through the floors and with the coffee shop directly underneath it was always very busy. Elevator weight limit was an absolute joke. Had to walk up 4 flights of stairs for our room which was a nightmare in the heat of HCMC

The location was good and there were laundry machines. Very basic with self check in. Good coffee shop on main floor and close to food vendors.

The elevator was temperamental. Didn't carry 2 passengers with 1 bag each.

The staff was responsive when help was needed and the location was close to popular tourist destinations. Checking in and out was simple and they allowed us to store our luggage after checking out while we explored the town.

There was a lack of space in the room and it was difficult to move about when the futon bed had been set up. Our room was also not cleaned despite hanging the available placard requesting cleaning on the doorknob.

Communication with hostel was great, apartment clean and cleaning staff very friendly.

For foreign tourists with no internet access it is difficult to get check-in arrangements when coffee house is closed.

We had a wonderful stay in Ho Chi Minh City. The room was cozy, clean, and well-maintained with a high standard of design. The location was excellent, close to many important attractions and convenient for getting around the city. Even though the room was small, it was thoughtfully arranged and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was easy to contact and very helpful. The self check-in process was simple and smooth, which made the arrival experience stress-free. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend it.
