Bord Mer City Apartments

Très belle décoration de la chambre. Niveau localisation sur l’île est top : proche du ferry et central sur l’île. Il y a des loueurs de vélos autour de la chambre et des restaurants dont un est en partenariat avec Bord Mer City Apartment pour le petit déjeuner (pas d’avis concernant le restaurant, nous avions pris sans petit déjeuner) Climatisation efficace. Pour la kitchenette, il y a le nécessaire pour 2. Des serviettes de plage sont fournies.

L’appartement est situé en haut de boutiques et l’accès se fait par l’arrière. Il n’y a pas de réelle réception ni de personnes disponibles sur place. On nous a laissé des numéros de téléphone si besoin. L’isolation phonique est catastrophique et, étant proche d’un point central, il y a pas mal de bruit avec le passage (vélos, touristes, locaux, taxis des divers hôtels) de 4h du matin à 23h. En plus, il y a les odeurs des restaurants. Prévoir aussi un masque (comme partout aux Seychelles) car il n’y a que des rideaux qui laissent passer la lumière. La vue est sympa mais, à notre étage, quand même cachée par les restaurants en face de la rue. La chambre paraissait beaucoup plus grande sur les photos. La table pour manger est uniquement dehors donc, en cas de grosse chaleur ou de pluie (comme nous l’avons vécu), il faut s’adapter. Le ménage est fait à la demande uniquement. La qualité du Wi-Fi n’est pas top.

Die zentrale Lage ist gut. Alles ist schnell erreichbar. Störend war schon der Verkehr der Baumaschinen auf der Straße vor der Unterkunft. Das sollte aber nur ein temporäres Problem sein. Mit geschlossener Tür war es leidlich ertragbar, wenn nachts Baufahrzeuge im Einsatz waren. Direkt gegenüber waren dann der Fahrradverleih, ein gutes Restaurant und ein Takeaway vorhanden. Supermärkte sind überall vorhanden.

Die Lage, zentral. Besser, ein Zimmer mit Bergblick als mit Meeresblick, d.h. Straße und Gebäude.

Es wird nicht klar kommuniziert, dass man sich im gegenüberliegenden Fischrestaurant für den check-in melden muss. Das house-keeping checkt ein, Hauptsache, alles ist schon per card bezahlt. Unterschreibt man zuerst. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut nicht. Kaputtes Kissen auf dem Balkon, fehlende Glastischplatte, zwei total verschiedene Messer, kein Schwamm, kein Lappen. Als Vielgereiste kann ich nur sagen, für diesen Preis nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

5 Gehminuten von der Fähre ...eine super Lage . Das Frühstück im Restaurant war sehr lecker .

Semplice e pratico! La struttura è a pochi metri dal porto (ci si arriva a piedi con facilità). Appena si scende c è il noleggio bici (10€/dd) e vari ristoranti.

Très bel emplacement à proximité immédiate du ferry et de commerces ! (Banque, épiceries, souvenirs, location et garage à vélo) Le studio est joliment décoré et très fonctionnel. Ménage fait tous les jours ce qui est très appréciable (surtout près des plages !)

Il n’y a pas vraiment de réception physique, donc parfois compliqué pour trouver quelqu’un à qui s’adresser si besoin et il faut laisser les bagages dans le resto en face. Les tarifs de laundry nous paraissent chers sachant que dans nos logements à Mahé c’était proposé en libre service

Les chambres sont très propres et correspondent parfaitement aux photos. L’appartement est confortable et agréable.

L’emplacement est “pratique”, notamment pour être proche du ferry, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement le logement à l’arrivée. En revanche, si vous recherchez davantage de calme et de tranquillité, je vous conseille de vous éloigner un peu plus du centre de l’île, car vous serez dans le passage… et avec beaucoup de commerces à proximité. L’appartement est confortable et agréable, mais je trouve malgré tout le tarif un peu élevé par rapport au standing du logement. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un agréable séjour, mais je pense que le rapport qualité-prix pourrait être amélioré.

