Tamarind Villa in langkawi

La villa, la piscina y el terreno son absolutamente maravillosas. Incluso había fauna como pajaros azules y lagartos monitor. La terraza de arriba excelente, con espacio para fiestas-bar. Camas grandes y comodas. Staff traia toallas limpias casi cada dia. Mucho espacio para jugar los niños. Fantastico.

Algunos electrodomesticos no funcionaban. No había carbon para bbq.

We had a wonderful stay at Tamarind Villa. The service and hospitality were excellent, the villa was very clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The stunning view made our stay even more special.

size of the property and garden - it was massssive.. big rooms. swimming pool - clean with filtering running constantly. staff arranged for a flaoting ring for my daughter next day on my request, which is good. ambience and surrounding - very good

Only swimming pool is the main entertainment. there is quite a lot of space available. having other sports facilities like Table tennis, pool table, carrom board etc. can actually make it more attractive. Kitchen gas stove - it didn't work.. the knobs were problematic and we had to keep holding the knob for the flame to be on, which was annoying and couldn't do any meaningful heating or cooking. The stove needs definite overhaul.

Everything. So wonderful we stayed an extra week.

Let me start from the end - we did not want to leave :-) Tamarind Villa is big and for family of two adults and three kids provided everything we needed. We could sit together on the terrace, playing desk games but whenever anybody wanted some chill space, there was plenty. Swimming pool was very refreshing in hot days. The villa is located a bit in middle of nowhere so it was very quiet and relaxing. If this is something you seek, you cannot make a mistake to stay there. Small and big gekkos around and a resident hornbill, funny guy coming every morning to check what's going on. A car is needed to get around but everything is close on Langkawi so this is not a problem if you hire a car or scooter. Honestly, I can even imagine spending whole week just in the villa, doing nothing :-)

Some wear & tear, dishwasher was out of order, also one of the fridges but as there are three, no problem with that.

Serene Views, Place & Setting, Ambience, Facilities, Care taking Staff, Nature, Birds & Animals, Quietness, Air Circulation, Landscaping & Seating/Resting Areas, Kitchen, Wi-Fi & Cellular Connectivity and Comfort are all tick marked and at benchmark levels.

Critters and small household frogs, lizards etc. enter the room and washroom; though the care taking staff is very accommodating and takes care of these issues or any other immediate & necessary requirements.

Super schönes, grosses gepflegtes Grundstück. Tolles Haus mit viel Platz.

Die Küche ist sehr gross und bietet viel potenzial. Leider war sehr viel defekt und auch die Ausstattung ist recht in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön, leider war zu viel Chlor im Pool, so das es zum Teil recht schmerzhaft war dort zu baden.

Very spacious, lots of outdoor seating and places to relax. Large garden and nice pool. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Kitchen needs a full renovation - new cabinets, new set of matching dishes and kitchen utensils.

Fantastische locatie midden in de natuur met apen in de bomen bij het huis. De villa is voorzien van alle gemakken, zeer ruim en heeft een heerlijk zwembad. 'S-avonds heerlijk relaxen op de veranda op de bovenverdieping met uitzicht. Prima communicatie met de hosts. Gevraagd om extra handdoeken en die werden direct bezorgd. Absoluut een van de mooiste villa's op het eiland. Aanrader!

De ligging was prachtig. Midden in de natuur. Allemaal geluiden van vogels en beestjes. Heerlijk rustig. Prachtig zwembad. We hebben echt genoten. We hadden een huurauto (wel echt nodig is een auto) en konden zo het eiland bekijken.

De vaatwasser was defect en het was wat onhandig met de sleutels.

Dit is een 5 sterren villa. Nagenoeg alles is perfect. Zeer ruim perceel met prachtig onderhouden tuin. Eigen zwembad. Geweldig uitzicht op het dal en de groene heuvels. Zeer ruime master bedroom op begane grond met eigen badkamer met bad en semi outside rainshower en balkon. Ook op begane grond ruime woonkeuken, eetkamer en huiskamer. Werkende airco en planfondfans overal. Zeer ruim overdekt terras met buitenbar op 1e verdieping, 3 slaapkamers, waarvan 2 met badkamer. In totaal slaapplaatsen voor 8 personen.

Eigenlijk niets. Enkele kleine zaken die door management snel werden opgelost.

Une villa magnifique situé dans la faune Malaisienne. Les équipements mise à dispositions favorises l’adaptation rapide des voyageurs. La piscines et les nombreuses sont identiques voir mieux que sur les photos. Pour finir, Mohammed a été d’une gentillesse et d’une aide précieuse pour tout les habitants de la villa. Merci à lui d’avoir embellie le séjour de toute la troupe !

I really enjoyed my stay in this "villa is not enough to describe, its a MANSION!" ,, this place is really great, big, clean, great views, helpful team, caring staff,, living inside the nature, its the best for people who like privacy and living away from the hustle and relax and enjoy,, I considered this place as my fortress,, I discovered Langkawi with all its serenity while having this place and its great staff as my backbone and fortress that I count on,, I cannot recommend this place enough! Love it! Thanks Mr. Danial and Thanks for the house caretaker Aminuddin. You guys are amazing! **To more discribe the place to others: it has 1 big master bedroom with king size bed, with its own bathroom and balcony directly connected to the pool, this room is in the ground floor, in the same floor you have a big living room, a big dining table room, a big kitchen full of everything you might need, and a bathroom, and the great and very very big garden, and the pool, as for the upper floor, you have 2 master bedroom "queen size beds" with their own bathroom, and another bedroom (not master) (2 single beds), and great & big balcony. So total: 3 master bedrooms, 1 "not master" bedroom, and a total of 4 bathrooms.

Not as a dislike, but heads up for future residents, you are living inside the nature, bugs and insects are in their natural place, you should know that, the staff is helpfull in cleaning the dead bugs whenever you ask.

Tamarind Villa is everything they advertised, and more! The pictures don’t capture the tranquility and confront why family and I experienced during our stay. The vila is located 15 min from most famous beaches, we rented a car that allowed us to explore the island.
