Precis vad vi behövde under vår vistelse. Utmärkt läge i ett område med trevliga barer. Lätt att ta sig till och från stadskärnan, stranden med mera.

Inget! Möjligen att vi inte fick nya kaffekapslar när vi hade använt dem som fanns vid ankomst. Men det hade vi säkert kunnat be om.

Room looks onto a side street with 3 busy restaurants so it was noisy until past midnight - and this was on a Wednesday The building directly opposite is under renovation so there was construction noise from around 8.30am

Das kein Schlüssel benötigt wurde, bei Fragen wurde schnellstens eine Antwort gegeben (vermutlich durch ki) und alles immer sauber gehalten wurde. Ja und die Kaffeemaschine für Kapseln war auch nicht schlecht.

Ich müsste ein Haar in der Suppe suchen und das ist nicht mein Stil.

Por la ubicación en medio de un barrio lleno de bares y restaurantes puede resultar muy ruidoso en la noche. Mi familia y yo teníamos tres habitaciones en diferentes plantas. Los que dormimos en la primera planta tuvimos que usar white noise y los tapones de oídos que fueron suministrados por los anfitriones.

Location is great.

The bad was very uncomfortable. The ventilation in the bathroom doesnt work. There are 2 restaurants right next to the window so during the night its extremly noisy and its not safe to keep the window open because its on the street level. This is the worst accomodation i have ever been.

Appartamento comodissimo nel cuore del quartiere di Ruzafa. Ti permette di raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse a piedi o in bici. Al suo interno abbiamo trovato tutto quello che occorreva e pur avendo il balcone che affacciava sulla via di pub e ristorantini non abbiamo mai sentito nulla. Consiglio vivamente

The staff were very helpful and kind. I love the Ruzafa location and it was a very comfortable stay. I was also very grateful for the aircon and balcony area.

Some more kitchen supplies and food would have been a nice extra but not that necessary.

Location is excellent. 20.mins from the city centre and and lots to do around the actual location. Cleaning staff were lovely and very accommodating. The actual room had everything you needed and fantastic air con in the heat!

These apartments are located in the wonderful Ruzafa area of Valencia surrounded by great bars & restaurants. It is no more than a 20min walk to most attractions & also easy to access the metro & taxis. The check in/access/checkout is all done remotely but we found it perfect and any questions we had were answered quickly on WhatsApp. They even had a series for us to drop bags for free close to the city centre

Ruzafa is a lively area so there is some noise from nightlife in the room

De accommodatie zelf is mooi, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Wifi was niet overal in de kamer goed. Eigenlijk kon ik alleen aan het bureau zitten. Anders viel ie steeds weg. De buurt was prima en is vooral leuk als je van leuke koffiebarretjes en restaurantjes houdt, maar omdat ik al op twee andere plekken had gezeten in Valencia viel het mij een beetje tegen.

Los apartamentos están equipados con todo lo necesario, tanto en menaje de cocina como en cualquier otro espacio , las camas son muy cómodas y el personal de limpieza muy amable y eficiente con sus funciones , en especial Amparo que es una mujer súper atenta y detallista , su atención excelente mujer amable , atenta de cuidar el mínimo detalle para que todo esté a nuestro gusto y además resolutiva siempre tiene una solución ósea cualquier pequeño problema durante la estancia, personal muy cualificado un 10!! Sin lugar a dudas lo recomiendo 100%

La ubicación para mi fue ideal por lo que iba a recorrer, me movi principalmente caminando y en Uber. Es un apartamento pequeño pero con todo lo necesario, cocina, baño, lavadora de ropa, y un EXCELENTE aire acondicionado! Lo cual en esa época fue muy preciado

Mas que no me gustó, es que no llega nadie antes de las 14 horas por lo que como mi avión llegó antes no tienes posibilidad de dejar maletas. Yo estaba sola, quizás para una pareja puede sentirse pequeño si estás acostumbrado a lugares mas amplios

Alojamento muito bem decorado e confortável! Tem tudo o que é necessário, incluindo utensílios de cozinha. Ainda dão uma cestinha com alguns produtinhos para comer :) Tem limpeza diária o que é fantástico!

