C’est très mal insonorisé, le canapé pas confortable, pas assez de couverts. Le jacuzzi etait mal nettoyé, défectueux à certains moments et il y a un vis a vis énorme qui n’est pas monté dans les photos. De plus il y a eu des travaux dans l’immeuble très tôt le matin vers 6h30. Le réceptionniste souffle lorsqu’on arrive pas à se faire comprendre.

Se for se hospedar em 2 pessoas é ótimo, mas se for com mais pessoas, o sofá cama é desconfortável e barulhenta. O ar condicionado da sala de estar demora a fazer efeito.

Posizione perfetta, vicina al centro e adiacente a Plaza de Armas dove ci sono un parcheggi H24 ed un grande supermercato. I gestori super disponibili con consigli utili per il soggiorno. Bagno grande con vasca e doccia, in più c'è un piccolo bagno di servizio (quando si viaggia in quattro è molto utile). Lo consiglio e ci tornerò sicuramente in occasione della mia prossima visita a Siviglia

The jacuzzi was great, though it would be nice if the guests could regulate the temperature (when we arrived it was cold but we complained and the staff corrected it the next day).
Would be nice to tell us beforehand that are are 2 air conditionings on the wall. We didn't find the second one and so the first night we were really cold and couldn't sleep well. It was just a little communication issue. Everything else was simply perfect!

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026de locatie was echt heel erg goed, het lag op minder dan tien minuten loopafstand van het centrum. ook was het erg mooi ingericht, het had leuk meubilair en had ook alle faciliteiten die je ook maar dacht nodig te hebben.
De jacuzzi was een beetje vies, waardoor het niet veel werd gebruikt.

Il y avait des travaux dans la rue à côté qui ont fait remonter une légère odeur d'égout dans la chambre avec la douche mais c'était supportable.

O apartamento é muito confortável, espaçoso, extremamente limpo e equipado com tudo o que precisávamos para aproveitar a viagem com tranquilidade. A localização é um grande diferencial, bem no centro de Sevilha, o que facilitou muito conhecer os principais pontos turísticos da cidade a pé. Também encontramos ótimos restaurantes, cafés e mercados bem próximos. O atendimento foi impecável, sempre atencioso e prestativo, desde a chegada até o check-out. Tudo foi muito organizado e nos sentimos realmente bem recebidos. Sem dúvida, foi uma das melhores hospedagens da nossa viagem. Quando voltarmos a Sevilha, ficaremos aqui novamente. Recomendo de olhos fechados para quem viaja em família ou busca conforto, praticidade e uma localização excelente.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per un addio al nubilato. Dalle foto su Booking sembrava davvero molto bella e, dal punto di vista del design, lo è: gli interni sono curati, con un arredamento moderno e piacevole. Purtroppo, però, l'esperienza è stata molto diversa da quella che ci aspettavamo. Appena entrate siamo state accolte da un fortissimo odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno, che si diffondeva in tutta la casa. A questo si aggiungeva un intenso odore di umidità: le pareti presentavano evidenti segni di muffa e l'aria all'interno era davvero sgradevole. Nonostante il caldo e l'aria condizionata accesa, siamo state costrette a tenere le finestre aperte per gran parte del tempo a causa del cattivo odore. Anche la pulizia lasciava a desiderare. Negli angoli delle stanze erano presenti polvere e capelli e, in una delle camere, le lenzuola erano ingiallite e non davano affatto l'impressione di essere fresche di bucato. La parte esterna è stata un'altra delusione. Non abbiamo potuto utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio perché era sporca e all'interno c'era uno strano liquido biancastro. Inoltre, i divanetti esterni erano ricoperti di escrementi di uccelli e foglie secche, segno che l'area non veniva pulita da tempo. È un vero peccato, perché la casa avrebbe un grande potenziale. L'impressione è che sia stato fatto un ottimo lavoro dal punto di vista estetico, ma che la manutenzione, la pulizia e soprattutto il problema dell'odore di fogna e dell'umidità siano stati trascurati. L'unico vero punto di forza è la posizione: il centro di Siviglia si raggiunge comodamente in circa 10 minuti a piedi. Spero che il proprietario intervenga su questi aspetti, perché con una manutenzione più accurata questa struttura potrebbe offrire un soggiorno decisamente migliore.

