Check in instructions were clear before we arrived. Guards at front desk instructed our driver where to go. It would have been difficult to find without their guidance. Accommodation had everything we needed, 2 double bedrooms with onsuite, and another twin bedroom. One of the bedrooms have had 2 bunk beds so can easily accommodate 8 people. With a toilet downstairs.. Plenty of cutlery, plates ect altogether we never cooked much as the Riad had local resturants and shops within the complex. Very cheap food and excellent service from the local restaurants. We spent on average about £20- £25 to feed a family of 4 with drinks. There was a roof top, with a couple of sunbeds and a washing machine. Yes there are lots of stairs which is traditional of the Riad. All rooms had air-conditioning, very much needed as it was very hot. We did have a young baby and saw posts about the stairs and young ones. We just placed one of the large bean bags ( it was huge) at the bottom of the stairs and she loved the freedom of being able to run around without us having to worry about her going up the stairs. Plenty of places to sit in the Riad, it was plenty big enough for our family. 3 large swimming pools nearby, one baby, one pool pool for the youngster's who liked jumping in and another for adults no jumping was allowed. The pools are about a 5min walk from the Riad. Very much needed with the heat. Seating not the best around the Pool, this is no fault of the accommodation. Location was close to the airport, only a short transfer and to the main square. Although it would have been too hot to walk but taxis are easily accessible out the front of the complex. Would definitely stay again, owner was keen to answer any questions and responsive whilst we were there. Lovely Riad and well worth the money we paid and so quiet and peaceful..

Wifi a bit hit and miss, but that again is no fault of the owner. Only thing I can think off for feedback, not a complaint, would be good to have 2 sets of keys. 2 of us wanted to go for an early swim but as the key is for the electric too we could not take it. You also need someone to shut the door behind you as it does not lock shut from the outside. We made it work but having the extra set of keys would have been handy.

Everything. It is a secured area with everything you need. Shops, restaurants, bank machines, car hire, taxis and tour guides. Very clean and very good price. Good food and good people. I like to go exploring so this isn’t exactly what I required but for other people I can see all these things being very handy. The bank machine is in a very handy location at the entrance/exit. The pool is very his and clean as well. To be honest I Can’t complain about anything at all. Very impressed with my stay.

A lovely lovely Riad. Clean spacious. In a lovely conplex. A nice walk to medina. Out main entrance, over bridge and first entrance to medina can be seen to left & a consistent straight on nice walk will in about 15 mins bring to souks and main square. Complex has restaurants, small shop, ATM and 3 pools etc. Would most certainly stay here again.

It was a comfortable stay for our big family, we had enough space to chill and spend time together when we were not outside of the house. Communication with the host was good and they helped us with the taxi and some other questions very fast. We liked the territory of the complex, it was feeling safe and very suitable for families with children. It was nice to have everything close by - shops, some cafes, pharmacy, and the place was easily reachable by taxis, we never had to wait too long for one.

Swimming pool was unfortunately still quite cold for us, but we still used it a couple of times. We were missing some storage space in the room with bunk beds - we had to use the wardrobe of another room to store our clothes and luggage somewhere. WiFi was a bit weak, some days it was better but quite often we could not use it for loading videos for example.

L'emplacement était bien pour nous. Nous allions en ville en taxi et rentrions à pieds après les visites.

Complexul ok, restaurante si mici magazine in apropiere, personal serviabil, discretie. Gazda noastră dispusa sa ne ajute cu informații, ne.a dus pe unde ne.am dorit.

Locația nu miroase foarte bine. Camere foarte mici. Nu e spațiu pentru haine. Una din cele 3 camere nu are baie. Exista un WC.la parter dar pentru duș trebuie sa mergi in camera altcuiva.Baia nu e comuna in hol.Televizorul nu funcționează.Piscina este in alta locație.

Apartamento en residencial cerrado que tiene servicios de supermercados, bares … andando a la Medina unos 20 minutos, íbamos con niños de 10 y 6 años y sin problema teniendo en cuenta que tienes que cruzar por carretera ruidosa y allí en Marrakech los pasos de cebra sólo están pintados hay que lanzarse para que paren lo coches

Hacia un poco de frío y algunos enchufes de apartamento no estaban en condiciones , uno de los baños muy pequeño

urbanización cerrada, tranquila y segura. En el alojamiento solo estábamos para dormir, no utilizamos la cocina, con lo que no opino sobre ella. Las habitaciones, correctas, una por planta en 3 plantas con todo lo necesario , sabanas y cojines. en cada habitación hay una maquina de aire acondicionado de frio/calor. El anfitrión correcto, nos ofreció traslados desde el aeropuerto tanto a la ida como en la vuelta a un precio muy razonable. para ir al centro, al salir de la urbanización siempre había taxis. para llegar al centro con taxi, 10-15 minutos y unos 10-12€ por trayecto. Andando eran unos 45mins al centro, con lo que no merece la pena ir andando. La piscina no la vimos, por las fechas en las que fuimos.

