Reviewed Aug 28, 2026The nature and the view is just fantastic. The lawn are green and just like a carpet, so that the kids were barefoot the whole stay. The trees are tall and create such a fantastic shade and landscape.
The dining experience was absolutely terrible. The staff was unhelpful and, at times, outright rude. The food was a complete disaster - all three restaurants on the premises were well below any acceptable standard. The quality was so disappointing that we eventually gave up and ordered Wolt instead. For a property of this level, having all three dining options fail this badly is simply unacceptable. Definitely one of the biggest disappointments of our stay.
