The owners are really lovely and went out of their way to help us when we had to ask them a favour, which was really kind of them. Fabulous sized top floor apartment, with balconies front and back - good view and light and airy - super clean and near pretty square which is being renovated.

Nothing really - if being super picky I would say it’s not for more mature travellers as stairs are a bit steep - and don’t be put off by the mixed appearance of some properties in the rd - it’s just how things are in these parts, the road really grew on us the longer we stayed - it’s slightly further from the main attractions, but we walked in and used excellent public transport on way back - get a Lisbon pass and it’s all included anyway, And the La Boulangerie restaurant offers excellent breakfast and evening meals and go to Come Prima for something really special.

Établissement très propre équipement moderne lits confortables nous avions tout ce qu’il fallait ( fer à repasser sèche cheveux machine à laver etc..) De plus le quartier est calme mais il y a pleins de restaurants pépites à proximité

Czysto , sięgną lokalizacja, bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką. Widok z jednej strony na ulicę z drugiej na ścianę ale nie był to problem bo i tak korzystaliśmy z klimatyzacji.

The apartment has everything we needed it , Sima is very helpful ! There are a filter coffee machine and different flavor bags when we arrived . There is a shop at the corner also sells delicious crossants ! It was cozy and clean , very comfortable bed ! We also loved the lake view ! We enjoyed stayed at Sima's !

The apartment is very clean and spacious, the bed is very good and comfy. I had a room with terrace, it was great spending time on the terrace. Very good restaurants in the area. Area wich, by the way is vary quiet. I had great time in Lisbon, and i wish to thank to olival apatment owners for directions and details they sent me. I didn't meet them, but communication was great.

Sehr schöne 2 Zimmer Wohnung mit kleinem Balkon im Dachgeschoss mit Klimaanlage. Gute Lage um Lissabon zu erkunden.

Die Treppe zu der Wohnung ist eine Herausforderung, sehr steil und schmal.

El trato recibido de la dueña. La casa muy limpia, con muchos detalles, camas cómodas. Todo nuevo y bonito.

Por decir algo, hay que tener en cuenta que no hay ascensor y que las escaleras son empinadas. A mí me dió igual, pero es un dato a tener en cuenta para algunas personas.

Propriétaire particulièrement à l'écoute de nos besoins et soucieuse de notre bien-être. Appartement très bien situé , calme et très bien desservi par les transports. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour.

Location was perfect. We were there for a family wedding and the fact that we could have different groups stay in several apartments at the same location was really ideal. Great restaurants in the vicinity and proximity to transportation was also key.

Our stay could not have been better . The apartment is in an excellent location for walking or taking the bus or metro or tram . There were plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby . And the apartment itself was fantastic , we were extremely comfortable ! My husband was able to work in the living room without disturbing me whole I slept :). It was also great to have the kitchen and washing machine since we are on a long trip . Our host was great , we will be back !

A wonderful place to stay in Lisbon. We were there for a wedding, and it was great to have 4 different apartments for the family to stay together. The doors had an easy key system, so no one needed to keep track of a single key.

The property was perfectly situated,,,in a really lovely street,,,it was extremely spacious, beautifully clean and had everything you would need!!! Plenty of hanging space for your clothes. The beds were really comfortable and we both slept so well,, it’s very quiet in the street too! There is AC, but we didn’t use it! There is an amazing restaurant at the end of the street,, where we ate every night,, staff are wonderful and got our drinks ready as soon as we walked in!! Communication with the owner was beyond expectation, and she helped us with taxis and directions,, and text us to check we were ok, one evening! Would highly recommend this apartment!!

Excellent location, and terrific hosts who were very accommodating. Great and easy communications, would recommend and stay again!

A little far from the usual tourist attractions which made for long taxi rides in rush hour, but that was our choice and not the hosts fault.

Apartment in a great neighbourhood away from the bustle of the city centre but still close to shops, restaurants and metro. Host was excellent at communicating and very helpful during our stay.

