They could have given me a room with a view of the street and park, rather than a back room with a view of a roof and the backs of other buildings. They started hammering outside my room to fix something, while I was still asleep and even after I woke up and was staying in my room before leaving.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Die Lage des Hotels ist in einem lebhaften und traditionellen Gebiet von Paris. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu erreichen. Z.B. BUS. Zur Station nur wenige Gehminuten. Das Zimmer etwas klein und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut von der Qualität und Quantität. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel machte insgesamt einen sauberen und ordentlichen Eindruck. Speisen und Getränke erhält man in den zahlreich vorhandenen Restaurants (gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis)
Da die Rezeption in der 1. Etage ist, ist man gezwungen das Gepäck zu tragen, was für ältere Menschen beschwerlich sein kann. In die anderen Etagen kommt man mit einem Aufzug. Parkmöglichkeiten sind in naheliegenden Parkhäusern vorhanden, aber sehr preisintensiv (34 EURO pro Tag !!!)

Salle de bains un peu petite, en particulier l'emplacement des toilettes. Poser une deuxième accroche pour les serviettes de bains ? Pas d'ascenseur pour monter au premier étage à la réception, à savoir pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ?

La salle de bain a une fenêtre vasistas qui ne s’ouvre pas, pas d’évacuation d’air et donc un fort degré d’humidité à la première douche. Climatisation très bruyante, elle vibre beaucoup donc vous pouvez choisir entre la chaleur ou le bruit pour ne pas de dormir.

This was the only negative aspect of our stay: the room was a bit too small for two adults, but other than that, it was fine. Especially welcome were the shower doors that we had not seen during the previous 3 weeks of our trip.

Рядом супермаркет Monoprix и много ресторанов и баров. Окна номера выходили на улицу на сквер - с утра пели птицы, супер)) но такюе утром вывозили мусор и разгружали товар- немного шумели.Кровать удобная, чисто. Завтрак не брали. Все понравилось.
Было бы отлично, если был бы маленький холодильник

Reviewed May 2, 2026Almost all the staff are very friendly. The bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub. The view from the window is beautiful, and they gave me a room under the roof. It's possible to leave luggage before check-in and after check-out, which is very convenient.
I booked a double room with 1 bed, and they gave me a key for 2 separate beds. When I returned to the reception to ask for a room change, they refused. There was hair in the bathtub and dental floss near the trash, although overall the room was clean and tidy. It was also clear that the windows hadn't been cleaned for a long time.

La salle de bain est microscopique, on ne peut même pas fermer la porte du WC, si on veut aller aux toilettes, je ne savais pas qu’on pouvait mettre un WC dans un si petit endroit… chambre de petite taille, rien pour poser votre valise!!! Nous avions des grosses valises, pas d’ascenseur jusqu’au premier étage, et ensuite un tout petit ascenseur pour une personne seulement avec des valises mais au moins il y a un ascenseur qui va du premier étage aux étages suivants.

The location is very cool, it's situated close to metro stations: M4 and M6. There are a lot of cool cafes and shops around. Meanwhile the hotel situated itself in front of the small green park, so it's not noisy inside the hotel.
Room was very small, no fridge in the room, TV doesn't work with internet. There is no elevator from ground floor to the reception's desk. Difficult to go up with heavy suitcase.

The breakfast was included with the price and had a lot of good choices like scrambled eggs, ham, granola, yogurt, coffee, oj, etc. The room we had was a decent size and the twin beds comfortable. The hotel is on a quiet, pleasant street. The Montparnasse district offers many restaurants and the nearby Gare Montparnasse, as well as metro and taxi access. We had stayed at this hotel last year and were happy enough to go back.
Our shower wand did not work and because of the Easter holiday it was not able to be fixed. ( The overhead shower still worked.) The bathroom in general seemed like it could use an update.

L’entrée n’est pas très propre …l’escalier en arrivant n’est pas très beau, ni sa décoration.