Jacuzzi con acqua troppo calda non regolabile; ambienti interni scuri con poca luce; trapunte sui letti non adatte al periodo molto caldo; divano letto con rete e materasso scomodi: il bambino di 8 anni ha dovuto dormire con noi, per fortuna il letto matrimoniale era confortevole e molto grande

O apartamento era incrivel, muito bonito e funcional, dava o ambiente que estariamos num palácio com um toque requintado e moderno. Lindissimo. Adoramos tudo. Já recomendamos a amigos e familiares para futuras visitas a Sevilha.

I took the property because it was advertised as 2 bathrooms..( we were a family of 3 adults) what we didn't realize was that the 2nd bathroom was just toilet only, no shower...it was a small hiccup in our planning, but we managed

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Appartamento carino e ben organizzato. Il letto era molto spazioso e comodo, ideale per rilassarsi. Anche se la zona non era centralissima, con una passeggiata di pochi minuti si raggiungevano facilmente diverse attrazioni e punti strategici della città.
Abbiamo riscontrato alcuni problemi durante il soggiorno. In bagno erano presenti delle formiche e la porta della doccia era difettosa: bisognava forzarla per chiuderla e, non chiudendosi completamente da un lato, l’acqua fuoriusciva durante la doccia. Ogni volta siamo stati costretti ad asciugare il pavimento. Sono piccoli dettagli che, se sistemati, migliorerebbero notevolmente l’esperienza.

La pulizia lascia a desiderare. Troppe ragnatele e polvere in giro. Mi dispiace tanto non aver potuto usare la Jacuzzi, ho preso la stanza per quello, ma l'acqua era veramente sporca.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Appartamento carino e comodo,ben arredato, bagno ampio e pulito, letto comodissimo,tv enorme. Struttura posizionata in una zona ricca di localini tipici . Ci tornerei volentieri, il quartiere davvero grazioso.
Purtroppo l'acqua è nauseante , non è colpa drlla struttura, ma anche lavarsi i denti diventa fastidioso per l'eccessiva presenza di cloro. Avrei gradito qualche capsula in più per il caffè, vista la durata del mio soggiorno erano insufficienti.

En departamento es muy amplio y más que suficiente para cuando vas con pocas personas. Lo que más nos sorprendió es que tenía un baño completo y otro medio baño que es super útil. Bir kocaman banyo ve bir de ayrı tuvalet olması çok konforluydu. Balkon kapalı alana bakmasına rağmen çok güzeldi. Akşamlar balkonda baya vakit geçirdik. Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Temizdi. Yatak çok rahattı ve geceleri kalın perdeler ve sakin mahalle sayesinde deliksiz uyudu. Herkese kesin tavsiye ederim.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026En fait ayant eu un problème sanitaire ( blattes) la propriétaire a proposé de me faire un remboursement partiel. Hors Booking a gardé ce remboursement et me le propose en récompense genius 3 alors que cette somme m'était dû. Ils ne répondent plus aux appels ni aux mails de réclamation ! Donc mon avis sera négatif pour l'ensemble.
Le service BOOKING qui se moque totalement de ses clients.

Reviewed May 25, 2026It’s decorated nicely although there are some areas that need touching up. It’s nice & cool so after a hot day out it’s nice to come back to.
The outside cushions were dirty, a white sheet had been chucked over one sofa which looked odd and wasn’t appealing. One of the showers filled up quite quickly so you had to be careful to not let it overflow on the floor.

