The apartment is super clean and the staff is friendly

The microwave sometimes didn't work and yhe remote for the TV would not work sometimes

Eveything was on point.

Need a more stable bed.

As much as good security is important, the code for every individual issue is ridiculous. I arrived in an Uber and they refused the driver entry. I had to carry my luggage from the gate

The apartment itself was great

It was very clean and comfortable the stuff was friendly

The alarm kept going on even when there was no smoke inside the house which was very disturbing

All is as per the pictures. Enjoyed my stay. Free safe parking.

Please arrange for rooms to be cleaned everyday. Your 24 hr rule before scheduling cleaning is irrational. Make sure towels are clean, fresh, and white.

I like the area

The room felt cold and the legs of the bed where I was sleeping were all broken , the staff did not want to change the room for me but they sent the maintenance guy instead,I In the middle of the night the alarm rang nonstop. No one came to apologize but they said I should pay for a late check out and I refused.

The fact that it’s close to the malls

The air con was not working, the beds were uncomfortable and some of the lights in the kitchen were not working plus the remote

The power dip was awful the appliances kept on switching on and off which was discomforting

The place was Ridded with cockroaches and the management decided that a can of doom was the answer

Bed in the unit was very uncomfortable, the springs may be gone in the bed, left us with terrible back pains. Staff need to deep clean the sofas and set the temperature higher on the geyser, taps were lukewarm at most

Quiet, safe and secure location, set just outside the hustle and bustle of the city and main road. Centrally situated with easy access to all amenities and highways with a short drive to the beach and esplanade.

Unfortunately, the apartment we stayed in did not have a washing machine. The en-suite bathroom should rather have the access from the passage, because of the close proximity of the toilet to the bed.

If you are someone that loves luxury and peace, this is the place to be. Very very clean and quiet. There are many restaurants and entertainment places close by that being Gateway, Umhlanga, and La Lucia, the ocean is close by, receptionist was very helpful and friendly, the security guards were very kind and welcoming. Service is superb! Communication via Booking.com and WhatsApp was swift and consistent. - Easy check-in - Access codes issued on time - Parking was available on-site - Room was clean and homely - Beautiful view available - Friendly staff - Peace and quiet

The only downside was the water not being hot when using the shower. But apart from that the place was spectacular.

The host just needs to communicate, things in advance, like I had to ask for the WiFi password and parking instructions. However they are quick to respond.

We always stay here and it's a good stay. Good location and the rooms are always clean. I like that the showers and kitchens are always well cleaned.

Because we only stayed for 2 nights this time we were not treated as well as we usually are. We weren't given a room with a good view even though they were not fully booked. The bed was extremely bouncy and gave us back pain. We were treated as if we were poor just because our stay was a bit shorter. Other times when we book for more than 2 nights we are treated well and given better rooms.

The location is perfect- very close to Gateway Mall for convenience The place is just perfect, very clean and safe

Huge problem- I was booked at first floor and there was NO HOT WATER the whole weekend! That was a huge no since it’s winter. If this could be attended to urgently! Secondly, we checked in on Friday and left Sunday and there was no housekeeping service. No change of towels, no change of linen…..

Nothing , the service was completely poor , the staff has no sense of urgency from the the of arrival till we start having very annoying, unpleasant sounds the whole night through our stay

Loved the location and the modern feel of the apartments. Really value for money.

The admin of booking was a hassle. They wanted each guest’s ID copy which they stated only after you’ve booked. I tried asking if I can only send my IS as the person booking and then they can still send individual access codes for each guest to me but they did not allow that. This admin really was an inconvenience.

It’s was actually my 2nd time at the location, possibly the same reason I was left upset when I visited the development. Stuff with cranky attitude and horrible communication.

Very modern and beautiful units. Comfortable bed and spacious.

Shower water was warm, not as hot as I would’ve preferred. The couch was also a lil bit soft and hollow.

The security guards were awesome and super helpful.

There were used tea bags and egg shells on my balcony. I couldn't really enjoy the beautiful view due to a smoker. I'm not sure where the smoke was coming from and someone was using my balcony as a ash tray
