Fabulous apartment five minute walk from tram from airport, very well equipped and really clean. Owner was friendly and easy to contact, would definitely recommend and would have no hesitation booking again.

Could do with an airer on the veranda to dry clothes

I liked the location - just off the busy areas and close to the "non" touristy side of Porto. The apartment felt spacious and I enjoyed the coffee machine!

The location was amazing, it was comfortable and the balcony was a lovely plus!

the studio didn't just meet our expectations, it exceeded them. perfect location; super near most major attractions of porto. very comfortable and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and a luxurious bathroom. one of the best aspects was definitely the view from the balcony. Tiago was a fabulous host as well! had a great stay and could not recommend it more :)

It felt very spacious considering the size.

Neighbors in opposite rental apartment made noise very late at night.

Location is perfect for getting around Porto. The metro from the airport to Trindade is 6 minutes walk from the apartment and our host Tiago had messaged us this information prior to arrival which was really useful. He also met us at the apartment block and showed us many points of interest on the map and answered all our questions. Apartment gets sun on the balcony in the afternoon and stayed until 6.45 or so. Lovely bright studio meeting all our needs. Great hairdryer so no need to bring one.

There is a mirror in the bathroom but it would be good to have even a mobile one or a long mirror in the living area. I had brought my own mobile mirror luckily.

Tiago’s place was beautiful, comfortable and in a great location for exploring Porto. He was excellent at communicating and gave great recommendations! Loved our stay here

Tiago communicated with us really well we were delayed by a train incident so we were later than expected but he greeted us like we were his family once we arrived His place is beautiful, comfortable and clean and convenient to all things we wanted to see and do in Porto I highly recommend staying here you wont regret it

The location is great - walking distance to the center, restaurants and cafés. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen is well equipped, and we enjoyed the balcony from which you can enjoy the sunset. The host was very friendly and helpful. She gave us travel, restaurant tips and a map of Porto. All in all, we had a great stay!

Small apartment in the city center, nice for solo trip

Although checkout time was 11 am, i was disturbed by cleaning person 10 am without even knocking the room door. I still was in bed that time, door just opened, i felt extremely insecure. It was managed, but i was not happy to get this experience

The location is right where you need to be, perfect for leisure travelers.

The blind was hard to open (string is broken too). The terrace door can not be locked. One light bull (wall mounted light next to the bed) gave out as I turned it on.

Modern apartment with a very good location in Porto center with a very well explained and easy self check in process. It is also a well-equipped and clean apartment with a nice terrace.

It gets pretty noisy in the morning because of the seagulls.

Strong wifi/AC, lots of English channels on the TV, extremely quiet (5th FL unit). Best location in town. And the host Tiago was one of the nicest people we met in Portugal, so kind and friendly, and he always responded to our messages promptly.

Hot water in shower only lasts for about 3 or 4 min before turning cold, a lot of mold around the bathtub, bathtub drain was broken (which was VERY disappointing since we booked this property to specifically to relax in a bathtub:( There was also a lot of hair throughout the apartment (not ours), including inside the refrigerator, and the toilet bowl brush was discoloured brown and had leftover feces on it. Hope future guests don't have to see that upon their arrival.

-Excellent host, easy communication, good advice & recommendations from Tiago. -Perfect location, everything in a short walking distance. -Sparkle clean, it smelled so fresh when I first entered. -Very well equipped, kitchen & bathroom very modern. -Balcony is a top notch.

I really can't think of any negatives about this place.

superb location, nice small terrace excellent accommodations clean and well-maintained studio. very easy and automated check-in and check-out system.

the soundproofing to the hall was poor, but the soundproofing to the other apartments was excellent. When other people arrived you could hear them very well, but once in their studio, you couldn't hear them anymore. There are only 4 studios on your floor, so it was not a dealbreaker.

Really near to the city center, Sao Bento station and metro.

A bit noisy, I think there are some restaurants and you can hear the extractor noise. There were no lockers available for leaving the luggage for an early check -in or check -out. I think other guests complaint about that , a key for an asignes locker should be provided