Отличное месторасположение, большой просторный номер, очень чисто, есть мини кухня, отличное постельное белье. Мы поехали раньше времени и нас заселили без дополнительной оплаты. На первом этаже есть отделение банка в котором можно поменять валюту. Рядом прокат велосипедов. В стоимость проживания включен был завтрак, который предоставляется в ресторане напротив.

Die Lage ist super. Direkt in der Innenstadt mit Blick aufs Wasser. Einkaufen, Restaurants und die Fähre direkt vor der Tür. Besser ging es nicht. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber und in hellen Farben eingerichtet, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat.

In der Dusche wäre eine zusätzliche Handbrause wünschenswert und es dauert sehr lange, bis das Wasser warm wird, so dass man recht viel Wasser “verschwenden” muss, wenn man nicht kalt duschen will.

Great Apartment! Literally 200 meters from the ferry habour at the most central spot on La Digue this apartment is set on the first floor. Breakfast is served at the Fish Trap Restaurant across the street. Also there are many different Takeaways and and bike rentals nearby. Rooms were cleaned every day. We had a great stay.

Super close to the port, staff there are super good and the host is responsive, we had a very good time.

Excellent location for easy access to Ferry, restaurants shops and bike rental. Furnished with style, spacious and comfortable. Bag drop off and storage at restaurant opposite.

Lack of check in/out time flexibility. Air conditioning not cooling effectively.

Appartamento arredato con gusto e curato nei minimi particolari. Pulito e tutti i giorni vengono fatte le pulizie. Posizione centrale è molto vicina all’arrivo del traghetto e a tutte le attività principali.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. You can rent bikes directly downstairs for a good price. The hotel is near the port, maybe a 3-minute walk, so it's really convenient to go to other islands.

Just a small comment: For the price we pay, they should at least provide some instant coffee in the room. I stayed at multiple hotels while I was there, and it's the only one that didn't have any.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut. Alles sehr sauber. Täglich wurde sauber gemacht.

Das Frühstück ist katastrophal. Die bieten nicht eine einzige Käse Sorte an. Es gibt nur weißen Toast als Brotsorte. Es gibt garkeine Wariationen. Leider sehr sehr schlecht.

Rent och fräscht med stor balkong mot restaurangerna och solnedgången. Stort rum och stort badrum. Hjälpsam personal. Läget kunde inte vara bättre. Lite liv och rörelse utanför men det höjde bara upplevelsen. La Digue sjuder av liv och här fick vi vara en del av det. Cykeluthyrning utanför hotellet och verkligen gångavstånd till färjan. Köket hade kokplattor, mikrovågsugn och stort kylskåp.

Som nästan alla boenden vi hade på de tre öarna så var dörren till toaletten av oisolerat, frostat glas. Ville man vara ostörd fanns dock den stora balkongen för den andre i rummet.

Sie war super zentral gelegen. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten ☺️

L’emplacement est à 5 minutes de la jetée en sortant des catcocos. La vue sur la mer, est un privilège. L’accueil, Travis nous a bien accueilli et petit clin d’œil pour la chambre « croissant ». Le ménage est fait tous les jours, c’est très agréable. Il y a la clim ce qui est très confortable. Distributeur en bas des escaliers, une petite boutique de souvenir. Location de vélo en face de l’appartement est stratégique et idéal pour se balader sur l’île. Différents restaurants et take away (chez marston) délicieux et pas cher. Tout est faitc maison. Je recommande à 100%.

Nothing really. There were a few things missing from the kitchen that would be useful - cereal bowls, bottle opener, dustpan and brush (sand gets everywhere!)

Accoglienza al ristorante di pesce è stata buona perché ci hanno offerto due drink nell’attesa che ci portassero la chiave. La posizione è la migliore dell’isola comoda per arrivare dappertutto.