Um bocadinho de barulho apenas numa noite dentro do prédio, mas nada de grave ou que tirasse uma noite de sono!

Fantastic location, very easy to walk into the centre of Valencia but also easily accessible to the beach and city of arts and sciences, very comfortable beds and a lovely balcony

L’hôtel est dans un des meilleurs quartiers de Valencia. La chambre est agréable et bien aménagée.

La salle de bains et notamment la douche. Le fait que la fenêtre ne cache pas un minimum l’extérieur en rez-de-chaussée.

Super goede locatie, leuke koffietentjes en eettentjes in de buurt! Accomodatie is schoon, groot genoeg voor twee pers en we hadden een balkon wat ik niet had verwacht. Echt super!

Es tal cual como lo muestran las fotos. Tuvimos inconvenientes con el código de ingreso pero nos atendieron inmediatamente y lo solucionaron. La respuesta a cualquier consulta es inmediata.

The room was clean and confortable, including a kitchen with utensils and pots. The bed was great and the balcony included a table and chairs that overlooked the neighborhood. The location is excellent, in the middle of the lively Ruzafa neighorhood, walking distance to tons of restuants, bars, and shops.

La situació, a mig camí entre el casc antic i la Ciutat de les Arts. L'àmbient de barri i la proximitat al mercat.

La impossibilitat d'entrar abans o sortir una mica més tard o poder, com a mínim deixar les maletes. El soroll dels bars del carrer a la nit. La dificultat per regular l'aire condicionat i tenir un confort tèrmic adequat. La terrassa de l'habitació superior podria ser molt agradable si estigués una mica més ben cuidada i decorada. Caldria posar un tendal o ombrela ja que hi toca tot el sol de tarda i és impracticable fins a última hora.

Esto NO es un hotel, sino un estudio sin personal ni servicios. Tú te gestionas todo, no hay ni recepción. Es un poco robótico el tema. Nosotros habíamos reservado un hotel, no una aventura para mochileros. Además, la calle muy ruidosa, como amenities te ponen ya tapones para los oidos sobre la cama, para que estés preparado. Me parece increíble que booking se preste a estos engaños, buscas un hotel y acabas en una especie de airbnb.

Nothing really. The surrounding área was noisy until late at night, which you could hear but not so bad to keep you awake. And you’d expect this when staying in a city centre anyway

El ruido insoportable toda la noche DENTRO de la habitación. No sé a qué se debia, al a.acondicionado, a tuberías, a máquinas….Pero fue una noche desastrosa.

Największym atutem była lokalizacja, blisko do starego miasta jak i do innych atrakcji. Natomiast największym rozczarowaniem był pokój na parterze, bez balkonu i bez możliwości otworzenia okna. Z widokiem na stoły w restauracji, które właściwie ustawione były pod samym oknem. To był ogromny minus tego pokoju, być może gdybym miała pokój balkonem jakość pobytu oceniłabym wyżej. Jeśli chodzi o czystość również mam zastrzeżenia. Natomiast sama obsługa miła, a aneks kuchenny dobrze wyposażony. Duży plus za parownicę do ubrań i suszarkę. Ogólnie ok, ale radzę unikać pokoju na parterze.

The location was excellent, with the market just a short walk away. The bed was very comfortable, and the terrace was a great size, perfect for enjoying breakfast or relaxing in the sun. The room was cleaned daily and maintained to a very high standard. Kitchenette was well equipped.

Not a lot of storage for clothes. The wardrobe only had eight hangers, which wasn’t quite enough. The shower looks big enough, but the position of the large tap means there isn’t actually much usable space.