В цьому помешканні є все. Дуже комфортно та затишно. Гаряча вода, гарний злив води, матрас дуже комфортний. Кухня студія велика, зручна, достатньо сучасна, в ній є все!! Господар звʼязалася з нами та надала всю інформацію по місту та інструкцію по користуванню в переміщенні. Машину можна припаркувати з 19:00 до 9:00 ранку біля будинку безкоштовно. Дуже сподобалось.

La première chose que nous avons remarqué quand nous sommes arrivés c’est la propreté du logement !! RIEN À DIRE 👌🏼. Ensuite étant au 3e étage nous avons pu apprécié la vue sur le Tage 😍. L’appartement est grand bien agencé avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Au niveau de l’emplacement, impeccable: arrêt de bus à 2 pas, ou au pire même à pied tout est possible ( si vous aimez marcher :) ) Merci encore à cette dame

Heel goede bedden, prima douche, alles aanwezig, en vooral zeer vriendelijke en gemakkelijke communicatie met de verhuurder! Aanrader!

Super expérience chez Casas do Olival. Emplacement au top, à quelques minutes du bus , du tramway mythique et de la gare Santos. Situé dans une toute petite rue à sens unique, on est au calme. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Propre et la literie est confortable (particulièrement le lit double). Il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner Notre hôte a été super serviable et disponible avant, pendant et même après notre séjour ! Facile pour échanger en français ou en anglais. A côté de l'appartement, une excellente boulangerie avec une petite terrasse. Leur croissant aux amandes vaut le détour. Un super endroit pour découvrir Lisbonne. Bref je recommande vivement cette location !

Love the location, our favorite neighborhood in Lisbon. Apartment was very clean, has the essentials for cooking and communication regarding check in was excellent. Good size apartment as well.

The attention to detail is lacking. Toilet paper so cheap it dissolves when using, towels so worn they are paper thin. Soap dispensers refilled with water instead of new soap, no tissue in kitchen just a few napkins.

Me gustó todo. La anfitriona excelente. Se ocupó de todo e incluso nos ayudó con un tema porque nos perdieron la valija y se preocupó por saber dónde estaba. Había de todo en la casa, incluso planchita para el pelo, azúcar, café, entre otras cosas. Tiene 2 dormitorios lo que hizo la estadía súper cómoda. La calle súper tranquila, y si bien está cerca para ir a determinados lugares nos manejamos con Uber.

Os 3 aptos que eu aluguei são maravilhosos, acomodaram muito bem a minha família ! Camas boas , todo suporte dado pela proprietária foram muitos bons. Aptos muito bem localizado.

Só gostaria de deixar uma pontuação quanto as escadas para o apt superior , as escadas são realmente íngremes e muitos degraus , o que dificulta quem tem uma certa limitação física.

Ich kann einfach weiter empfehlen, Apartman war sehr sauber, man hat alles was man während des Aufenthalt zu Hause braucht 👍,zum putzen, waschen, auch zum kochen, Küche war fantastisch, nur fiel Hausschuhe , aber zum Glück hatten wir ein paar dabei.😇

Estaba todo bastante sucio, sabanas, colchas, baño, utensilios de cocina...

Mieszkanie duże, ogólnie wygodne do przebywania na dłużej. Są wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy m.in: toster, piekarnik (który działała, ale wyłączał się co jakiś czas), ekspres do kawy i kawa. Sypialnia ma trzy łózka, i jest trochę ciasna, ale da się spokojnie rozłożyć ubrania. Materac jak dla mnie trochę za miękki, ale wiadomo każdy lubi inaczej. Lokalizacja dobra, spacerem do centrum przez bardzo ładną dzielnicę.

Raczej wszystko ok, jakieś detale do dopracowania.

Very responsive hosts, we were close to running out of shampoo and they brought it to us right away. Easy check in and great location.

Overall very clean, except for a few small corner spots in the bathroom.

Comfortable, well equipped, spacious apartment in a quiet neighbourhood with excellent public transport options and a great restaurant/cafe/bar close by. Brilliant communication from the host, we felt valued as guests.

