The kids didn't like the snail in the bathroom. 😂

Proximity to restaurants and other places to go yet quiet at night. Also one of the staff is always keeping a smile in his face, that is nice.

The restrooms facilities needs improvement. Parking space is limited.

Love that it's very near the place where we are attending an event. Value for money. This is accommodation on a budget so please set your expectation accordingly. The staff are would accommodate to the best of their abilities.

Just a suggestion to have a microwave available on site, additional charge to use it would be fine. ☺

Affordable price, mababait na staff, good location (malapit sa Mahogany market at malapit sa house ng friend namin), may free parking at pet friendly (walang additional charges for pets nung nagstay kami, you can ask the property nalang bgo magbook baka may changes). What you see in the photos is what you get. For a brief staycation, para sakin is sulit na siya for a 6/pax.

If particular kayo sa noise, at mabilis kayo magising sa ingay. Iwasan lang magbook during February since may mga guests na madaling araw umaalis (particulary mga cyclists) which is according to the staff is mga regular na yun nagbobook sa kanila. Nainform naman kami beforehand na may ganun kaya we understand.

Affordable and nice

The host and all the staff are very hospitable. Helpful and kind. We booked on the same day around maybe 8pm at night already bec we just need a stay, everybody is tired to drive back to manila, we are family of 7 and blessed we found JEMZ not too far from where we are. Food is good. Bed is comfy. They provided extra bed, pillows, beddings, kumot♥️😇. Airconditioned is good we had a good sleep. We stayed overnight and leave exactly 12nn the following day. A great deal indeed for Php 1,178.00 pesos only. Location wise, hidden gem but easily found through waze. Had a little concern the bank charged as twice but single booking alone was done. But the host is very impressive in helping us that night til the next day he is updating us. Exceptional service. And all settled by the bank and booking.com and jemz. Highly recommended host and transient in Tagaytay!!! Another good memories created! We enjoyed our stay and we will be back again. Thank you so much!

The sink at the cr clogged, we dont know why. And there is small black worm like or "kiti kiti" in the water of the sink that feared our kids to use the sink for tooth brushing. Everything else is good! We enjoyed our stay and we will be back again.

The place was cheap and walkable. It has air conditioning, a decent bathroom, and an average bed - more than enough to have a good night's rest.

We're not picky, so everything was on par with our expectations. However, if you're a traveler with specific demands, you might reconsider this booking. The transient is located at the center of the city, but other factors such as amenities and WiFi speeds might set you back.

Location... It's near the Tagaytay SkyRanch

The bathroom was not properly cleaned before we even arrived. The sink is clogged even after they tried to fix it.

The room was clean and the bathroom but there was no rag. The location is not far from the restaurants.

The linens had a bit bad smell. The noise from morning til our check out, it was really noisy.

場所がまあまあ便利。食事に困らない。そこそこリーズナブルなお値段で宿泊出来た。

風呂（シャワー）が使えるかは完全に運次第。お湯がでる時、水は出る時、何も出ない時と色々ある。 あと夜中（深夜3~4時）にスタッフ？他の客か？分からないけど狂ったように大声で騒いでいた人たちが居た。

Very nice staff and very helpful owner! I regret that my room had no window. The bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately the staff was repairing some other rooms so it was a bit noisy, but I guess this kind of thing need to be done. I would recommend to stay in this place!

The cost is worth it. It has a very Homey feel and with comfortable beds. The WIFI speed is enough, and the water is clean. They even allowed my motorcycle inside the entrance.

The parking is kinda narrow, you need a bit of skill to park in it. Not much available open stores around 22:00 pm onwards.

Their room is good value for money. We're a family of five and we stayed there comfortably. Room is clean and water heater in the bathroom is working.

price is cheap for the place. staff are friendly, quick, and helpful. if you're just looking for something comfortable to sleep in, this is something I'll recommend. comfy sheets, cold aircon. place is clean too! definitely my new go to place for my tagaytay escapades.

tv is not working properly. but it's okay. didn't went to tagaytay to watch tv anyways. used their fast wifi and watched on my phone instead. the shower flow is weak, had to use the tabo. but still, it's fine with me because they have hot water. cannot be maarte because I also use tabo at home.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The room is clean and spacious enough to accommodate our whole family comfortably. The location is very near Sky Ranch, Mahogany and other tourist spots. Very good value for money.

The parking was a challenge because we have a big vehicle (Ford Expedition) but the staff were very proactive in helping us.
