Reviewed Jul 9, 2026The bed and pillows were good.
Showerhead was broken, room floor was dirty, TV didn't work properly and the Elevator was down. Also some of the staff were unfriendly. Calle front desk with no answer. I had to go down to the front desk to get the help I needed. When I spoke with the Manager, I was never given an apology or given any offer for anything. Very unhappy.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026I picked the hotel after hearing that they have very comfy beds. I can confirm they were comfy and huge and was very happy with my sleep. Breakfast was good and you have multiple options. The staff were really nice and friendly.
Not a big deal but the light on the microwave was very bright when you sleep in total darkness. We just put a throw pillow to cover the light.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026The FrontDesk people are exceptional. The parking is convenient.
The beds are too high, I could barely get in and out of them. The shower did not look clean, the water is very hard there, and they need to de-scale and make the chrome shine. Also, when the neighbor flushed his toilet, my toilet, would bubble up in the bowl.