Reviewed May 22, 2026mooi groot appartement. Ruime badkamer met prima douche. Keuken was ok, maar weinig plaats Heel leuk terras met jacuzzi. Tevens ruim zonneterras op het dak. Vlakbij een supermarkt en het hoofdbusstation.
lawaai. De geluidsisolatie was nihil waardoor je elk geluid van buiten hoorde. En dat kon tot laat zijn of ook zeer vroeg. Geen tafel om aan te zitten binnen. te weinig opbergruimte voor je kleren weg te bergen

No damp issue was mentioned prior to our stay, however when we arrived, there was a dehumidifier switched on in the main bedroom and the air in there smelt of damp. I have asthma and there was no way I could sleep in there, so our friends had to. During our 4 day stay, the dehumidifier was emptied 3 times. THIS APARTMENT SHOULD NOT BE RENTED UNTIL THE DAMP ISSUE IS PUT RIGHT. We chose the apartment because it has an outside area with furniture & a hot tub. The seat pads on the outdoor sofa & chairs were covered in mould and unusable. The hot tub water was murky and there were dirty water splashes above the water line & scum marks. This was reported and the cleaners did come and clean it but it wasn’t done properly & the water wasn’t changed. We didn’t fancy using it which was a real pity because that’s why we booked this particular apartment. Very, very disappointing!!

Reviewed May 19, 2026Property is clean and nicely equipped. Hoverer, ground floor apartment with street orientation is not the best place to stay. It’s noisy and dark, and during the booking process, should be clear on which floor the apartment is located.

même si l'annonce ne le précisait pas, le fait de mettre en première photo 1 jaccuzi sous-entend que ce service est avec l'appartement. Et bien, non... en France, nous pourrions qualifier cela de "publicité mensongère" (punit en France d'une peine de deux ans d'emprisonnement et de 300 000 euros d'amende).

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026La localisation de l'appartement, la propreté, les équipements, la petite attention des propriétaires (bouteille de vin), la terrasse sur les toits, l' appartement est spacieux et décoré avec goût.
Le lit canapé était vraiment inconfortable, matelas fin, on sentait les lattes il grinçait, au point que nous avons refermé le canapé et posé le matelas par terre. Je pensais que le jacuzzi était accessible attention à la confusion sur l'annonce il est accessible seulement pour 2 appartements.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026J’ai réservé deux appartements, un pour moi et l’autre pour mes amis, nous étions au dernier étage , donc très tranquille, de notre terrasse il y avait accès à une grande terrasses sur le toit , idéal pour faire bronzette, tout était très bien , propre ,
Par contre l’appartement que j’ai réservé pour mes amis il y avait une odeur d’ail qui provenait de la Cuisine c’était horrible , et le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026Sin duda la ubicacion es fenomenal, muy comodo estar en el centro de la ciudad y mas en la semana santa. El apartameto estaba limpio y muy bien decorado. Nos dejaron pastillas de cafe, tortitas de aceite y una botella de vino estos detalles siempre se agradecen. La cama de la habitacion de matrimonio es enorme y muy comoda
Sin duda el sofa cama es bastante incomodo, en mi opinion ya necesita un cambio, los chicos no durmieron bien, Otra cuestion, me imagino que por olvido no habia papel higienico tuvimos que ir a comprar unos rollos.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026The room was very big and the kitchen had everything you need. I think that for that price there could have been some conditioner and some body cream too. The terrace upstairs is super lovely. The location is ideal a few meters from a big supermarket, close to the river, close to some really nice eateries and the bus stop too. Very convenient suitcase locker down the road too.
There were other guests that were very noisy and came back at 5am on both mornings, slamming the door and speaking loudly in the hall which we were next to which was a shame. It would have been good to advertise that the room we were in was directly on the street and next to the main door as it was a bit of a downer when we arrived. I think agai. that for the price we paid a breakfast or something like that wuld have been a nice touch.

rien!! Ou alors le jaguzzi pas tres chaud (peut etre mauvaise manipulation de notre part) et pas assez caché des voisins.