Tivemos dias incríveis em La Digue! A localização do alojamento é boa, perto do desembarque dos ferries, o que facilita bastante na chegada, já que em La Digue só se anda a pé ou de bicicleta! Recebemos as chaves pelo gerente Jocelyn do restaurante em frente FishTrap que foi muito prestável, atencioso e nos acompanhou todos os dias no regime de meia pensão. Aliás, os pratos eram muito bons, com destaque para a salada de polvo e peixes, acompanhados pelo atendimento 5 estrelas do Chamava, um rapaz muito simpático e profissional, que nos trouxe alegria sempre que nos serviu! O quarto era grande, confortável, dispunha de frigorífico e fogão, ar condicionado e um terraço. A vista não é bonita, mas com tantas praias maravilhosas, quem precisa de uma vista no quarto? A limpeza foi impecável, sempre muito eficiente nas diárias. Recomendo vivamente este alojamento, que ainda dispõe de aluguer de bicicletas e cujo proprietário Travis foi incrivelmente atencioso em nos disponibilizar um check out tardio, entre outras regalias que só os bons hoteleiros sabem privilegiar! Meu sonho será voltar a esta ilha.., e certamente escolher me hospedar nesse alojamento!

Teria sido agradável ter sumo de laranja natural no pequeno almoço, além de uma variedade de opções de pratos pois para quem fica mais do que 3 dias, torna-se enjoativo sempre as mesmas opções.., Além disso, se pudesse ser buffet era mais agradável… No alojamento, foi um pouco inconveniente não ter elevador e subir as bagagens por escadas para um primeiro andar,… não tendo uma receção é mais complicado fazer isso sozinha. Também acharia interessante ter uma cesta de boas vindas, com água e pelo menos café. Sugestões para uma próxima visita!

Die Lage ist TOP!!! Nur echt wenige Minuten vom Hafen entfernt! Radverleih gleich nebenan! Frühstück wird gegenüber im Restaurant eingenommen und war gut! Am ersten Tag hat es nur wirklich extrem lange gedauert!!! Warum, wissen wir nicht? An den folgenden Tagen ging es dann schneller! Vom Balkon aus, sieht man das Meer! Persönlichen Kontakt hat man eigentlich nur mit der Reinigungskraft! Sie war freundlich und hat einen guten Job gemacht!

1. Очень чисто, ежедневная уборка. 2. В номере с видом на горы было достаточно тихо. 3. Кухня небольшая, но есть весь необходимый минимум.

1. Не совсем четкая инструкция о том, где находятся ключи. Фактически ресепшн располагается в ресторане Fish Trap. 2. Нет отдельной комнаты для хранения багажа после выселения - вещи стояли буквально на улице при входе в ресторан, они мешали персоналу, их роняли и передвигали.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr nah am Hafen. Man geht nur einmal um die Ecke und ist direkt da. Unsere Unterkunft war im 2. Stock. Es wurde jemand gerufen der die Koffer hoch getragen hat dass war super. Ich hatte bedenken, weil das Zimmer im Dach war und es gab keinen Balkon. Aber dafür gibt es direkt vor dem Zimmer eine schöne Terrasse.

Wir hatten einen Geko im Zimmer und das über 3 Tage. Morgens um 4 Uhr hat er uns durch Geräuche geweckt. Das war unangenehm und hat uns angeekelt. Das Managment muss unbedingt etwas tun. Unter der Haustür ist ein großer Spalt von da können die Gekos ungehindert rein.

Appartement très confortable et bien équipé. Propre. Localisation centrale. Pour cela, le soir et parfois jusque tard dans la nuit, il peut y avoir énormément de bruit et la musique très fort dans le restaurant Fish Trap. Possibilité de louer votre vélo (normal ou avec assistance ) à un petit prix négocié en passant par l'hébergement.

Le restaurant Fish Trap organise des concerts parfois très bruyants jusqu'à 2h du matin. Les rideaux ne sont pas assez occultants. Restaurant Tarosa en face à éviter.

The location was amazing – very close to the jetty, which made getting around super convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay.

On the second day, we noticed an unpleasant sewer smell coming from the bathroom. Additionally, the apartment above us had children running around loudly, which made the stay a bit noisy at times.