Todo correcto. Lo único que olía un poco a pintura o barniz, por lo que tuvimos que abrir las ventanas para airear, pero nada que nos molestara.

Locuinta a fost curata, frumoasa si ai avut tot ce era necesar. Proprietarul a fost super si foarte prompt, s-a interesat de noi si ne-a servit cu tot ce am avut nevoie. Foarte practic. Vila a fost superba, recomand

very safe complex, beds were comfortable, house is very open plan leading to it being very difficult to heat, shop and restaraunt facilities nearby are sufficient, location is 15 minutes from the city centre but easily accessible via the taxis outside the security gate.

Séjour très agréable dans ce Riad, parfaitement entretenu. Le riad est bien aménagé et on s'y sent comme à la maison. Nous avons eu droit à un petit déjeuner généreux et varié pour bien commencer la journée. L'accueil et l'ambiance sont très apaisants. Voici une adresse que je recommande sans hésitation et je reviendrais volontiers en famille volontiers !

The Riyadh was very spacious, the rooms were neat and tidy, all of which had ACs. The stay is perfect for a group up to 8 people, the residence is very close to the Medinah which saved us a lot of time, and we were able to have breakfast with its included cook, her name was Soukaina (she is adorable!). I will rebook this same stay the next time I come :)

House is in residence xomplex, with guards, where you have restaurants, coffees and shops, which is comfortable. You can park inside safely. The apartment is veeery big, 3 floors and 4th is the rooftop with very nice terrace. It has 2 double room with AC, another double/ twin with AC, 1 room with bathroom with double bed and 2 bunk beds, where AC was not working properly :( and has as well 2 big sofas for couples or singles, one is on the second floor and one on the first, next to the kitchen. Basically, suited for 8/9 people without any problems, depending on how much privacy is needed. Kitchen has everything, there are 2 bathrooms in total. Very good communication with owner, easy self check in. A bit difficult to find inside the residence, just go right from the entrance and follow the main road to 25 sud

In the winter months is a bit cold as most of the houses in Morroco, even though we had the bad luck to catch the wettest and coldest weather in 10 years, and there were still some heaters in the house :) but in good weather it will be the perfect stay for big group.

Беше много студено, бяхме в Маракеш през Декември и ни беше студено - климатиците или не работеха или не можеха да се справят с пространството. А в общото пространство, което е огромно, една малка газова печка не върши никаква работа.

Le riad se trouve dans une résidence sécurisé à proximité de la médina , une fois la sécurité passé à l’entrée on se retrouve dans une véritable oasis la verdure est magnifique et la grande mosquée splendide . Concernant le riad il est charmant et typique d’un logement marocain , il est fonctionnel et reposant , la propreté impeccable . Tout le nécessaire est à disposition et l’hôte est très accueillant et disponible il a eu la gentillesse de nous organiser le repas du soir . La cuisinière soukaina nous à régaler avec un poulet aux olives incroyable bien meilleur qu’au restaurant. Je conseille sans hésiter et nous serons ravi de réserver à nouveau chez vous . A very well-located riad right next to the medina. It had everything we needed, from kitchenware to laundry facilities. The host was caring and kept in constant contact. Always available for us and ready to help with any small issue. The price–quality ratio was spot on.

Enormt søde værter, der sørgede for babyseng og barnestol med kort varsel. Dejlig atmosfære i området. Fine swimmingpools. Smukt lille hus med tagterrasse.

Der var et løst låg på et toilet, for få knive til at dække bord til 7 personer og andre småting. Ikke noget at bemærke i forhold til alt det positive.

La casa estaba todo perfecta y bastante cómoda para muchos viajeros el dueño de la casa nos faltó papel y nos lo trajo sin problema y en todo caso nos ayudaba en lo que fuese

Le propriétaire est juste incroyable, d une gentillesse, rien à dire

Casa muy amplia y con unas excelentes instalaciones a un tiro de piedra de la Medina de Marrakech, pudiendo callejear hasta llegar al centro viendo el ambiente del mismo. También está cerca de varios mercados locales en los que se puede ver la realidad de las vidas en los alrededores de Marrakech. Tiene 3 piscinas comunitarias abiertas hasta las 18.30 de la tarde muy bien cuidadas. La comunidad en la que está alojada el rihad tiene vigilancia 24/7 y es muy segura. Fuimos 3 amigos y nos sentimos muy cuidados y super bien recibidos en todo momento por todo lugar que visitamos. El rihad tenia opción para hasta 8 personas con lo que era muy amplia y la terraza era perfecta y muy fresquita por la noche. En las mismas instalaciones del rihad se encuentra el restaurante de Amine (normalmente, está por las mañanas y tiene los platos típicos, caseros y a buen precio como los Tajines, Shawarmas, etc) un chico super majo que desde el primer momento nos ayudó en todo y nos aconsejó puntos de interés dependiendo de lo que queríamos cada día (en nuestro caso el primer día fuimos a los mercados locales gracias a el). También reservamos en la agencia de actividades de la misma comunidad, consiguiendo actividades como Quads, Camellos o visitas como a Esauira o al desierto de Agafay, bien de precio y accesibles para cada día. En resumen un 10/10 para lo que nosotros estábamos buscando, tanto por instalaciones del rihad, como localización, como la gente que vivía y trabajaba en la misma comunidad.