A fantastic stay from start to finish. What stood out most was how well organised everything was. Communication was excellent, and every message was answered almost immediately, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The team also arranged my airport transfer, which was seamless and very much appreciated. Check-in was exceptionally well organised, quick, and efficient, allowing me to settle in without any hassle. A big thank you to the team for their professionalism and attention to detail. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Het hotel is uitstekend bereikbaar via de Whatsapp. Binnen enkele minuten kreeg ik reactie en het personeel denkt graag met je mee. Wat ik vooral erg waardeerde, was dat ik eerder toegang kreeg tot mijn kamer. Mijn vlucht was vroeg in de ochtend en eigenlijk wilde ik alleen mijn koffer achterlaten in de lobby. Helaas was daar geen ruimte beschikbaar en ook de lockers waren volledig bezet. Het personeel heeft toen direct voor mij nagevraagd of mijn kamer al gereed was. Gelukkig bleek dat de schoonmaak bijna klaar was; er hoefde alleen nog een laatste controle plaats te vinden. Uiteindelijk heb ik slechts ongeveer vijftien minuten hoeven wachten voordat ik mijn kamer in kon. Dat was voor mij echt een geweldige service en maakte mijn verblijf meteen een stuk aangenamer. Hartelijk dank aan het vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel!

Impersonal and slightly clinical. The whole check in and questions about the apartment were with a bot on WhatsApp . No human contact at all except with room cleaners who did a good job

The location was very convenient, the property was very clean and cute decor, and the space was very roomy. The staff was also very helpful during our stay.

There was construction going on right outside during our stay, which made for very loud mornings and hard to sleep in. We also arrived to find out the air system was set to heat although it was 80 degrees Fahrenheit outside. Thankfully after reaching out, the air was cut on within a few hours that night. The shower also makes a huge mess being a handicapped bathroom—not a terrible thing but very inconvenient to clean up after showering.

Sehr zentral und gute Größe für zwei Personen

Im Erdgeschoss, sanitärräume in die Jahre gekommen und fragliche Hygiene, Zimmer wurden mit Bleichmittel geputzt dabei wurde sehr gespritzt das die Kleidung mit Bleichmittel zerstört wurde. Umgebung sehr zentral aber seeeeehr laut. Man hatte teilweise das Gefühl das die Menschen auf der Straße im Zimmer stehen. Nichts für Personen mit leichten Schlaf.

J’avais la chambre du rez-de-chaussée qui donne sur la rue avec un bar-restaurant mitoyen très bruyant. D’ailleurs des bouchons d’oreilles sont fournis.

Room extremely small for two people. No place to put the luggage. Small super small. Would not stay there again.

Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué, il n'y a pas de consigne dans cet hôtel. La rue est effectivement bruyante, et bien que la chambre soit bien isolée, on entend le bruit de la foule le soir. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé outre mesure d'autant que c'était bien indiqué, nous n'avons donc pas été surpris.

Badkamer mag wel een upgrade krijgen. Bart in wc pot. Geen douchewand oid. Om 14u konden we er niet gelijk in. Andere gasten ook niet. Er is geen personeel, dus naar binnen met een code. Dat lukte na een minuut of 10.

Es tal como se ve en las fotos, o sea muy bonito y chic. La atención, mas que express y amables! Personal de limpieza muy linda gente y cumplen bien su trabajo. Wifi, TV perfecto. Ascensor muy bien. Check In automatico muy práctico. Seguro. Por las noches se descansa bien. Cama muy cómoda y limpia!

En el dia muy ruidoso. Es realmente una pena pero debo comentarlo. Tanto de la calle (justo hay un Restaurant/Drinks abajo), como del edificio. Utensilios de cocina muy escasos y nada convencionales. Los tenedores por ejemplo, gruesos y re grandes.

Cuando llegue, mismamente el barrio no me gustó la sensación que dio. Por la noche no bajaría sola y menos un fin de semana. Al entrar y subir las escaleras al entrepiso estaba todo inundado, cierto es, que ese día llovió muchísimo y sin parar pero uno se puede caer y no había ningún cartel avisando. Calidad - precio no lo recomiendo

The staff were quick to respond and very helpful during the stay and the location was perfect. Right next to a lot of great food, and drink spots. Also loved the private balcony, it was a great addition to the unit!

As others mentioned, the noise can be difficult. During the week it was fine but on the weekend it became very loud, especially when paired with a local festival. If you’re out partying it’s not a big deal, but if you have an early flight or train it’s very difficult to actually get any rest and I’m a deep/heavy sleeper. They did provide earplugs which is fair, but that won’t help if you need your alarm to get you up for a flight. Did feel overpriced for what it was in the end.