Large penthouse with amazing ocean views in every room. A/C in both living room and bedroom. Beautiful bathroom and inc design throughout. Center of town with 4 ATMs within steps, pharmacy, ferry 2 mins walk. Restaurants across street and takeaway too. Mild street noise at night-husband slept fine and I wore earplugs.

Appartamento nuovissimo, arredato con gusto. Spazioso il bagno e sopratutto la doccia. Presente cucina con tutto il necessario (anche tosta pane). Struttura a letteralmente 30 metri dal porto con possibilità di noleggio biciclette in loco.

L’appartamento non è insonorizzato, bella la posizione centrale ma solo la domenica non senti i camion che caricano e scaricano nei ristoranti. E soprattutto ha tende non totalmente oscuranti, portatevi la mascherina! OPZIONE COLAZIONE DESIDERABILE La colazione viene fatta nel ristorante dove si prendono le chiavi (fish trap). Anche se pagata non si ha incluso tutto. Ma non pensate che volessimo la grigliata… non c’è incluso nemmeno il caffè “espresso” che costa ben 5€, così come tante altre pietanze. Mio consiglio è quello di approfittare della bakery sotto casa e gustarvi delle ottime brioches appena sfornate!

Alloggio proprio vicino al porto e a tutti i negozi del centro. Appartamenti molto belli e puliti. In uno era presente anche un terrazzo con vista sulla via principale. Ho visto fare le pulizie al personale e sono veramente maniacali e precisi. Tutto perfetto.

Für uns war die Lage super. Vom Balkon aus konnten wir das muntere Treiben im Ort beobachten. Der Reinigungsdienst ist sehr gründlich und hat jeden Tag nass gewischt.

Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr spartanisch. Wir hätten uns eine Kaffeemaschine und Pfeffer- und Salzstreuer gewünscht.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bord Mer City Apartment. It’s right in the center of La Digue, just a 2-minute walk from the port. Restaurants, supermarkets, ATMs, and souvenir shops are all nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, responding quickly to my questions and requests via WhatsApp. You won’t find the apartment under its name on Google Maps, just type “Fish Trap Restaurant” and it’s located right across from there. That’s also where breakfast is served. The breakfast was delicious: tea or coffee, juice, your choice of eggs, bacon, sausages, toast with butter and ham, pancakes with syrup, and a big plate of fresh fruit. We stayed for three nights and ended up extending for one more. However, the breakfast is the same every day, so it might feel a bit repetitive during a longer stay. We also appreciated the fresh smell of the room every time we entered. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily — thank you to the housekeeper! We didn’t cook, but there were a toaster, kettle, fridge, and stove in the kitchen. I assume basic cooking equipment is available, though we didn’t check the drawers. Beach towels were also provided, which was perfect for beach days. Another great feature is their cooperation with the bicycle rental shop right in front of the apartment. If you rent bikes through them, you get a special discount. We would recommend Bord Mer City Apartment to everyone and would definitely stay there again if we return to La Digue.

One small downside was the curtains, they’re made from separate pieces, so there are gaps that let in a lot of light in the morning, which my husband didn’t like but I am okay with it.

Location is just next to the La Digue ferry jetty, you just walk across with your bags to the property, and pick up your keys from the Fish Trap Restaurant. Everything is walking distance from the place. The location itself is the best feature of this property. Be prepared for a steep flight of stairs to the top floor though.

There could have been advance information provided about the location of the keys. However this was a minor hiccup which was quickly addressed with pleasantness through Whatsapp. In the top floor rooms, you have to be careful with avoiding hitting your head on the angled slope of the roof ceiling, which is very close to the head end of the bed. The mini kitchen is very basic.

I liked the decoration of the apartment.

The location wasn’t the best and there was no real reception nor relaxing area apart from the room

only 2 points could be improved: 1. Kindly provide at least 1 bottle of water in the apartment upon arrival (there was welcome drink - juice) 2. Water pressure in the walk-in shower is very low, not possible to take a proper shower

It was two minutes walk from the port. All the interior is modern, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy, there is a daybed in the balcony as well. It had beach towels.

You have to check in at the restaurant which wasn’t clear until we asked someone on the street.