Steep stairs but only to be expected as it’s a traditional town house and we stayed on the top floor.

Logement agréable avec chambre séparée. Lit confortable. Troisième étage, vue au dessus des toits sur le Tage. Très sympas et en dehors de l agitation de la ville. Arrêt de bus tout pres. Petit restaurant tout proche avec des croissants pour le petit déjeuner, on a adoré.

A great apartment, spacious attractive light modern quiet & clean !. Great location,quiet area- close to bus ,tram ,train & little grocery stores cafes & restaurants, only a few minutes walk.

Kedves, segítőkész szàllásadó, gyors kommunikációval. Az apartman nagyon tiszta és az ágyak nagyon kényelmesek. Kis sétával, vagy kíváló tömegközlekedéssel gyorsan megközelíthetőek a látványosságok. A ház sarkán lévő étterem pedig felejthetetlen ételeket kínál.

Почну з власниці - Сіма, вона неймовірна! 🥰 З самого початку вона була на звʼязку, питала чи добре ми долетіли, радила чим добратись, надіслала детальну інформацію де знаходиться зупинки, магазини і до якої працюють і т.д. Відчувалось, що ти не самий у чужому місті. Ми бронювали номер на 2 поверсі (2D). Номер був дуже гарний і затишний. У номері було все необхідне: повністю обладнана кухня (духова шафа, плита, витяжка (що не мало важливо), прибори, тарілки, стакани, бокали, сковорідки, каструлі, холодильник, навіть були спеції і кухонні паперові рушники, кавова машина, чайник і до них чай і кава, холодильник. У кімнаті був кондиціонер і зручні ліжка) ванна кімната простора і з усім необхідним. Сходи на поверхи круті, але нам з рюкзаками було досить комфортно) Код доступу до будинку надіслали одразу після отримання персональної інформації і разом з ним і відео, як усе працює) було все дуже зрозуміло! Протягом усього перебування власниця питала, чи нам не потрібна якась допомога, чи все добре і чи з усім ми розібрались. Зупинки громадського транспорту були поруч і гарна транспортна розвʼязка. Не далеко від головних памʼяток. Ми були в захваті від перебування і точно будемо рекомендувати друзям. І, якщо ми повернемось - тільки сюди.

Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Apartment war sehr schön, toll ausgestattet und Busse in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Allerdings sehr steile Treppe, das sollte man bedenken. Dennoch, wir kommen gerne wieder!!

L’appartamento al piano terra era grande e spazioso, la cucina super attrezzata!! Pulizia della casa buona eccetti box doccia! La gentilezza è la disponibilità della titolare non ha eguali!! Abbiamo ricevuto una lista con tutte le informazioni, ristoranti, supermercati, autobus , cose da vedere etc!! Ci ha aiutato in un momento difficile alla fine del nostro soggiorno e si è preoccupata per noi!

La posizione è un po’ decentrata, ma facile raggiungere il centro con i mezzi pubblici vicini! Box doccia

Es gab keine vernünftige Restaurants und Lebensmittellgeschaefte in der Nähe Die Wohnung ist dunkel,muss den ganzen Tag die Lampen einschalten.

Lage

Von den rund 100 Bildern sind genau vier Bilder von der Wohnung, die wir hatten. Die Bilder suggerieren Tageslicht. Unsere Wohnung hatte kein Tageslichtfenster. Das Badezimmer war verschimmelt. In Küche und Badezimmer roch es sehr unangenehm. Als es angesprochen haben, haben die Vermieter sofort reagiert und wir haben einen Nachlass von 50 % bekommen.

Great value for money in Lisbon! We loved the location—it’s in a quiet, residential neighborhood that felt very safe and authentic, away from the noise of the main tourist hubs but still accessible. The apartment was well-equipped and had everything we needed for our stay

The only reason we aren't giving it a full 10/10 is that it could have benefited from a deeper, more thorough clean. Also, investing in some new, fluffier towels would really elevate the experience.