Un petit rafraîchissement des meubles serait nécessaire notamment du lit du 1er étage. Et de la cafetière aussi. Gros bémol pour les photos de la terrasse qui ne correspondent pas à la vue.

De huis was boven ons verwachting hele goeie locatie super leuke cafes waar je kon eten vet goedkoop we waren met zn 5 de ontbijt uitgebreid elke dag buiten eten voor nog en eens 30 euro en we aten alleen buiten niks koken de kosten waren echt super goedkoop en plus die zwembad waren dr 3 stuks grote zwembaden was echt n leuke ervaring mijn kinderen waren super blij de huis was super groot en ruim de eigenaar ook n hele goeie kerel bedankt volgende keer als ik kom ik ga zeker nog n keer bij u boeken

The host is amazing. Constant communication via WhatsApp. Very attentive. Allowed us early check in and late check out, being with kids made it’s amazing. Swimming pool is lovely. Small taxi ride Into medina. Complex had everything you need. Restaurants are very reasonably priced and supermarkets prices are local rate. Very safe as it’s guarded gates all the time. Mosque in the complex, amazing for prayers. Riad is clean and comfortable. Air conditioning is great. Kitchen is clean. Having the washing machine was great. Can’t fault it at all. The host and housekeeping ladies made it a great stay.

The house was big enough for the group of 8 people. You can walk outside even at night as it’s inside a secured area. There are restaurants, small groceries and ATM machine within walking distance. Taxis are also available almost all the time. There’s a community swimming pool which we liked a lot.

The toilets don’t have any push shower. Hot water doesn’t work at night (donno why). They don’t have any toaster and only 2 hobs work. There are 2 bathrooms with shower facilities but in one of the bathrooms there’s no rail to put the towel/clothes on. Toilet at the downstairs don’t have any water supply. It’s simply a toilet. The host didn’t check the things properly before we arrived. The bathroom at the top floor didn’t have any light and it was absolutely dark at night which made the kids terrified. I contacted the host and he sent somebody in the morning to put on a new light. The microwave wasn’t working properly. So when I contacted the host he suggested me to go to nearby restaurant to make the food warm which was absolutely ridiculous!! He told me that getting food warm in microwave is not healthy so advised me to go to restaurant!! I told him that I have kids and I need that very often to make the food warm. However after all these back and forth he told me that he would send somebody to see the microwave but eventually no one showed up in our 5 days stay in the property. There was no hand wash in the toilet as well. The washing machine seems broken as well. It keeps going on and on sometimes and doesn’t stop at all after 30 minutes wash. Absolutely a nightmare!!! I am editing this comment after reviewing the Host's comment- With all my previous comment I would like to degrade the rating from 3 to 1 as because of the host lied about replacing the microwave during our stay which never happened. He never sent anyone to look into that. On top of that after submitting my review he sent me the text message on whatsapp asking to remove the comment by bribing me £90. He said that as a gesture of goodwill he would refund me one night payment. I said if it's a matter of goodwill after all those problem during my stay then he should refund 50%. The host was not happy with that one and at some point he started threatening me through the whatsapp...

It was not comfortable with 2 kids because of the stairs and between gap in the columns of the stairs

What I liked about the property was the living room/ seating area was very comfortable and that the property had washing facilities. We liked the Roof top sun bathing. It was home welcoming and the bedrooms were comfortable. There were a lot of cats which live around the complex which me and my family loved.

It did not have a toaster.

It is close to Medina square like 20 minutes by walk, location is safe. Accomodation is huge and excellent.

We would like to have more toilet paper for usage

I absolutely loved the place. It’s huge and perfect for large groups. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds are comfortable. The host was very kind and fast at responding to our needs. We requested extra blankets and he was very quick at providing them. I highly recommend this place as it’s situated in a secure residential area close to grocery stores, hair salon and other places. We also had access to the swimming pools, football grounds which added extra fun to our holidays.

Not so much a dislike - Parking was challenging as a very busy private residential area Tv not providing any channells for UK residents (I think British tourist are rare in Morocco) We purposely chose to stay just outside of the Medina - As we had our own car. But otherwise you would have to get taxis back and forth which could add up.
